I love this place. They are always so efficient, the food is delicious, and they always take care especially if you are vegan or have any other allergies. They pit on gloves, make sure that you are happy with it, and so forth. This is the way to run a pizza place! read more

This place has gone completely downhill!! Just look at all the other reviews who complain about their bad customer service, attitude and cleanliness. And yet no solution? I went in today for lunch. I come in usually about 2 times a week and have been noticing this location has been dying a slow death. I'm usually extremely patient but the associates are understaffed, stressed out, slow, and with horrible attitudes. They took my order which was a basic Cesar salad and 4 piece knots. I started eating my salad and about 15-20 mins go by and no one calls out my name for the knots. So I go up and ask them where my knots are it usually doesn't take this long. The associate with an attitude tells me do you want a refund? Why would I want a refund where are my knots? She she said she forgot them and they got burned. So I asked her if she will please quickly put on another order in. She was insisting a refund. I told her no to put in another order and that I don't appreciate her attitude. Another associate came and tried to give me the burned knots and I told her no I want new ones made. They asked me to calm down. At no time did I raise my voice or use any foul language why am I being asked to calm down? Because I want my order remade because of their mistake? That I won't take the burned knots? Miserable employees with attitudes, bad customer service, and horrible dirty environment. So sad because I actually like the food here. This place needs new staff and new management. read more

This is the best blaze pizza location around the area. Their pizzas are amazing, well cooked they definitely hook it up on the toppings and the service is amazing. I like that this location is always clean which is a big plus. Joseph is my go to guy he's so nice and has been really informative on the Blaze app which gives me tons of perks. Glendale Galleria Blaze pizza, the place is very dirty and my pizza all around the crust was burn. It seems like the people who work there are not happy at all working. came in for my order pickup and before i had a chance to say anything i got told they were closed at 8 even though they close at 10 on fridays, so bad start right off the bat. the guy pointed out my food in a rude manner and when i got back to my car the only topping they got right was the pepperoni, onions were raw as though they realized they forgot them and decided to put them on after coming out of the oven, i only asked for mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, and spinach... i received pepperoni, sausage, pineapple, and raw onions... disgusted and waste of money read more

We eat here every so often and always enjoy the food. Today was Pi Day 3/14 and even though they cancelled the $3.14 event due to the corona virus concerns we decided to still get food for takeout. 2 sausage pizzas 1 meat and 1 white top. We live 2 miles away. Got home food was cold and hard and when we opened our boxes we received 2 sausage 1 meat and 1 bbq chicken. I'm sure times will get better once this health scare is over so the lesson is keep your expectations lower in the meantime and cook at home when possible. read more

I was so excited to try this place, since I work in the mall. Today, before work I went. Let me just tell you, it was so disorganized. I literally watched the workers struggle and overheard them talk badly about other customers. Also, do not appreciate the lack of communication with their customers. Instead of talking amongst each other, how about you talk to your guests! When I finally got my pizza, it only tasted okay. I ordered a BBQ Chicken. I only ate half of it and threw the rest away. During work, I felt so sick and even threw up! Do not waste your time or money on this place! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I am just so disappointed and sick. We love coming to this place because we can share a pizza and salad it's fast and the workers here are all so pleasant and professional! The staff is exceptional and there is a guy named John B who comes out to make sure everyone has what they need and clears the tables! You can't beat that for a fast food joint! read more

This location has gone downhill in the past year or so. Service isn't is as friendly (sometimes surly), tables are never cleaned so you have to clean your own table with napkins, messy bathroom, the trash cans are always overflowing, and you may or may not get red pepper or parmesan as there are few containers available and they might be empty besides. Food tastes the same, but not put together with the same care as it was maybe a year ago. The supervisor that used to be there isn't around to coordinate, so standards are slipping and all the surrounding details that made it an enjoyable experience has gone away. It's so convenient to go there and walk around the mall, but I'm going to try other locations. read more

I like the assortment of toppings and how you can actually pick and see them put your toppings on your pizza. It did kind of remind me of Subway a little, the way they move you thru the line to make your pizza. The salads were ok, nothing spectacular, but a decent price. We have always loved Blaze Pizza. It's my daughter's favorite pizza place. We ordered yesterday for delivery through blazepizza.com. This is the location they sent the order too. It said the pizza would be delivered by 6:24p through Door Dash. At 6:32p, I checked the Door Dash app. The pizza hadn't even been picked up yet. I called the Door Dash driver. No response. I called Blaze Pizza. They said, "your pizza is still sitting here." I said, "Well, the Door Dash driver isn't picking up his phone." They said "Delivery isn't our problem." I said, "I ordered through blazepizza.com. I paid blaze pizza. You said you deliver. I chose that option. It IS your problem. The employee said again, "it's not our problem." He said "go to blazepizza.com/help they will help with the order" I did. I wrote 3 emails. NO RESPONSES or CALLS 24 hours later. I cancelled the order. I asked for a refund. No refund. My wife went and got food at Habit. My cold pizza came at 7:00pm. STILL NO RESPONSE from 3 emails to blazepizza.com/help. NO REFUND. read more

