[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really enjoyed our visit to this cute cafe! Cool art on the walls, a unique menu, and a great vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Stopped in for a late lunch a little before closing time. The baristas were very friendly and got our food and drinks out quickly. The onion tofu banh mi was amazing! Great bread, fresh veggies, and delicious spicy mayo. Also had the coconut cream latte, a vanilla latte, and the ca phe sua. The drinks were well-balanced, flavorful, and strong. Just what we needed to get thru the rest of the day! Can't forget the mochi donuts. Great texture and fantastic flavor of ube, pandan, and black sesame. Highly recommend checking out this spot!

I ordered a teriyaki chicken banh mi and an ube matcha. The banh mi was delicious, I thought the chicken was marinated well and the bread had a great crunch! The jalapeños definitely added a kick. I really liked the ube matcha, the matcha flavor was strong and there were no clumps. I thought it was slightly better than my friends strawberry matcha.

Dropped by early in the morning to pick up some banh mis for lunch and coffee before a roadtrip. The ca phe sua was really light in flavor, didn't taste strong at all. At least not like a traditional Vietnamese coffee. Tasted more like a latte, and the banh mi was missing something. It was really dry and the bread was not right. To be fair, we didn't eat our banh mi until 2 hrs later, but we always travel with banh mi sandwiches and never really had a issue before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Located off a really busy street.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute space for getting work done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe we went on a bad morning, the guy working was not in a good mood.

one of my favorite coffee spots in PDX! the coconut cream latte and the strawberry matcha are both 10/10.

It's always good to have banh mi to pair with drinks.

So glad they're open on 7/4. I kept calling but they didn't pick up but we stopped anyways to grab a drink before heading to the garden. We got a banana cream matcha, ca phe sua da, strawberry matcha and lavender earl gray. All on almond milk and on 16oz cup. They're about $6 each. It came out to be close to $30 with tip. We make Vietnamese coffee at home and it's not as good here compared to ours. I tried the banana matcha one for the first time and it's a sweeter drink for sure. Wish the matcha would be stronger. But overall presentation is nice. Glad we stopped by. It's always good to try everything at least once.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful interior with full windows and lots of natural light.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seats in full sun view were super warm, so pick your seats wisely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the strawberry matcha, and as someone who has always wanted to be a matcha fan but never really pick up on it, I really enjoyed it. Not overly 'grassy.' The house banh mi was huge, around 8-10 inches long and really enjoyable. I'm a huge sucker for a good banh mi.

The matcha was good, I was excited for the raspberry puree. The drink was a "special" so they didn't come in a 12oz which would have been nice because I wasn't able to finish it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The barista was sweet and my kids like the big mural on the wall inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Neighborhood Vietnamese cafe serving up specialty drinks and banh mi's! Their ca phe sua is robust and complements the thick savory banh mi's offered. The drinks notably outshine the food items. I ordered the seasonal cinnamon sugar latte + salted cream foam, a regular iced Vietnamese coffee, and a matcha mochi donut. The drinks were extremely delicious and perfectly sweetened. I would avoid the mochi donuts - a bit too soggy, greasy, and stale. The banh mi's here are quite bread-y and could use a bit more meat as well. Expect to pay $5-8 per drink and $9-10 for banh mi's. Parking is available but the lot is quite small. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is perfect for quick coffee bites or grab and go orders. Not the most comfortable for longer studying session. The benches are hard, and the space is quite cold.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the drinks, the cafe was cute, and the customer service was on point![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the salted cherry mocha and matcha tai (which is honey matcha either passion cold foam) and they were both really good. I prefer the coffee over the matcha though

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute and small Vietnamese coffee shop that sells Banh Mi Sandwiches.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Made to order. We ordered a Lavender latte and Black Sesame latte. Lavender latte was subtle and delicious. The Black Sesame was a little bit sweeter. They also have seasonal drinks available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great artwork mural against the wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]About 4 tables to sit and window seating area to wait for your orders.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Small parking lot. With 8 spaces. This coffee shop shares it with a custom frame shop and Thai Restaurant. We got here on Friday at 1 pm. The hours are 7 days from 7am to 4 pm. Right in front there is a bus stop.

This is a great spot for a quick lunch. The coffees are delicious and the pork bahn mi is a good size with nice flavors.

Good! Love the Cafe Sua da here as always and supporting cute local businesses. Next time I'm adding a note to try the mochi.

I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't that horrible off-gassing smell at similar type places. However, they did have some kind of odd blinky holiday lights that made annoying noises throughout my visit. I toured each aisle and there wasn't anything to my liking but I can see where a new Asian restaurant could completing outfit their establishment with everything they need. It was nice to see they had real plants! I would consider returning for those or maybe some of their pots. Prices were okay, not great. I wanted to see if there is a Kmart near the area so I did a Yelp search for Kmart, this Portland Closeout store popped up. After glancing at Yelp photos, the 20 % off Yelp check in caught my eye, and the funny t-shirts, the ones on their profile pic. I asked my personal Uber driver ( my other half) to take me. You will not miss this place, there is a huge business sign and parking is available on both sides of the lot. I don't know where to begin looking, the store is clutter but it is a good clutter. There are tons and tons of stuff. Its like a one stop shop, Things you need in Chinatown and the flea market combined together. I am pretty sure you will find something you don't need but actually need here. Just like my experience here. I had fun looking around, Lets see this shop is HUGE! There are sandals, shoes, clothing for mens, womens, children, tshirts, hats, make up, hair accessories, phone accessories, even blankets. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask the owner, she is super friendly. I recall her name is Long. I had fun talking to her and she helped me find what I was looking for. As I mentioned I found 2 items that I didn't need but needed. I saw 2 hats , I didn't think I needed it but bought it for my mom and good friend. ( they both love hats!) I came to shop not looking for hats and not needing it but then I am so glad I bought them because my mom and good friend loved the hats. I also bought those funny saying shirts to give away as souvenirs. They are pretty funny! I was able to use my 20 percent Yelp check in and I am so happy to discover a new place in Portland. I noticed the blankets are cheap, they are the really soft blankets which comes in different color, prints, and even comes with a bag. I remember those blankets, during my childhood days my mom used to buy that blanket for us and I remember they cost more than what Portland Closeout sells them for. I am going to buy a blanket next time I visit. After paying for my items, Long mentioned that her husband is at the store across. Note: Portland Closeout is in 2 separate shop. The store is in front where Long's husband manage has all household items for your kitchen, home and garden which includes furniture, plants, even paintings. This store does look clutter as well, but its a good clutter!! I noticed children's bicycles out in front. This store has EVERYTHING!! Overall, I love how I discovered this place and I enjoyed my shopping experience here. I will be back. If you just moved to Portland, Please check out Portland Closeout, I guarantee you will find products for your new place and you can thank me later!! #101/100/2017

The store was full of cute and unique items, and it had such a fun, lively atmosphere. One thing that immediately stood out was how happy the employees seemed. They were singing, chatting, and genuinely looked like they enjoyed working there, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also loved that they had four different popcorn flavors available to sample. They were all so unique and made it hard to pick a favorite. The chocolate selection was even more impressive, they had a huge variety of chocolate bars from both local and international makers, and I honestly had no idea what to choose. Thankfully, one of the staff members was more than happy to help and recommended the cinnamon chipotle chocolate bar, which ended up being such a fun and interesting combination. My favorite discovery, though, was the little chocolates by the checkout counter. They were almost too cute to eat! I picked up the raspberry chocolate, and I have to say it was one of the most unique and delicious pieces of chocolate I've ever had.
