Who couldn't love pizza made to your specifications, ready in 5 minutes?! Much like Subway or Salsarita's or Chipotle, you start by picking your crust: hin, high-rise or wheat. Next you add your sauce(s) and on to all your toppings. They offer the usual fare of pizza toppings like sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and plenty of others. Blaze is our go-to for quick, easy, pizza that even my picky child will eat. She is not a tomato sauce lover so the fact that she can get white sauce aka alfredo is a huge hit with her. This time she ordered the high-rise, which is merely 2 regular thin-crusts stacked on top of each other, to mimic a thick crust. It was still tasty and a little less crispy than thin crust. Topped with white sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and bacon, we call it the heart clogger. Mine is a more typical supreme pizza. There are a few different premixed salads offered but I've never tried those. When your name is called you retrieve your sliced pizza from the counter where you can pick any additional "drizzles" (ranch, balsamic, olive oil), grab any sprinkle containers (red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese) to take to your table and a drink. They have a nice patio area to sit on as well as indoor tables and booths, or get it to go! Service has always been above and beyond. In fact, this time my husband proceeded to pay before I was able to scan my rewards app on my phone and there was no way to go back and give me the points for a visit towards a reward, so the manager whipped out a card for a free pizza and handed it to me! For me the four and a half star rating was very misleading. I was looking for some really good pizza and this was not it. The concept of ordering your pizza like Subway is fine but when they are busy you can spend a long time in line before you can even sit down. Their oven is hot but I'm pretty sure that it is not brick. Again, when they are busy the top and the edges cook up nice and crunchy but the bottom is still doughy. Maybe I should have gotten the thicker crust. Who knows? I won't be going again. read more

Ok, well, to start, I have Celiac Disease. Not a preference, I CAN NOT have gluten. So when Blaze advertised gluten free, Keto and Cauliflower crusts, I was super stoked. I have tried all 3, and all 3 have been really good. The staff is AMAZING when it comes to my food allergy, they change out their gloves, they use sauce that hasn't been previously touched by regular flour crust. And the employees do all this with a smile and don't act like it's a bother like I have experienced at other places. Here's where the problem is... 3 out of the 4 times we have been to Blaze in the past month, they have been out of the gluten free crusts. I am unsure if it is that they don't have them made, if they order them from somewhere n they run out, but when I drive 30 mins out of my way to a restaurant, to find that they are constantly out of the one thing I can eat. They put up a sign on the door saying they don't have the crusts that day. Which is good that we don't have to walk in and wait in line, then find out, but I don't understand why if u run out of them every week, why not make more or order more? Cause you are loosing business by advertising gluten free, then not having it. It is so frustrating. read more

They were both working really hard while the whole group of young guys at pizza building end were just screwing around, playing and making there own pizzas. First of all, their pizza is good, not great, but good. However, don't expect curbside pickup. I selected curbside and my car description on the order (which was on the receipt) and pulled into the first parking spot right in front of the door. No one else was there. After 10 minutes, I walked in and my pizzas were sitting there cold on the table with a couple staff staring at me. It's no big deal, but if you like your pizza warm, go inside when you get there. I stopped by the restaurant about an hour before closing and only two other customers inside. I pulled up and saw one of the employees using a garden hose spraying the windows, floors, and walls where the pizza dough is prepped. Once I went inside, I saw that it was the manager on duty, Kyle. They had already begun picking up the toppings which only makes you feel like you're bothering them by asking them to make another pizza. The whole time I was waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven, Kyle was spraying the floors all around the prep area, registers, oven, and cutting area. In addition to that, Kyle's pants were sitting low on his hips, shirt not tucked in, and showing his underwear above his pants every time he bent over use the mop. I was very disappointed in the fact that a manager was spraying all around the food prep area. I wonder how the Department of Heath would feel should they know how the food is handled in this establishment. read more

For a quick, fast option, blaze is great. I've been to several of the build your own pizza places and they've all seemed super gimmicky and been disappointing. Blaze is different, though. They've got a really awesome selection of fresh ingredients and they have an awesome crust that's got just the right amount of bite and crunch. The agua Fresca is a must here. read more

I loved this place! Since becoming a vegan, I've had to give up pizza in a lot of circumstances. Out of all of the places with vegan cheese offerings where I've eaten, this was by far the best! Hard to beat this pizza! For less than $8 you can get a thin crust pie with as many toppings as you want, and they have a ton of toppings. They also have some specialty pies if you don't want to obsess over what you want on it, and they are still the same price. You do have to stand in line like at a sandwich shop or burrito place, where you tell them what sauce, cheese, etc you want on your pizza, then you pay and they put it in the big oven. It only takes about 5 minutes before it's ready, so it's a good place to go if you are limited on time. They have a blood orange lemonade that is delicious, and they also have bottled beer and your standard soda fountain. No options for kids, but you can get a plain cheese for $5 and take it home if they don't eat it all and that's par with most kids menu items any place you go. They also have salads, but they are pre-made and in a cooler near the checkout, which doesn't really appeal to me, but who goes to a pizza place for a salad anyway? read more

Really fresh pizza, nothing greasy, pick as many toppings as you want for one price! Loved the choice of lots of veggies and different proteins. The wait in like took awhile but once ordering we received our pizza fairly quickly. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I will say the spicy tomato sauce I picked didn't taste at all spicy, but besides that I really enjoyed my pizza! I love Blaze.... all the staff have been exceptional. ...we drive 45mins to come.... while bypassing many other places to eat...this is our all time favorite! Unfortunately when we came in over the weekend. .Kyle the manager was very rude to me at checkout. ... Their costumer service and online ordering is frustrating and terrible. I received a coupon in the mail for a buy one large pizza and get one large pizza free for online orders only. No matter what I ordered the website said the coupon was invalid. I tried the Blaze Pizza app, but the app wanted my email address and personal information in order to send me more advertisements (they tell you this on the app and you can't order without doing it or opt out). I tried calling, but only received a automated voiced message that directed me to the website or the app. I could order via phone but it won't allow you to use coupons for phone orders. The automated recording also informed me that if I wanted to talk to a real person that I'd have to wait a long time. I ended up buying pizza elsewhere. read more

Seems like it would be good, not so much for a gluten free customer though. If you get a gluten free pizza it's a $3 upcharge which is understandable.
