Wow. This is seafood done right and at the right price. I got fried scallops, clams, fish and chowder. Fries are crispy. Flavor flavor flavor!

This place is legit... have yet to have anything better in the area. Lobster roll is amazing. I'd give it 10 out of 5 if possible. Service is top notch as well. 3rd time here

The chowder was very rich and hearty. The calamari sauce is amazing here and the stuffed quahog was very well balanced with all the ingredients. Ellen was our waitress and she was friendly and very helpful no complaints about her service at all as matter of fact there's not enough stars to give her. This is a nice casual friendly restaurant old seafood restaurant ambiance.

Really Great chowder and clam cakes! The clam cake batter is light and cakes aren't greasy. Chowder was loaded with clams, great flavor. Calamari also had a light batter. It was really good not rubbery. Chorizo was very rubbery and chewy. I'd skip that. Crabcake was delicious but could have been more solid, less mushy. Needed more binder (bread crumbs or such). Loved the flavors though. Served with boom boom sauce which was yummy! Prices are fair and food is good here I recommend Brothers Seafood.

    Fisherman's Seafood Platter

Brothers is the best fried seafood I have had in Rhody in a longgg while! The Fisherman's Platter was packed with fresh, perfectly cooked seafood and bursting with flavor. Mom's Portuguese Soup tasted just like a comforting homemade classic--rich, hearty, and soul-warming. And the clam cakes? Crispy on the outside, soft and full of flavor on the inside--easily some of the best I've had. You can tell everything is made with care and tradition. If you're looking for authentic, homemade seafood with great service to match, Brothers Seafood should be at the top of your list. We'll definitely be back!

Drove up from RI to see what this place was all about. Everyone loves it and it has great reviews. It did not disappoint! Went on a Thursday around 12:30. Was pretty busy the whole time we were there. My aunt and I sat at the bar. The service was attentive and friendly. Food came out fresh and hot. There were many things on the menu I could have ordered. Will have to go back and try more!

I had the best cold lobster roll I've ever tried, fresh, perfectly balanced with little but enough mayo, and full of flavor. The service was truly impressive; there was only one waitress handling a full house, plus phone calls and to-go orders, and she was incredible, attentive, friendly, and completely on top of everything. It's a small, family-run place with a warm, welcoming vibe

We came to Seekonk to visit family and found this gem of a restaurants. The food was fantastic, reasonable, and with a warm atmosphere. Our waitress, who was by herself, was a whirlwind and handled the crowd with finesse and high energy. We started out with their Portuguese soup. There had to be a grandmother in the kitchen because this was fresh and clean tasting. A clear brother with lots of veggies, chouriço, and small couscous like pasta. I am glad I told my sweetie to get a cup and not a bow because the cup serving was large. I am originally from New England so I had to have their whole belly clams. They were plump and delicious. And if you have read any of my other reviews, you would know that I am always on the hunt for the best fried whole belly clams. These were excellent. My darling had their Fried Seafood combo plate of smelts, scallops, and friend haddock with their red pepper garlic sauce on the side for dipping the smelts and fish. I didn't want French Fries, instead I opted for their homemade mashed potatoes. Pro tip!!! I used the red pepper garlic sauce on my mashed potatoes! Oh man!!! My grandson had their clam cakes but ate them so fast I didn't get to take a picture. He said that they were they best he ever had. This is a family restaurant with a cross-section of folks lined up for lunch here. The owner was friendly and jumped in to help the waitress with a smile. I had to tell him how pleased I was with his establishment and his staff. Many folks there heard me and made the same exclamations. I am coming back to try their other treats but getting past ordering more whole belly clams will be hard. Brothers, you have earned your name and are now one of my brothers for great food.

Clam cakes were very good and crispy - no grease. Red clam chowder was very good; just needed a little more salt and pepper which I don't mind adding myself. My sister had the whole belly clams and scallops. She was so very happy with her meal, especially she was in MA for a trip as she resides in FL year round. Will be back for sure.

