Second time here in the past year, second fail. The pizza was over cooked to the point that the burnt crust crumbled like a cookie or a chip. It wasn't just the edge either, but the whole thing. Absolutely no management in this store to keep the line working efficiently. Dough person tops a pizza and then he's putting it in the oven. We arrived in town pretty late, Blaze Pizza was the most convenient open place that was open late, so we picked up a pizza and a dinner salad. I have never written a review on yelp, but the terrible service from this location deserved a review. I recently came to this location. It was two hours before closing. The workers did not greet us when we came or even let us know they'll be with us in a second. We waited for at least 10-15 minutes to even be greeted. Then after waited another 10-15 for them to start the order. The workers were laughing messing around on their phones, drinking drinks from a coffee place I assume. One of the employees was doing absolutely nothing to help when there was a long line behind us, like mentioned she who has blonde hair would rather share her drinks with the other workers, and laugh around than help the waiting customers. Very unprofessional. When we were helped they were rude, and annoyed. Out of the 5 "workers" only one girl with the glasses was actually working and doing her job. We visited on a Sunday at 8pm and it was pretty busy. The line was about 10 people long to order but not too bad of a wait. There isn't a lot of seating but we didn't have trouble finding a table. Parking: We entered a parking lot that is off Katella Ave. it seems like most cars had a tag for staying at the hotel, but some spots were listed as 30 minutes. Service: Half the employees were friendly, half had a vibe like you were annoying them to be there I had a reward for a free drink which I used and then asked to use a Disney cast member discount as well. They said it's one or the other, contradictory to other reviews. To simplify things I just kept the free drink offer even though the cast discount would have been a better deal. Food: We did a build your own pizza for $9.95. Regular crust, classic red sauce, ham, pepperoni, chicken, meatballs, bacon, onions, olives, peppers. With buffalo and pesto sauces. Overall the flavor was bland for what was on it. At least it was enough to share for 2 people. Arugula salad with goat cheese, strawberries and blueberries and balsamic dressing as a side size for $4.95 Not a huge portion for the price and mostly arugula. They have several aguas available, matcha, lemonade and hibiscus. The soda machine had a few cane sugar options such as black cherry and root beer. We enjoyed the aguas most. Overall, the experience was worse than Pizza Press which I like going to. They have better toppings, way more beers, better service. Also their dining room is much larger and doesn't feel so crowded. Maybe I'll go to Blaze if I'm near one, but when near Disneyland, Pizza Press is by far the better option. Update: my boyfriend and I aren't feeling great this morning. JFC, get your act together. Your "servers aren't working" at the location so online pickup orders aren't going through and when you choose the option for placing an order by phone, it disconnects the call. But "you can come in and place an order here" on a Saturday night near Disneyland? Yeah that sounds like a great idea that won't take very long. Btw, Papa John's app worked just fine. Yes Pizza - Custom Pizza - My favorite. This Blaze Pizza is awesome just because they are so welcoming and there are so many nice people working here. I went there to order Custom Pizza which I usually put little bit of every meat and some vegetable. Usually when I order "little bit of every meat," the guy/girl behind the counter usually gets grouchy but this one, she didn't and kept the smile so that was huge plus. I thought this place was just OK. Loved the option of being able to customize your own pizza. I don't know if I just didn't get the right toppings or what, but I wasn't blown away. Also - if you are planning on getting a salad, do not waste your time. I got a $9 salad that looked like it should've been priced at $5 size wise. It was an arugula salad with balsamic dressing and "seasonal fruit." Maybe no fruit is in season...? There was hardly any fruit, specks of feta (I wasn't even sure there was cheese in it at all at first glance), and just an overall small size. read more

Love that this place is pretty much in the hotel we stayed at. It was very busy but we ordered online and it was done really fast actually. I was kind of surprised. The pizza was really yummy and fresh. Ok price as well. Only thing I would say was the pizza selection was actually not great. I dont know what was going on if this was just a one time thing or this happens all the time but a lot of options were not available for some reason mostly the chicken options but a few others as well. Fast, Fresh, Crispy and delicious! $9.95 for all of the toppings you want... it's like Chipotle for Pizza but with wayyy more options. They even offer higher end toppings like fresh buffalo style mozzarella and fresh basil and do not charge extra for those special toppings. (Like no upcharge for any of the toppings available) They offer several types of sauces and cheeses. (Regular red sauce, spicy red sauce, pesto and a white sauce) I loved the end of the line where they offer the extra sauces to add to the pizza (things like olive oil, bbq sauce, buffalo sauce, ranch, arugula, pesto drizzle, balsamic) My advice for building your pizza: Keep it simple it's better... example: My wife got a simple regular red sauce, shredded mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and olive oil drizzle at the end and hers, in its most simple form, was a lot better than mine where I went all out with toppings. For my pizza I chose the regular red sauce, shredded mozzarella, Canadian bacon, regular bacon, pepperoni and banana peppers. I added BBQ sauce at the end after it was fired. The BBQ sauce was a tad much so I would hold off on that or maybe ask for it on the side? (It was still great just not as good as the simple pizza my wife built) All in all, Perfect after a day at Disneyland! Plus all of the employees were very friendly, the place is kept very clean and I got a free drink with the Yelp checkin. Oh and they offer Disneyland Annual Passholders a discount! Tried to order a pizza for me and My family. Literally the 2 workers just sat there. To be fair it looked like one of them was actually working (she was putting some kind if numbering or letters on the bags), but the other guy wasn't doing anything. Truly trancendent pizza awaits at this Anaheim convention area pizzeria. After a gruelling 11-hour day with preschoolers at Disneyland, we felt barely human. Utterly drained, we knew we needed to eat, but the thought held no allure. Like a beacon of hope, Blaze pizza shone out in the night. My wife had read something about Blaze before, and wanted somerhing fresh/nourishing, so we walked a block from the Alpine Inn (another find for a different post) to Blaze. The place had a nice, trendy feel. We ordered the White Top and customized it with pesto drizzle, roasted garlic, mushrooms and arugula. Baked in a blazing hot pizza oven, it was done in minutes. The wood char from the fire gave it a hint of smoke to each bite. The flavor... They should have sent a poet... It awoke our appetites and left us with full bellies, yet longing for more. The flavors all meshed well, while the fresh arugula sprinkled on top right before serving complemented it nicely. Savory, crispy, each bite was packed with flavor. We were sorely tempted to order another, yet I'm glad we didn't. (Too much of a good thing tends to cheapen it.) Our one regret? We couldn't get another pizza when we left the next morning. Hopefully the Frisco (TX) location is as good. (Fingers crossed!) read more

