This is now the only pizza restaurant I will go to for pizza. Along with regular tasty crust, They have Gluten free crust and it's tasty not sweet like some I've tried. The toppings are good quality, huge variety, red & white sauces,and many kinds of cheese. The salads are cold, crisp, with tasty dressings. I had the greens with beets & goat cheese. My husband had the Caesar, it was crisp & cold, perfect. The best part is that we can both order pizza without a hassle I usually make it at home. Bonus is that the staff are friendly and fast. I can't even begin to explain how delicious this pizza was. I underestimated this location until I drove up to the parking spot and seen how many people was waiting in line to order. I walked out my car and I smelled the delicious pizza smell! I was greeted by friendly associates (too friend but that's good!) I ordered a build your own and so did my wife. This location needs a better food protocol for covid. This is the slowest location I've been to since quarantine . Ordering online is no better than ordering in person. Order was suppose to be ready at 6:17 it's now almost an hour and I'm still outside waiting. Definitely needs to step it up here... Well, I decided to try Blaze again a few times more. I ordered online again. When I arrived, i walked up to the pizza receive line. The girl by the oven asked if she could help me. I informed her my name and I was picking up my online order. I again told her my name. The guy who was cutting the pizzas motioned with his head to the corner rack. She walked over and picked up a pizza in a box and handed it to me. I looked at her and asked her if that pizza was mine. She said yes, this is your pizza. I opened it up, no it wasn't my pizza. The name on it wasn't my name. I told her, no, it's not. She looked a me with this deer in headlights look. I told her again my name. She kept looking at me. I told her once again, my name. She put the pizza back on the rack. I then told her that pizza belongs to someone else. I told her my name once again; they said, ok, your pizza will be ready in 3 minutes. The young lady says your pizza is a single topping. I told her yes, it is. I know. Apparently she took offense at my comment. She then walks over to the girl I usually deal with on Sunday afternoon. She was by the pizza topping line.They exchanged a few words looking back at me. Wow! After I finally received my pizza I took a peek and discovered my balsamic glaze was poured all over my pizza once again. If I don't go on a Sunday afternoon, It's not done correctly . :( read more

Been coming here since it first open. Keep here today and it sucks that they don't offer the large pizza to buy it in store. So I had to wait here with my hungry kids and order it online and wait 25 mins for my pizza to be ready!! This Blaze needs some customer service training! Two problems occurred. First my pizza had a finish of arugula and I asked the preparer and the folks by the oven to please remember to add arugula (because it's been left off before). Got the pizzas and checked mine and no arugula! Luckily I was there and was able to request them to add it. Looked at the red vine pizza and it looked like no cheese but I wasn't sure since it's not for me, So I asked the guy by the oven if the pizza looked right to him and he said yes. Drove 15 minutes to home and learned from the person who requested it that there was NO CHEESE on the pizza! Went back and showed it to the preparer, and with no apology she asked me if I wanted to add the cheese, now it's been a half hour, and I said I'd like a fresh pizza, she said "with cheese?" (Really?! Yes of course, that's why I came back!) "Yes, please." Then she put in the rack to be baked and there were only two pizzas in the oven so after five minutes I asked the guy if he could please start cooking this pizza. (People at home waiting and fifteen minutes away). With exasperated attitude he started it. Then the cashier called me over to charge me! I explained that this was a correction to a pizza order and she never apologized either. Just attitude. When it was ready the guy said "here's your pizza", no apology or thank you. So ultimately I'm made to feel bad for their error! Poor customer service and an unfortunate experience. read more

Yum! Loved it. The gluten free crust was delicious! And, when you order gluten free, they ask you if it is a "preference or allergy" and if it is an allergy they provide additional cross-contamination safeguards. It did take a few more minutes for the gluten free pizza than the regular crust pizza we ordered, but it is worth the wait. Looking forward to going back soon! read more

