A coworker and I were first timers here, but we won't be last timers. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our waitress came over and we ordered our drinks. They have a wide variety of selections on their menu (which is a newspaper) and they offer breakfast all day. Our food came out quickly, but there were only a few people dining in at the time. We both had the Cajun salmon with green beans which was delicious. The green beans were loaded with bacon, and I added the Papa Burn habanero sauce to them. This sauce has a great flavor with a little heat. I need to see if they sell it next time I'm there. I noticed they had pies at the counter which looked delicious and it was hard to pass up, but maybe next time. Some of we've ordered here was on point. Today I ordered a plate of Mac and cheese that looked AMAZING on DoorDash. It was marketed as being hand made. When I ordered it and tried it it was Kraft Macaroni and cheese with a little melted additional cheese and bread crumbs with my choice of protein. This was not as marketed at all and you seriously insult customers with this lazy attempt. Not made the way I am used to and yet it was good. It came with a huge biscuit. The biscuit kept crumbling which I did not like. Then we watched our food sit on the counter for 5 minutes while our server was talking to another server. Never had refills during the duration of the visit, had to ask the server for a refill. Waited 10 minutes for her to come get the payment and eventually decided to just do it online. Originally I was empathetic because we came during lunch rush, but, towards the end it wasn't busy and she still was not attentive. I don't recommend coming to this location. read more

Not today, I don't understand what happened with either the waiter or the chef. Usually, the coffee is great and and food excellent, for the first time I am very disappointed with this Resturant, the coffee was watered down and the mushroom , spinach with Swiss cheese omelet that I asked for was not prepared correctly, Very simple order. The way I understand it, an omelet is prepared with all the ingredients together, not separately, it just didn't taste good. When paying, we mentioned it to the cashier and she said that if we weren't happy to go to another restaurant, that was not the response that I expected.
