I wanted a rice bowl but didn't understand that rice isn't the main part, I guess greens are. I got spinach along with rice and chicken. I got humus and sauces, onions and that was about it. When I asked about more sauce the second staff said oh you get three scoops. The first didn't tell me that so she went back and got me my third. Overall the food was good. I probably wouldn't have done the spinach but it was little rice so it helped it be more filling. It was flavorful and had the Mediterranean feel to it. I am not sure how quickly I would return but not a horrible experience. Customer service would have been a little better since it wasn't business and I indicated it was my first time there.

I typically avoid ordering pick up because I feel like this gives employees the opportunity to skimp out on portions but this was NOT the case here. I finished my bowl feeling very full and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and not overwhelmed with salt, which is something i'm not used to from Cava. I got some side pita chips too which were extra crispy and warm on this day. Would recommend!

Considering the serving size, the pricing isn't unreasonable, but it is still on the expensive end for a meal, especially if you add a drink. And as servings go, I will probably go with a junior bowl next time because the regular bowl is a bit too large. Service was typical of an entry level restaurant chain, with no smiles or small talk, but efficient. I personally prefer my Mediterranean food from locally owned restaurants where you get more personality and connections to the authentic meal.

By the way, the KF Beef Bowl is a hot dish and they offer miso soup as a side. My mom and I came here for my birthday lunch and both got a build your own bowl. My mom has a lot of food intolerances and was able to safely eat here and enjoy her meal. We both got the passion fruit tea, and it has real passion fruit in it. Everything was delicious, and furthermore, everything is consistent. I have never had a bad dish from this place. The ambiance is chill and calm, which I appreciate. The service is kind and helpful. If you're not a sushi hater, I recommend trying this place. You won't regret it!

I had a disappointing experience at the Blaze Pizza located at 8948 J M Keynes Dr, Charlotte, on August 30, 2024. My father and I arrived around 9:15 PM and received our pizza shortly after. We were told by the staff that dine-in was closed and were directed to sit outside, despite the rain and wet tables. When I mentioned the unsuitable conditions, the girl at the counter rudely refused to let us sit inside. What was even more frustrating was that other customers were allowed to dine inside. When I asked why we were treated differently, the staff member dismissively refused to explain and wouldn't provide her name. This kind of service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue to improve their customer service. read more

The food is decent but the management is terrible and ran by horrible people. The managers, Eddy and Tiffany specifically, have allowed an environment of hostility and mistreatment of their employees. The store has terrible turnover, firing employees at an unprecedented rate, and are completely okay with bigotry such as homophobia and transphobia. Slurs and hateful rhetoric is ok, as these employees get nothing but a slap on the wrist, but victims get terminated because of "minor infractions". Neither of these people should be running a business, and this location should be investigated for violating civil rights. read more