The service was absolutely horrible, they had 3 people at the register WHEN THERES ONLY TWO registers, they weren't training by the way, and they had a whole line of customers but were taking their time, they all worked very slow, and I know it wasn't just me complaining because the whole line behind us were complaining as well, a customer came up to the register and asked for pizza that was suppose to be given to them 30 minutes ago, and the girl at the register gave attitude after he left with empty hands. Just one of those days!!! Normally I wouldn't write a review about my experience if it wasn't a positive one for me and my family. That being said I have to share that today was one of those days that whatever could've went wrong did. The lines were extremely long and we're surrounded by a plethora of negative customer that wasn't happy because how busy it was. I must say with all that negativity and and grumbling from frustrated customer I have to commend the staff for keeping their composure and being very apologetic and have great customer service even when they were approached with such rude and disrespectful customer. Trust me I understand as a customer you don't want to wait in long lines and some orders may have been wrong (my son's pizza) but to maintain such professionalism really made things balanced out and had us to become very appreciative for the entire staff that really wanted to accommodate each customer. I wish I knew each person name to personally say thank you for continuing to do your job with a smile and great professionalism even when we make things so difficult! It's frustrating to pay $12 for a pizza when the person just threw it together. It's a build own pizza place meaning we will have to converse. Why have an attitude when the person tells you how they want there pizza built. I said I wanted spinach,basil, and tomatoes the first thing she puts in is onion. Did I get upset? No I just let her take them off and proceed and I still get attitude. If anything I should be upset. You threw my pizza together. The pizzas are completely customizable and I was able to add anything and everything I wanted without extra charges. My total price was $9.47 without a drink. They charge you $8.65 for you to build your own pizza. I was able to put as many cheeses, pesto, garlic, spinach, basil and Italian sausage on mine. After your pizza is ready you have more finishing choices you can add to your pizza! It is cooked really quickly because they are well staffed. I came in and there was a line and they moved it so quickly I barely had to wait. The employees here are very friendly. They also circulate the floor and ask you how is everything. I got asked by two different employees while sitting here. Major props to the employees, they really razzle dazzled me. I came by yesterday on Pi Day (3/14). I already expected a long line, but it went by pretty fast. The service was at a good pace, but the only downside was that the employees who were making the pizza's didn't even smile, and they seemed pissed off even though I came at around 12pm and they just opened. Tonight I went to blaze Pizza the one on Rosecrans. I ordered my pizza and a salad when I realized they gave gave me wrong order. I went and told them that they gave me the wrong salad, and the lady got very mad and threw the salad onto the counter very angrily. Downgrade to one star because they insist on putting bacon with the basil, almost by design. Those two are next to each other and they can't move them because that's corporate directive and that cannot be changed. For people who don't eat bacon this is the most off-putting thing that can happen and since basil is a very common topping it's extremely annoying. Is their pizza good? Yes. Did this location have some issues? Yes. At the register I asked for a medium beverage. The cashier says "we only have large cups is that ok?". Of course she ended up charging me for a medium because I politely told her that the fact that they were out of a certain size cup shouldn't mean we have to be charged for the more expensive option. BLESS THESE EMPLOYEES! I came here with my wife on a Tuesday afternoon for some lunch. The customer in front of us was a nightmare. She literally asked the employees what kind of sauce they had over 5 times. THE LABELS ARE THERE FOR YOU TO READ, OPEN YOUR EYES. She wanted more of each topping than what they gave, and was rude about it. She also wanted things on the pizza after it was cooked! My wife and I literally watched this woman annoy EVERY employee on shift with the craziest requests. We thought they were being pranked. The amount of stuff that she wanted on her pizza was crazy, I'm surprised the pizza made it out the oven in one piece. I'm not exaggerating, it was a mountain! I have to hand it to each employee that day, no one looked annoyed. They all took this woman's insane requests and smiled. I even appreciated how they let us go in front of her in line so we could pay and sit to wait for our food, instead of listening to her say "'more" after each item was put on her pizza. Props to the mid 20's looking woman who is always restocking and directing the younger staff. If she isn't the manager, she should be!
