This wasnt my first time at a Blaze pizza so I am aware that certain menu items come with sides and what is on those menu items. I ordered a build your own and pesto garlic cheese bread. My partner and I come to this location pretty often as it is convenient and closest to our home. However tonight was something special. We were greeted by multiple employees on entrance with a lively tone and the pizzas were the best they've been in a long time! I even got to use my flames for a free garlic bread. Blaze is probably my favorite spot in town to get a build your own pizza due to freshness of the ingredients and the superior pizza dough compared to Pieology or Pizza Rev. This new location outside the Valley Plaza is no exception. I've been to this location 4 times now and it's just like the other two locations in town. It's clean, simple, and friendly. The employees behind the counter always greet you and ask if you ever been there before and are always glad to help. I like the fact that they have different crust options for special diets, so there is something for everyone. I stick with the classic red sauce based pizza and the original crust. I also add various meats and veggies, so there are almost endless combinations! The pizza is placed in the oven before your eyes and is usually ready in 5-7 minutes depending on the wait time and amount of customers. It always comes out hot and fresh and tasty! I also love their drink options as they not only have fountain drinks, but also lemonades and aguas frescas. My personal favorite is the pear cucumber agua fresca. OMG! It is beyond bomb and so refreshing! I always get two or three refills because it's so darn good! My only major complaint was that on one occasion was ridiculously slow to get service due to only having one staff member. It took them like 20 minutes to get to me and make my pizza, but it seemed like they were understaffed that day, who knows? I will end this stating the Blaze makes some great "build your own" pizza. Of all the places in town, Blaze is the best because it is consistent and uses good ingredients. Plus, that pear cucumber agua fresca is worth the drive alone to a Blaze location. Staff was rude and unpleasant. I had a hard time hearing what they kept asking and when I asked for a water cup they said they didn't offer them. Not happy at all with their service. I asked if I could have any cup for water and the manager said id have to pay for it. I even suggested they can serve it and they were just rude about it. read more

I hate leaving less than great reviews however, I was not impressed, it took an hour for my order to be made and then another 20 minutes to be delivered. No complaints there the delivery wasn't the problem. But if I'm paying extra for priority I thought it would be made a lot quicker.
