Surprisingly good fast food pizza, I was impressed. It's a little hit or miss with the crispness of the crust- I tend to ask for a little less cheese and sauce, it comes out much better. Cute establishment. A great go-to for a quick pizza when I'm around the area. Went to blaze pizza yesterday for the first time with my family. The place is located at the mall which is great. Food was good salad stay away from. Considering it was my first time I didn't know the process one girl explained it to me but the girl at the register looked at me stupid when I asked her for the drinks. Yummy!!! Always great customer service and the food is always delicious!!! The ingredients are always fresh!!!! I love the fact that the pizzas are made in front of you and you get to choose all the different things about it. You can choose the sauce which I always mix red sauce with basil pesto so yummy. I have come here a few times. The service is amazing. The staff is well organized and the line moves quickly. The place is kept clean, even when its busy. There are people walking around making sure you are enjoying your meal, and when I was ready to pack up my leftovers, a box appeared in front of me, and our metal pizza trays were taken away. Oh My Goodness!!.. the pizza here is so delish! the Place is attached to but on the outside of the Mall. It appears small.. but it's pretty big inside. the glass windows are orange, which is really nice and keeps the strong sunlight from burning you as you sit there and eat. they have a quick process of making your pizza, like a factory line (like subway). They have everything you can think of to put on a pizza, I always purchase the make my own pizza, with garlic basil pesto glaze on my crust, then red sauce, lots of mozzerella and a little ricotta, mushrooms, basil leaves, black olives, pineapple, and fire roasted red peppers... only $10 for a personal pie with all those toppings on a thin crust cooked in an Open real fire roasted oven... you can see your pie cook. Takes about 10 min. to get your pie. And they have an outdoor seating near this really cool open fireplace. read more

Their pizza is amazing. The employees are very nice. The only problem is that when ordering, it was very hard to hear what they were asking.

I'm not usually the person to leave comments on pages but I had a great experience at this restaurant! It as my first time trying it out and I had been shopping all day with my 6 year old. I got on line and the employees were all ready to assist and explain the process as well as patient while my son changed his mind 5 times about the type of pizza he wanted. The pizza was yummy and I loved that it was thin and crispy with a little char on it from the fire. I ordered the Art Lovers while my son ordered a Build Your Own (which was big enough for him to have half left over). While seated at our table, the manager came over to check on us which has never happened before to me. I was really impressed! He asked my son how he liked his pizza which had BBQ sauce on it. My son LVD that and gave him a thumbs up, which the manager then asked him if he wanted more sauce. My son got so excited and said yes, so the manager went back to the front, got the sauce and came back to our table to drizzle more over the top of his pizza for him....including the piece in his hand that he was eating. I was floored! You just don't see that happen in restaurants here on Long Island! We will definitely be back! read more

This is the worst Blaze Pizza location I have ever been to. I usually go to the one nearest to my house but this one is convenient after my quick trips to the mall. I came here about two weeks ago and had the worst experience. Not only Were they extremely slow, the store was disgustingly dirty. Floors a mess and the ingredients area dirty and all mixed together. Two of the staff members were young kids flirting and throwing food at each other. As we start to make the pizzas they are out of multiple ingredients and we need to wait multiple times for them to receive it from the back. They forgot my garlic knots in the oven and they came out extremely burnt after I reminded them of them and they had to remake them. The manger on duty also spoke very rudely to the employees and guest. This one experience really made me never want to go back but I found myself back at the mall the other day and willing to give them another chance (everyone had their bad days). Again the WORST!!! Same things happening over again and the same manger was on duty I explained my frustrations and all he could say is I know you're right. I told him I was leaving his location and going to the one a few towns over and will never be coming back. He didn't even try to resolve the situation he just kept saying you're right. Horrrrrrrrible!! Blaze should be ashamed t have a location like this. read more

I'm a big fan of blaze. I like to take my kids here, its quick and easy and tasty! They have added the option of thicker crust which i really enjoyed. I had a thicker crust with marinara, cheeze, fresh mozz, ricotta, meatball and bacon. It was really good. Definitely worth a visit. read more