Wow! Traveling up from Maryland we found this hidden gem! Lobster Rolls were fantastic and clam strips. Appetizers were very tasty, especially the shrimp.

How much are their lobster rolls?

Menu says Price varies, which isn't unusual for higher priced seafood. Market value. Good food, call before you go if you need to know.

Lobster roll was a 10/10. Great portion and taste. The brioche is perfectly buttered. The lobster is at a good temperature. The fries have a perfect old bay seasoning. I ended up going alone this time, but I came back with enough leftovers and commentary to share that the whole experience could easily be pieced together in anyone's head pretty clearly. The first thing that stands out is the setup. It's casual in the best possible way. Nothing pretentious, nothing overworked. You walk up, order, wait a bit, and then suddenly you've got seafood in a paper tray that somehow tastes like summer even when you're wedged into a busy city block instead of sitting by the water. There's a kind of controlled chaos to it, especially during peak hours, but it moves. I went with the absolute classics without hesitation: a fried fish sandwich and a side of fries, plus a lobster roll that, frankly, looked like it was built for someone who doesn't believe in restraint. The fish sandwich was the standout. Crisp coating, flaky inside, not greasy in that heavy way that ruins a good fry. The bun held together without collapsing into mush, which is always a small victory in a city seafood spot. The fries were solid, nothing revolutionary, but they did their job without trying to steal attention from the main event. The lobster roll was more of a classic Rhode Island style than anything over-complicated. Generous chunks, lightly dressed, and not drowned in filler. It leaned into freshness rather than gimmicks, which is exactly what you want when you're this close to the water. It didn't feel like it was trying to reinvent anything, just execute the basics well enough that you stop thinking about it and just eat. What I like about places like this is that they don't overpromise. Dune Brothers isn't trying to be a white-tablecloth seafood restaurant, and it doesn't need to be. It's quick, it's reliable, and it feels like it belongs in downtown.

The menu & reviews looked promising. I'm glad we had reservations, as they were packed on a Saturday night. I was pleased that we were seated within 5 minutes. I was also pleased that their huge booth fit 4 of us comfortably & they were happy to add a chair at the end for our 5th guest. A basket of warm rolls was immediately placed on our table. The large menu had something for everyone in every price range. We started with drinks, all of which were good. My companion & I shared a bottle of Clean Slate Riesling ($33) which we enjoyed. She & I both ordered the baked sea scallop special, which came with 2 dinner sides for $24.99. The scallops were delicious but I would have been happier if my baked potato & steamed broccoli had been cooked just a few minutes longer. They were edible, just not quite as soft as I prefer. Our friends enjoyed their meals... citrus swordfish (also one of the specials), French onion soup & salad, and a chicken salad sandwich. My companion & I shared a piece of lemon meringue pie for dessert, which was good. It wasn't as big a serving as at some restaurants, but it was enough. I have no idea of the cost as prices are not listed on the dessert menu, a practice I dislike. I also didn't like the fact that I asked for a fork as I don't like eating cake or pie with a spoon & was told I couldn't have one as they were all needed. Our friends enjoyed their peanut butter pie & coconut cake. Our server was adequate. We had to chase her down to ask for water, lemon, etc. I understand she was very busy but a smile would have been nice. I do appreciate the fact that we were not rushed out, and we were allowed plenty of time to catch up with our friends. Also, the hostess was gracious enough to take a photo of our group as we were leaving the restaurant. This restaurant used to be the Country Inn on Market Street in Warren. They have a decent sized parking lot, although it seemed barely sufficient for the amount of volume they do. I would rate this restaurant a 3.5 if I had that option. Will I return? Probably not.