Great customer service and great food! Our visit to this location started off well with great service. We ordered a couple pizzas and some garlic dough knots. When the knots were brought out they were burnt so I asked if we could have another batch. The manager Dillion happily agreed to our request, apologized and offered us to keep the first batch of knots. We then received our pizzas which were also a little burnt under the crust. We didn't want to be "those customers" and complain yet again so we just decided to keep them and continue eating. This particular visit was the first time for my boyfriend so I was a little bummed the food wasn't coming out as great as I hoped. Well then here comes Dillion to our table to personally let us know he noticed our pizzas were burnt and then offered to replace our pizzas and made them fresh for us to take home. He redeemed the first impression of Blaze pizza I was trying to create for my boyfriend and went beyond that and showed amazing customer service. I really appreciated the observation and attention he shows to his customers. Dillion made it a great experience and we will definitely be coming back again. read more

Blaze pizza is pretty good, with tons of topping variety :) they take a really short time to make in the oven, and basically it's like a chipotle-style pizza place :) my friends were always raving about this place but I had never been, and was overjoyed to see that one had been built in the galleria~! It could use a little more sauce variety, but overall it was pretty good. My friend had to wait for his for a really long time though bc the guy calling out names said some other name and refused to give him his pizza even though he knew it was his. So then he had to wait another 15 min and then had to go back to the line and make another one. The guy cleaning was preppy but sorta strange.. I went later to get my bag bc I had left it there and even though he had talked to me and my friends just a few minutes earlier, he had to go through the whole "lost items protocol" thing and was like, "what sort of bag did you lose?", while I was completely worried that someone had taken it. He later explained that he had to make sure I hadn't come to steal someone else's bag... Understandable, but not cool. I'm pretty sure he would have dragged it out longer if it hadn't been for the other guy who worked there who came out and straight out asked me, "hey, did you leave a gold colored bag?" But yeahhh if it weren't for this sort of annoying experience, this place would have been a 5 star experience :p read more

We were in a bit of a time crunch and decided to stop in and get a "simple pie" which consists of sauce, and 2 (maybe 3) cheeses. It was pretty good and knocked lunch out of the way before we were on our way again. They also have an awesome, I believe it's a strawberry (or berry flavored) lemonade. Blaze is tops. read more

How full of crap are the people who work here. Worse customer service. We ordered a pizza, cheese bread and a bottled water. The pizza came out within the time limit, but we waited over a half hour for the cheese bread that never came. When we asked about it, they said since its cheese bread it takes longer to cook. Not the case for other locations. I got the feeling they forgot about the order and tried to rush it. We waited a little while longer and when it didn't arrive we asked for a refund since the rest of the people in our party finished eating. They grabbed the card, but didn't refund the money. Instead they rang up a new order for another pizza and a bottle of sprite which we did not order and took 20% off that. But when they gave us the receipt, they said that was the refund. So Im scratching my head at this. Why couldn't they just refund the order? This location is bad. Not only are they incompetent, but they go out of their way to lie and cheat customers. read more

I love this place! The employees are super friendly and accommodating. Having to maintain a gluten-free diet can be a drag at times, but Blaze has a really yummy gluten-free crust and the workers are trained to ask if you need them to switch out their gloves. Really appreciate that they don't make you feel like it's an inconvenience to accommodate a food allergy. read more

I actually enjoyed Blaze Pizza quite nicely but my bf who is not a fan of cheese prefers the competition. The reason why I gave this location 3 stars even though the food deserves 4 stars is because of 2 employees who work at Blaze. These two individuals are not professional and set a bad example for the company. One of them (the one who calls out the names) had an attitude the entire time I was there and even tried arguing with a customer who pointed out a burned crust that it suppose to be this way. Who burned the crust? The other incompetent employee manning the oven! He was so engrossed in the fact that his wife/gf and his kids were there apparently waiting for him to get off work that he spent the entire time having a loud conversation with them across the room while not paying attention to the oven. For a hot minute I though they were actually arguing and she was going to come across the counter and tell him how she really feels. I feel bad for the other employees of Blaze Pizza who work hard and don't have their families sitting at their work place during their shift trying to hold a full conversation while the kids are crying and complaining because they want to go home. read more

ordering process took too long, too many people in the front doing nothing and they were doing each others jobs. For example, there's like 5 people in the front, first person asks what kind of pizza you want then passes you on to the sauce guy (who puts sauce on your pizza very messy, he had to wipe some off my dough because it splat) then passed it on to the meat person then veggie person then there's a last person who just gives the uncooked pizza to the cook. too many people and it slows down ordering. second my pizza was burnt on the bottom. i've tasted better. read more

I came here for their free pizza promotion and it was surprisingly really easy and quick. All the employees are very nice and inviting! They always have a smile on their face and are so friendly. I'm glad that there is a Blaze close to me other than the Pasadena location. Also, the pizza so delicious! My favorite is the BBQ Chicken pizza with pineapple.. so yummy! I'm from out of town and I heard his place was amazing from some of my coworkers, and I was as nothing less than satisfied! This place is like MOD on steroids. They were fast, despite it being rush lunch hour. The pizza is cooked in a fire oven so it's fresh and authentic. Not the cheapest but not overly priced. This is always the best do-it-yourself pizza place. The dough is crispy and the toppings are plentiful. Most importantly, the dough is always very fresh hair. It's not flat or stale. I also like that it is quick you don't have to be there forever. The line moves quickly and the pizza comes out quickly. Good salads if you're into that. We usually share two pizzas and a salad. The desserts are amazing. Ask them to heat it up while you eat your pizza and then you can eat it hot when you are ready. Nothing like a nice hot melty Smore.