I had such a great experience at Blaze this evening. I went there for a quick eat in between clients at work and I was able to hook up my phone (Low battery-ehhh) to an outlet that one of the staff directed me to. I went up to order pizza and the staff asked my name and when I told him, he wrote it on my order which i assume is protocol but always makes things much more personable. He misspelled it and when he asked me if it was the correct spelling, I said no but it's OK, he insisted on getting the spelling correct, which showed he valued customer satisfaction. I ordered my delicious pizza (turkey meatballs, pineapple, ricotta, garlic, sautéed onions-YUM!) and paid. Got my drink and sat down to score the table with the outlet (hint: second table closest to mall entrance!!) and waited for my name to be called. Instead of calling out my name, another kind man that worked there delivered my pizza to my seat. WOW!!! A few minutes he walked passed and asked how my pizza was and used my name "and how is everything Suzanne?" WOW! The pizzas are decent size and I didn't want the whole pie so I was packing up my belongings and I look up and now a third man, who may have been a manager, came over and said "I think you may need this Suzanne" and handed me a box. I was so stunned because I was already contemplating getting one and now I didn't need to get up and get one myself (They have them accessible for all guests to take as needed). Well needless to say, I felt like a VIP!!! I definitely got treated like one. I'm very glad to be giving this review. Thanks guys for a great dinner!! read more

I have been to blaze pizza a handful of times now and it is usually very good. The thing is since different people make it they all have a way of doing it. Sometimes I get someone who puts way to much sauce and not enough cheese or vice versa. Yet overall its a great pizza and a great value. Its fast and hot and one pizza is just about enough for one person. I would suggest when you go to make sure you watch you order being made so you get enough of what you want. read more

I have been to this location many times and each time has been a delight. The staff is polite and efficient and the food is great. One time there i was actually amazed at how one of the employees performed. Kevin the cook is always friendly and greets me each time. This time though I actually watched him cook a full oven of pies simultaneously and each pie was done perfectly. Being amazed at his performance I directly complimented him. Absolutely amazing. 1st..it doesn't replace your traditional pizzeria (well almost ) 2nd. It's the first time in 5 years that my wife has had cheese on a pizza. She came down with a dairy issue and was forced to stay away. Plus the both of us can't have tomatoes anymore due to med issues. Now we can have anything AND FRICKIN FAST. And good too. I love Blaze and was excited to take my sister there for her first time having it. She ordered one of their signature pizzas. I had never ordered one of those before, so I wasn't quite sure how that worked, but the woman began making the pizza and we trusted she knew what she was doing and stepped over to pay for it. When our pizzas were done, the man taking them out of the oven realized it had been made wrong and apologized and asked if we wanted it remade. We were understanding and said it was okay and asked for it to be remade. He called over another woman working and explained the situation to which she then looked at us and said, "Really? Did you not watch it when it was going down the pass?" with such an attitude as if it was our fault. We simply trusted it would be made correctly. The man then apologized on her behalf and she quickly left and didn't come back out the rest of the time we were there. People make mistakes and the pizza was delicious, but rudeness is simply unacceptable. read more

great pizza place. food is simply amazing. 9.15 for a pie of customized with unlimited topping sauce protein etc. one of the best pizza chains(ive eaten lots of 2bros pizza, dominos, papa johns, sbarro, costco and budget microwavable pizza) and out of all of these blaze has been consistently destroying the competition. workers are great, especially my man russel, friendliest built guy there! drink selections are pretty good and it's self served so you can refill unlike other cheap chain stores. toppings are super fresh, my usual combination for a fresh healthy juicy pizza is (build your own, red sauce, ozalini mozarella or regular, spinach, basil, chicken, red onions, cherry tomatos, mushrooms, chopped garlic, some sea salt to balance the sweetness of the red sauce and cherry tomatos, then finish off with light drizzle of olive oil) all of this is no extra charge with set price of 9.15 for a 12 in pizza. feeds around 2 (in my opinion, or 1 for a hungry 20+ year old college guy). bathroom is only 1 person so maybe that could be improved, but otherwise the location is impressive(lots of sunlight) best fresh pizza place! read more
