    Spicy margarita and red sangria
    Mary R.

This used to be Pizicco, from what I gather it's the same owner. Sangria tasted like just red wine, I sent it back to be fixed. Came back ok, I kept it but didn't enjoy it. Spicy margarita was good. Lemon chicken was tasty (portion size was ehh). The filet funghi special came out overcooked (I ordered medium), no gravy for the mash, spinach was good. It was better when it was pizicco.

I have been here a couple of times before and it's always good. It's really pretty inside and clean. I went recently for half priced apps but didn't realize not all appetizers were half off, but some pizzas are included in this. You have to sit at the bar to get the half priced apps. We ended up getting a veggie pizza with no cheese, fried pickles, fried oysters, coconut shrimp, and brussels. They also gave us bread. The food was good but I wish they had more options that weren't fried. I also wish they had a more creative cocktail menu. The bartender was really nice though and didn't charge us for the first two drinks that didn't taste very good. We didn't even ask her to do that and she automatically removed them. Really good service.

Note: This used to be Pizzolo so don't be confused if I was if you still see signs of that name. I came here with my friend last weekend, not knowing that it would be happy hour but very happy it was. They do happy hour from 4-6 pm daily and also Sunday from noon to 6 pm, where you can order from the raw bar and apps for 50% off. We ordered some clams, little necks, fried oysters, and calamari. I did want to try other items from their appetizer section but I also did not want to get too full since this meal was meant to be a snack. The raw bar items were good, but they were a but tough to get out of the shell. The fried oyster was good but I felt there was a lot more breading than actual oyster so the seafood flavor was a bit diluted. The calamari was good, and even though it was probably meant to be a filler, I did like that they added a ton of jalapenos. They have outdoor and indoor seating and our waitress was kind and attentive. We sat outside so I didn't get a chance to see what the inside looks like. It is also conveniently located around very cool businesses and is up the street from Lippitt park if you want to take a walk after eating.

We ordered online in advance and as we arrived, it was almost ready. The timing worked out so well since I was starving and excited to dig in. The Lobster Roll was incredible! I was a big fan of the fresh hot lobster, warm buttery roll, and the creaminess from the mayo which you don't usually see on a hot lobster roll. The Pollock Fish & Chips was a bit of a let down. The Pollock Fish is super batter-heavy. I guess I'm more of a purist because I wanted to really taste the fresh fish but the batter was too thick for my liking. The Old Bay Fries were deliciously crispy and satisfying. Good try overall!

Everyone has one and it's always nice to hear how people come to do what they are doing. Very small store and other than the 2 tables outside it's take-out. Has a case with some items and T shirts. I almost bought one, but they didn't have any XL today. It's located in a little plaza not far from Attleboro that has the Chartley Country store. It's not near to me but it was a fun drive, a good time and the fried fish is fresh and yummy.

First of all, the restaurant itself is small but very cute, cozy, and full of lovely New England-y Sea-Themed decor. We were promptly seated and had our order taken for our drinks & food - I had heard good things about this place, so I got a decent amount of food items, including: Lobster Roll - Arguably the best lobster roll I've ever had so far in my life. The brioche bun for it was soooo fluffy, soft, and a perfect complement to the big, juicy chunks of lobster that were seasoned and buttered JUST right. Also came with hefty and well-seasoned fries. New England Clam Chowder - Came with salted pork and potatoes in addition to the quahog clams. It was deliciously creamy and soothing to slurp on and the chunks within were all so tender and a great contrast. Clam Cakes - Added them to the Clam Chowder order for an extra $8. Big, hefty, doughy balls that were perfectly fried outside and ooey gooey within. Fish & Chips - Big, hefty fish that was juicy & delicious with a great crunch on the outside! Similarly came with the 'chips', or the hefty, well-seasoned fries that the lobster roll also came with. Oh yeah, pardon me, forgetting to mention the drinks! We ordered the Briny Martini and the Harbor House Punch! The Martini was great for a stronger drink and the Punch was a nice cocktail for anyone preferring something sweeter and fruitier. When it came to the food, service, and dining experience...it couldn't have been better! Everything was incredibly delicious and definitely worth ordering. This memorable experience then reached exceptional circumstances, however, as while we were in the middle of dining here and enjoying our delicious food, there was a shooting occurring just up the street at Brown University. I wish to commend the staff at Dune Brothers, who looked out for mine and their other patrons' safety and sheltering us in their restaurant as we all nervously waited for more information on what exactly was going on that evening. Exceptional circumstances aside, this restaurant is also exceptional when it comes to the quality of their food and service. I highly recommend coming here if you're in Providence!
