Blake's Lotaburger burgers are so delicious! This is a new chain I wasn't aware of until I met my mother-in-law. Bc she works by the chain, she would randomly pick them up all the time for us. She's been lucky where she didn't have to wait too long for her order. Our favorites are the single and double Green Chili cheeseburgers with regular and seasoned fries. I have to point out that I'm very impressed with the quality and value for their burgers. LESS THAN $4 for a quality single patty cheeseburger?! It's always cooked fresh and juicy, and the bun has the perfect soft but chewy texture. It doesn't fall apart when you tear into it, and it's buttered to perfection! And lastly, the green chili heat just adds to its awesomeness! The fries are really tasty and seasoned well. They still manage to taste great when cold or nooked for 30sec too. The large size is actually not that big compared to other chains, so I wished they were a little bigger. But for the price, it's still not that bad. Overall, if you haven't tried it yet pls do! The other day, my MIL had a big order and they had forgotten a burger, so she went back to retrieve it. Turned out that they forgot to ring up and charge her for the missing burger. Management was so accommodating to make it right that they didn't charge her for the burger and their signature sauces (that she initially wanted to pay). Went to pick up for breakfast Burritos. It was about 7:30am. The supervisor/ terrible cook was very unprofessional trying to train a new young lady while playing oldies very abnoxtiously loud. She did yell a couple of times at her trying to give instructions of what to do but no skills whatsoever!! As she cooked bacon she couldn't even take the food insert up to the grill? Hot bacon dripping all over! Could of burnt the new employee. Forgot green chile in my #5. It was terrible!!! I have never seen this happen at this location since 2016???? This location is small, you can eat inside or outside. The food here is worth it. This is one of the best green chile cheeseburgers around. Okay, not sure why this place only has 3.5 stars. Granted, they were a little slow to take our order when we were there (just past 2pm on a Saturday), but the cashier was super apologetic and gave us both free huge sodas because of the wait. Once we ordered, it didn't take but a couple of minutes to get our food. The burgers and fries were outstanding! The hatch chiles had the perfect amount of kick to complement the burger, and the seasoned fries were delish. For a while I felt like Blakes wasn't delivering the quality of food that they had been in the past. I was so happy that fate brought me here on Sat. I was in search for a breakfast burrito but I was burnt on our Golden Pride. (I know its crazy) Here I was hoping and praying they were still serving breakfast at 11:30 but unfortunately they were not. I decided that I was too hungry to continue on my search so I decided to get an old classic Itsa burger, seasoned fries, and a large unsweeted ice tea. The burger was super fresh, seasoned well. The bun was nice and soft but was sturdy enough to carry the meat and veggies inside. The fries were perfection- Thick cut, extra crispy, hit the spot. Blakes is one of the few places besides Sonic that has that really small ice. Its a weird thing to love but there are more of you out there in search for the perfect ice I know it. Well search no more you have found it! It basically makes any drink you get into a slushy, which you Abq natives know is a huge relief in this hot summer weather. Customer service is subpar and manager on duty is rude and very unprofessional as if as she's unhappy with her job.

The staff here are so unresponsive. I called from the parking lot to place an order. I was on hold for 10 min. Decided to go in to order. They told me i needed to order from outside. Which is ok, however, there was no sign on the door stating so. I pointed out the being on hold to all staff but one who was standing around talking. They were clearly irritated I said something and one of the workers told me she would be right with me as she rolled her eyes to the back of her head. The only worker worth thanking was the poor girl who was taking orders and running items out while her coworkers stood around. read more
