Blaze is a favorite of mine and this location is just as good as the others. The nice part is that even though this is in the crowded Disneyland area of Anaheim, there's some 15 minute parking right outside the door to make it easy to pop in and pop out. Do not go to Blaze Pizza on Harbor by Disneyland. Horrible service and it was not even busy at the time. A line started forming after we got there with one family ahead of us. It went like this: Earpods, earbuds all in use in the service area with the staff standing around and no one helping customers. Customers getting frustrated and leaving. This social hour went on for a while as the line grew!! "We use special dough so it takes longer." Ugh. We all know Blaze is known for being quick so don't lie to us like that. The dough was literally by the press but you didn't stop socializing to use it. It was ready!!! No one was working. When someone did finally come to help there was no apology for the wait. A family got upset and left. Then another. The franchise owner needs to check on his staff. I'd be upset if I owned this place and saw what was going on. This is the second time trying this location it and it was the same each time. We will not be back. The pizza costs extra due to its location but it's not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and drive to another location with a different owner/management team. There are other locations a short drive away. read more

Came in because it was FREE pizza if you followed them on social media. I built my own pizza and it was delicious!!!! -I added red sauce, mozzarella, ham, pineapple, olives, and minced garlic. My kids and I went to this location about 2 weeks ago. The service was horrible. They practically have children running the facility with no management on site (according to the employee who I asked) The situation I dealt with could have been resolved timely and didn't have to escalate if one of the employees and her side kick didn't start yelling at me. I requested that she stop yelling at me at least twice before I responded. You can't get a hold of anyone over the phone and I have requested a call twice on the website. I've never dealt with such poor customer service and I would never recommend this location to anyone. Proper training would suit the employees here because they definitely laughed when i mentioned "customer service" and "....you are the expert here". Not to mention, the conflict was over croutons in which I asked the girl on the grill to remove if it was going to cause a problem. A 12 yr old ordered the pizza and she didn't fail to let the whole restaurant know that "it's stupid to order croutons on a pizza" while my 12 year old was standing right there. We are at Disneyland and wanted to come out of the park to have lunch so we decided to stop by Blaze for some yummy pizza. Janet was the first to greet us and she was super duper friendly. We love meeting people like this. Tais and Sigrid performed their magic and whipped us up some tasty pizza. We both had the build your own and boy were they delicious! Normally love my experience at the Blaze location in Irvine. This location in particular, is mediocre. The pizza tasted okay, but for both orders, the crust was soggy and it was not sliced...? We had to cut both pizzas when we got home. Even though it was at a later time, around 10:30 pm, 3 male employees were goofing off, almost dropping pizzas from the oven and were very slow on service. Stopped in with my family to order some pizza. The woman who was taking our order was incredibly rude and pushy. She was trying to superspeed through everything and kept getting annoyed and rolling her eyes when I said I had another pizza to order. I'm just like, calm the heck down, lady!! Our order was all wrong, and we ended up having to take longer and caused a traffic jam because we had to figure out what was moving down the line when she kept moving so fast. We were trying to place our orders, but this lady made everything terrible. Wouldn't ever eat at this location again... terrible experience and service. Once we had our pizzas we noticed other customers dealing with the same terrible service. Finally the other crew took over and moved this lady to folding pizza boxes. The service to get acknowledged was pretty slow with not even a busy line. Seemed like there was not an organized system at this location. The prices here for build your own are $2 more maybe because it's by Disney. All in all they burnt our pizza from not turning it in time and our ticket was placed to go and they didn't pay attention and just yelled our name and threw our pizzas on the counter. If there was more care into paying attention and being aware of what they were doing then maybe I'd come back but definitely not this location. I do have to say it was busy when I was there. All the workers did not seem happy to be there. The girl wearing a puka shell necklace put a wrong topping on the pizza and her response when we told her was "Well, I already put it on." We just rolled with it. However, I worked in the costumer service business and I would never react that way. I would apologize and ask if it was okay or if they want me to remake it. Also, I asked before ordering if they took military and after we made our food she's then specified it's for one pizza. The purpose of us going was because my dad wanted to treat us and use his military discount. The manager did try to make it right and gave us a discount on an additional pizza. Pieology is cheaper in price and would allow military for the whole order. I don't think the military this is the worker's fault, but a company policy I don't like. read more
