I came here for my birthday. Originally I was going to eat at a steakhouse near by but the wait time was 2 1/2 hours. So while waiting I called across the street to see if they could get us in any sooner. They told me they could get us in immediately. So we ended up there. Our waitress was Carmel. She was amazing! Such great customer service! Such a great vibe. The food was good! I had the steak and lobster and I also added grilled shrimp. It was all pretty tasty. The ambiance was a little dated but other than that I really enjoyed the dinner. I would definitely return! read more

Service was decent nothing grand mostly sorrys for the wait time and sorry for how the asparagus came out like twigs but they were actually old. When I got home I couldn't stop going to the bathroom so food poisoning from the restaurant, since that was the only thing I ate that day since I've been waiting all day, since it was our anniversary. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star was because our waitress was an older lady she was nice, seemed over worked. Also, my husband and I finally got away together for a moment. But if it wasn't for those two reason it definitely would be a negative. read more

Had a great experience at Black Angus. Reasonable prices, but definitely has a chain restaurant feel. Stopped by for dinner around 6pm on a Wednesday evening and the place was completely empty (only one other table had customers in the entire restaurant!). Teresa was absolutely fantastic! Very attentive and friendly. Our water glasses were always full and she checked on us frequently. We will be back just because she made you date night so wonderful! The food was actually really good! Food was very good. We had the artichoke dip and that was delicious! We enjoyed our steaks (New York strip) cooked just the way we asked (medium rare) We enjoyed our cocktails and our server Kaly also whipped me up a drink that I requested (gin with ginger ale, and lime) which was so nice and gosh darn, it tasted just like the usual gin and ginger ale I try to get when out! Today I had one of my best experience at Black Angus I'm a regular there and I had dinner reservations on Thanksgiving and I changed them to a later time 715.pm I received a phone call from the manager Erin and she informed me that I needed to come now it was 5:50pm they we're getting low on turkey and I needed to get there as soon as I can and they save me a seat where I normally sit.my Regular server Melanie was so busy but yet she was able take care of me and make sure everything was good. We hadn't been to a Black Angus in forever, but it appeared in our inKind app and so we thought we'd give the Temecula Black Angus a try tonight. The food was hot and delicious. We arrived at happy hour time and were so surprised at the size of the appetizers. They were all full sized portions. We also ordered the dinner for two and had plenty of leftovers. Our server Teresa was an absolute delight and had plenty of wonderful menu suggestions. We loved everything she suggested from the apps to the carrot cake for dessert. She even helped us sign up for the loyalty program and let us know about the specials for first responders. As far as servers go she is an A++. In fact, all of the staff were just so friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed Chuy and the manager on duty this evening. Cannot wait to go back for another wonderful dinner. I took my mom who is severely handicapped out, not expecting much on the Monday at 3 PM. This waitress made the experience very memorable. She treated my mom like a queen. The food was wonderful. My mom ordered steak and lobster and I had the roasted artichoke and a wonderful Caesar salad. Server, Jessica Ingelman was superior and we will continue requesting her first server every time we go. It's hard to find places to go that will completely accommodate somebody who is severely disabled. It really made her day and she will not forget it. I was extremely impressed. The food was fantastic, but the service is what really made us want to come back. Beautiful and clean. I highly recommend people give this place a shot! Especially the lobster and it was nice to also get a discount on the app for my service in education! Also the hostess up front opened the door as we came and went. So great, love this! read more
