My husband and I has the Campfire Feast which included an appetizer, entree (we had Filets with two sides) and dessert which we opted to take home as we were stuffed. Amy was great as always. I was in the Temecula location a few nights ago. I had a very sweet and attentive waitress named Kaly, She took very good care of us. My husband and I had a night without the kids and came to Black Angus in Temecula for the dinner for two steak special. We were sat right away by a wonderful pair of hostesses, Claire and Victoria. We were given a nice corner booth and were promptly greeted by our server, Brett. Brett took our order and got our drinks right away. The warm bread came out right away with our soup and salad shortly after. Our steak dinners arrived in perfect timing and cooked how we ordered. The sautéed mushrooms and their ranch dressing are so good. We had chocolate cake after and rece to go boxes promptly. Food was subpar on every level. They took forever to bus our table and when they did they took all of the butter for the bread we were still eating. One of our party ordered chicken and it looked like something you would get from a hospital. It was a quiet Monday night and the place was empty. My family and I enjoy a good wagon wheel, with extra cucumber dip. Plan was to go in and eat there. But it got late, I ordered carry out. - 1 wagon wheel, 1 buffalo tenders appetizer, 4 breads, 2 EXTRA cucumber sauce. The small cucumber dip given with the wagon wheel is not enough, we always order extra and pay for it. Though last night when I arrived home, all excited to eat, only 1 small, halfway filled cucumber dip was given! As well as 1 ranch, and 1 blue cheese, which normally are included with the wagon wheel. So I only receive what is included with the wagon wheel and I did not get my extra cucumber sauce that I paid for! The sauce makes everything taste good and it was upsetting we didn't get what we paid for. Not to mention, our wagon wheel was missing the cocktail shrimp. Hopefully someone can contact me, so I can get my money back or something because then having to wait a while to receive my order and to get something that was not complete was not cool :( read more

There was some confusion about the Groupon we presented and Manager was involved but he was not very customer oriented. Food was meh, a bit like Denny's. I came here for my birthday. Originally I was going to eat at a steakhouse near by but the wait time was 2 1/2 hours. So while waiting I called across the street to see if they could get us in any sooner. They told me they could get us in immediately. So we ended up there. Our waitress was Carmel. She was amazing!
