Plano location. First time, decided to give it a try . The ambience is cute. You can order at the kiosk or you can order in person and you can also order for to stay or to go which is nice. Looks like they have real cups. I got a flat white and it only comes in one size which I don't understand since it's steamed milk and espresso so I got it and it was $6 w tax. 8 oz cup. It was very smooth. It was so smooth. It tasted mostly like steamed milk. I'm not sure how much espresso gets put in there and I don't understand why you can't order different sizes and they charge $2.50 for a pupichino in the picture shows whipped cream with one milk bone I can go to lazy dog, get a bowl rice/ meat for my dog for five bucks Ambiance good. Service good. I saw people eating breakfast sandwiches. They look like they were enjoying them so I'm guessing the food is also pretty good. Stopped in this location on Wed mid day. The kiosk had descriptions along with pictures of drinks and food to order. Ordering was a little confusing, but I figured it out. Atmosphere was relaxing, doors were opened and sun was shining in. I ordered a caramel frappe and a PB banana waffle. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the order was ready. The drink was amazing, it was drizzled with chocolate and caramel, and Shanice made sure that my waffle was perfect as well. She had a beautiful smile and was very friendly. We struck up a pleasant conversation, it was just like talking to an old friend. I appreciate her hospitality during my day. She needs a raise!! She made sure that I had everything I needed. And checked on me, and several other customers during our stay. My only complaint was why is there not one of these in Rockwall?! I would be there every day. Keep up the great vibe read more

Absolutely stupid. Walked in, you have to go to a kiosk in order which takes forever. They are trying to push more expensive selections by hiding regular drip way down in the list. Prices seemed too high, so I left. Coffee might be good but not worth the wait. read more

No way to talk to a human who could make the drink as you would normally request. The kiosk concept is not as all inclusive as they may believe. Never ordered a drink because of this and the price of $4.79. Come on! Inside may have been nice but the lack of a human is just dumb. There are humans at the counter, but that is after you dealt with the kiosk screen. No means to tell it a splash of half-half or two sugar in the raw. Especially when the charge was going to be $4.79. Make up your minds. Higher cost either no human interaction or just a machine limited with options. read more

They're still in their soft launch phase, so take this with a grain of salt. We were excited to pop in and try Black Sheep (Plano) and left feeling generally unimpressed. Ordering is efficient from a touch screen and pick up is at a nearby counter with overwhelmed and unfriendly baristas. Each of us had an espresso-based beverage, a couple of us had waffles, and we were all pretty unimpressed. Their standard espresso option is a really dark, smoky roast and overpowers the espresso-based beverages with a burnt aftertaste. The waffles were a little soggy. Not the worst for a quick pit stop, but I'm worried about them keeping up in the competitive DFW coffee scene with their lackluster service and menu offerings. We may stop back in a few months after their hard launch to see how things look then! read more

This coffee chain out of Great Britain is by far the best coffee chain around, it has a great coffee shop vibe, including a nice outdoor patio, their coffee is top notch, everything from espressos to lattes to flavored coffee drinks in any flavor you can name, both iced and hot, their food is also several notches above standard coffee shop fare, they have a delicious variety of sandwiches including lunch and breakfast sandwiches which rival any cafe, their pastries and croissants are excellent plus they have fresh made waffles with fillings like strawberries and cream, pb&j and Nutella, another nice touch is, that unlike most coffee stores, they offer a variety of soft drinks, if you are with somebody that doesn't like coffee, I think there are 2 in the Dallas area now, hopefully they will be opening many more, I can't say enough good things about this place read more

The service was not the best and the food was not good at all. I got the egg sandwich bagel which came out to $10 it definitely wasn't worth all that money. Most places sell bagels for $2-$6 and taste amazing so this was disappointing. $2.50 for a puppuccino is also crazy to me.