Otherwise it's free, on-street parking in the surrounding neighborhood or main road. The 'pull' door (not automatic) is at ground level and once in the vestibule, there is a ramp up into the restaurant and steps up into the bar area. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Two dining rooms have wooden tables and chairs, mostly in a four-top size. The bar area has a high, vaulted ceiling and the two ceiling fans are a large baseball in a glove. Cute. Walls are real wood paneled on the bottom 2/3 and painted cream at the top 1/3 with dark wood floors. Everything looked nice and clean and cozy. High-tops in the bar area each had bag hooks under the table top which I love. Our waitress was the bartender. The bar was about half full and there were maybe two other tables in the restaurant. She brought over place mats, flatware and menu's and took our drink order. The menu is large and includes sandwiches, burgers, steaks, apps, soups and salads, plus. It's pretty big. We had a good amount of time to review all the menu options, plus the 'specials' menu she left with us. We both chose steak based entrées. A table top sign lists some seasonal adult beverages available and the menu includes other bar selections. Food was brought out by a kitchen employee. I think it may have been the cook/chef. It took a while for the food to come out of the kitchen and I suspect it's bare bones staff during the week. They were very friendly and asked if we needed anything else. The waitress also stopped by after several minutes to check in with us. The steak was tender however those knives need to be replaced. Because it was hard to cut, I thought the steak would be 'tough', but it was very nice. The fries are excellent. I did enjoy those. Mashed potatoes appear to be 'real' (not reconstituted flakes). My steak was a bit undercooked but I only ate about half. I concentrated on cutting the outer bits which left the center a perfect temp for reheating at home. It heated up quite well and was still tender. So in the end, it worked in my favor. Although I'm not sure how they fry the egg on top of the Portuguese steak, it was fluffy and had a nice soft yolk. (I could have sent the steak back to be re-fired if I was unhappy, but knew I'd probably not eat it all, so again, it worked in my favor) Gendered restrooms are off the bar area. Ladies has two small stalls with no gaps at the edges. Thumbs up for that. Men's room has a stall and a urinal (I asked, didn't look). Not sure about another comment on here regarding 'no lock' on the men's room. The stall has a lock. If you need privacy, use that. Each restroom is too small for a changing table. I asked about the parking situation as the lot is not big enough to accommodate all the tables and after talking about on-street parking options was told on the weekends (Friday - Sunday) it's a full house. So do plan some time to find parking. I'm not sure they take reservations though and the vestibule has only one seat that I noticed for waiting. Food quality is good. Service is friendly. Full bar. Big menu. Clean restrooms. Only the parking situation is possibly problematic and that's really a state of mind. Desfrute da sua refeição!

When I walked in, the bartendress was very nice and helpful. She refilled my water bottle, talked through beers, and changed the TV to the bowl game I requested, despite a lot of back and forth on New Year's Eve. While I was at the bar I looked over at the guy next to me and his steak was amazingly perfectly pink throughout. People around me sounded very happy with the size and flavor of their drinks, but as far as beer goes there is a limited tap, all on the lighter side despite 15-16 openings. So the bar is great. Stay at the bar. Finally my friend arrived and we went for a table. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. First, I discovered that the only restrooms in the building are tiny, meant for one person but not a locking door. I ordered clam chowdah, cod fish cakes, and the obligatory stuffie, all at the same time (same for my friend, no appetizer). All in all, it took nearly an hour for the chowder to come out, and the place was far from packed, with a few but not overwhelmingly many to-go orders. Finally, the chowder came out. Waiting, waiting, tasted... another 5-10 minutes before the other food started trickling so I could finally eat while my friend did the same. Chowder: 2.5 stars. It looked thick and creamy, but it was overwhelmingly potato. I was hunting and there are a few clams, but it's not even soup. It's potato. Just too much. Cod fish cakes: 2.5 stars. Way too much breading. I tried and could not actually taste any fish. I'm sure it's in there somewhere, but minced to smithereens so you can't tell. Stuffie: 3 stars. Another place where it's mostly breading, but at least my notes say "decent amount" instead of "where's the clam?". My friend: He loved the chicken half of the chicken parm, said it was cooked perfectly, but left the noodles. Generic noodles, the sauce he said didn't taste store-bought but the tomatoes were definitely canned. And the kicker? They never brought us napkins. Verdict: A low 3 stars overall, and that's mainly for the bar side of things. Stick to drinks.
