What the heck !! I'm a long time Blaze fan and customer, The last 4 times I've ordered there had been some kind of problem. The order l placed online 3 weeks ago wasn't ready until 45 minutes after "ready time" . And it was burnt!! Today's order was a little late... it was busy... understandable...., BUT..... Large pepperoni.... EIGHT SLICES OF PEPPERONI!!! Large ham ...... EIGHT SLICES OF HAM !!! ONE SLICE OF MEAT PER SLICE OF PIZZA!!!! Ridiculous!! Count the slices of pepperoni and ham . (These are the large you can only order online )

Food and service is always top notch. Great quality pizza and all the toppings you could want. Come here about once a week and never leave reviews. Wanted to leave a 5 star today for these two photos below. Guys were in there scrubbing every spot in the restaurant including lamp shades, back of chairs etc... I feel like restaurants are getting dirtier and dirtier yet blaze does it right! Keep it up

Fast friendly & multi topping options- yes please! I finally tried Blaze via DoorDash tonight... so glad I did... as I loved everything I ordered! And reasonably priced

This is supposed to be a cheese pizza? Not a sauce pizza.

I don't leave reviews very often but after the last several experiences there and reading others reviews I just had to. Something HAS to be done about this location. Perhaps the delivery/pickup business model in general. My latest experience... used the app which I like ok except when it comes to actually picking up or getting something delivered. Ordered delivery. App says I'd be getting it at 6:32pm. At 6:35 the nice door dash driver texts me and says she is waiting at the store and will be there as soon as my order is ready. Nice of her to let me know. At 6:45 she texts again and says my order was ready for over 10 minutes and behind the counter and nobody said anything or made it available for her to pick up until she asked about it. She was so sorry because my pizza was cold when it got to me. I did not blame her one bit because I had the same experience happen to me when I ordered pick up. I watched them make my pizza and then they left it sitting while sending out pizzas that ordered behind me. So we had cold pizza and my daughter's simple pie was basically all sauce with a small bit of cheese. If my daughter didn't like the blaze pizza franchise so much I'd never order from any of them again. Management/owner please do something.

Great pizza and service!! Their crust is better than any other pizza company by a long shot. Would recommend to friends. :)

The concept here is a good one - you choose what you want on your pizza, as much as you want, for one price. It's like when you go down the line at Subway and say you want this or that on your sammie. Same thing here. We went here because they were doing a fundraiser for the high school band - 20% of whatever was spent that evening was going to the band - so good on them for doing this. My family enjoyed their pizza. I did not. And I am not knocking them for me not liking it because it's just a personal preference for me: too fired for my taste. But if you like it that way, crispy and charred, then you'll have no issue here. I will say that I loved the toppings that I chose on my pizza - that part was delicious.

NOT THIS LOCATION! My family and I love Blaze pizza! The pizza and salads are so good but this particular location has bad service every time we go. Avoid it at all cost. There are other locations in the valley and the Blaze on Eagle Rd is much better and run by competent people. The photo I'm including is how the pizza we ordered for our little boys turned out. Of course we insisted they make a new pizza that wasn't burnt.

Very disappointed in how they manage COVID. Many customers with no masks although it states mask required on the door. Why serve ?

You'll never catch my government name on the board so when it's "have a gym membership" day, I'm going in for a pie. This location is quite chill compared to the other location. It's also so different in esthetics. It's bright, colorful and fun. We did come around 8 so it was slower which was nice. My immune system is still low from my kidney transplant so it was nice to be able to enjoy my hot pizza here. My husband snag an all cheese pizza. I got an assortment of goodies on mine. Both pizzas looked so good! Both loaded with cheese. Mine had an ample amount of toppings! These folks don't mess around. The cheese pull was fantastic! I was only able to eat 2 slices since there was so much toppings on each slice. You can't go wrong with spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olives and pep. I look forward to tearing up another slice for breakfast tomorrow! Airfry that baby up and start my day off right. The gentleman that was working tonight was great! He was training someone but it didn't stop him from giving such great customer service. He dropped off our pizzas and checked up on us a well. He's loud, outgoing and nice! I appreciated his kindness! I love that each Flying Pie has its own vibe and swag to it. It was cool that we checked out this location tonight. Pizza was good. Staff was super friendly and we had a chill time. Flying Pie is always a guarantee when it comes to it's product and service. Nothing better than supporting this local pizza joint. Happy we came in tonight.

If we didn't already know it was family owned, one might have intuited it from the "Hello there, let's find a table for the two of you" greeting we received at lunch time. Although we've lived in Eagle for over ten years, this was our first visit to this casual dining place because we had turned up our "we don't do chains" taste buds at the idea of this kind of salad, burger, pizza chain with 8 pages'ish of laminated menu without giving it a chance. Shame on us. FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORK HERE: The reason we went in on the day we did was with downtown streets having been torn up for months for a county improvement project, we needed to park in the Smoky Mountain lot in order to get across the street to work with the talented people at Finer Frames (there's a shop with a perfect name for their quality) where we had a custom oil painting delivered for them to reframe. So, my husband popped in to tell the Smoky people we were advised that it was a kosher thing to use their lot while visiting Finer given the street project and we wanted to be sure they thought so too. The nice woman inside said "Sure" and we said we'd be back for lunch after our meeting across the way. It seemed the least we could do, buy lunch there, for use of the lot. It turns out we scored not only parking but a delicious lunch with friendly service in a sparkling clean "how are you doing today?" kind of place where pride of ownership shines and is reflected by employees too. PRICES & EATS: Prices are moderate on all things on a basic but broad menu. Examples: $7 bowl of soup, $10 chicken tenders w/fries, $15 House Burger, $18'ish assorted pastas and entree salads, $8 - $32 for pizzas in sizes from 8" to 16" w/ various toppings. We shared a a specialty pizza, The Smokey, and ordered it without pepperoni to make it vegetarian. We enjoyed the 12" pizza, about $22, and had extra to bring home. SEATING: Mostly booths, step up in bar I think, and a few tables and chairs. There is a big room at the back with all tables and chairs that I assumed might be to host large groups. SERVICE: Friendly and welcoming from entry "welcome" to exit "thanks for coming" and at every step of table service in between. The friendly and efficient server could answer our questions on the menu and followed up with us in perfect timing after she delivered the pizza to our table. PARKING: Private lot; a big advantage in Eagle, in particular since the county road work eliminated some on street parking. ACCESSIBILITY: Van accessible - aka ADA compliant - parking in lot. Makeshift curb ramp to get to door. All on one level inside, but for wheelchair users - I was one during this visit - there are only a couple of tables in the least desirable part of the restaurant. PATIO: In front has tables and chairs and umbrellas over them too as I remember.