I had an excellent experience there ordering my thin-crusted pepperoni and pineapple/Hawaiian pizzas. It was back in Feb 2018 before I left for Shenyang, China, I was there dining inside. This time I didn't try the 3 for 10$ pizza any toppings. Instead I had garlic bread slices for 5$ and 2 vegetarian pizzas that included AUBERGINES))) ye, that's my fav vegetable so of course I can't forget about that! My family and I frequent Disney. During our last trip, we discovered Blaze. We decided we would make eating at this restaurant a part of our Disney routine. On Sunday, after driving 7+ hours to a work conference held at Disney, my husband decided he would take the kids to Blaze to eat. Soon after, I received angry texts about the terrible service they'd received, which resulted in my husband requesting a refund and taking the kids to Starbucks. He ordered pizza and drinks. He received the pizza, but not the drinks. He told the cashier, who told him just a moment. He waits. She rings up the next customer, fixes their food, and gives them their drink cups. My husband asks, again, for the cups. She gets an attitude, and says "just a moment." She still doesn't give my husband, who is standing there with a 5 and a 6 year old, the cups he paid for. I am happy he requested a refund. Rude. After the good experience I had before, I decided to call the manager in a last ditch effort not to completely write this restaurant off. When the manager picked up the phone, he was talking super fast like he didn't have time to deal with my concerns. I asked him his name twice, and he mumbled it each time (this occurred at 3:27pm on 3/24). I gave him the name of the cashier (Nuri), and explained the situation. I am placed on hold for at least 5 minutes. The manager comes back to the phone and offers me a free pizza, but in the most condescending, agitated, and annoyed tone I had ever heard. I explained to him that the purpose of my call was to notify him of the rude behavior of his employee, not to get a free pizza. He tells me "well, we were busy at the time." I explain to him that I understand being busy, as I work in healthcare. However, I can't be rude to my patients because I am busy. He tells me "well, different people handle situations differently." At this point, I get off the phone. I'll be giving corporate a call so they can explain to me how being busy gives employees the right to be rude and inconsiderate of the customers. I will not be returning. And if this is a franchise, please get someone else to manage your restaurant. I see why the employees are rude. They are following by example. read more

I remember blaze being way better at different locations. I ordered 2 pizzas through postmates and they were both extremely undercooked. Super disappointed in the quality. I'm not about to go down to the store and tell them but I wish I could. Going to try to put it in the oven and hope that helps. I don't know if it's just because it was postmated and maybe sat out for a while or if this store just lacks quality / care for the food they make. Sorry blaze pizza I won't be back anytime soon and don't reccomend this specific spot at all. Don't rush your food!!! Quality over quantity !!! Harbor Blvd, this location is centrally located right off one of the busiest intersections in the city of Anaheim and does attract local visitors as well as hotel guests staying nearby. Hours vary from weekdays and weekends I believe but they do close at 12AM during the weekends which is quite late but also a bonus for those Disneyland goers (depending on the season/month and what time the parks close) who get those late night munchies.. I know I do! ** SERVICE ** Service is pretty amazing here! Walking in, my party and I didn't know this place had the same style as MOD Pizza and ultimately we were confused w/ the menu until one of the employees caught us and introduced us to the menu which was awesome for her to do. ** FOOD ** Ranging from all different types of pizzas, to creating your own pizza with dozens of toppings and sauces, with their mouth watering sides you can't simply go wrong whatever you choose cause everything was delish ! Horrible service and indifferent employees. My son and I are allergic to gluten and they didn't know what that meant in terms of menu choices. They had no idea what ingredients were in their salads, they didn't know proper food preparation as they grabbed a pre-made crust sans gloves then put gloves on when the employee realized we were watching.
