Love the concept of blaze pizza. Many topping choices. And ends up being a great think crust pizza. Service is another story. Usually it is very slow going thru the line to choose the toppings. I recently went and there was only one person in front of me. One person working the counter yet I counted about 7 other employees just walking around acting as if they were doing something. I don't think assembling pizza boxes is more important than helping on the line. Especially when you already have a bunch of boxes made. The person in front of me just stood around waiting and found it quite laughable as we couldn't believe the employees were just looking around and not helping. Finally after almost 5 minutes one more employee came to help. By then I had counted at least 5 people behind me waiting as well. Terrible service and no visible manager on site. I was unable to get through to this store in order to cancel an order I made by mistake through the app. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes, the phone kept ringing and ringing and no one seemed to be available to answer. I spent about $30 on pizza that I was unable to cancel by calling the store (as I instructed to do by the app; there was no way to cancel the order through the app). It is totally unacceptable that a company of this size is not capable of (a) having someone answer the phone at one of the stores and/or (b) have an option to cancel an order through their app. I don't know if this is an issue with this particular location or if all locations are unable or unwilling to answer the phone after ringing endlessly for over 15 minutes. Needless to say, they need figure out a more effective system for handling this type of situation. read more

I debated giving Blaze two stars instead of three due to the terrible customer service, but the food is ok and the drink selection is good (really like the strawberry agua fresca). We've been here a few times and each time, I'm annoyed by the bad attitudes, and slowness of the employees here. read more

Thin crust pizza with the ingredients of your choice. Cooked in a hot fire oven in about 5 minutes. Great selection of toppings or good signature pizzas for $8.45. My barbque pizza was delicious and the thin crust wasn't as heavy as regular crusts. Nice crew working, clean restaurant and all in all a decent deal. Two thumbs up from me! read more

Went to pick up pizzas I had ordered online last night. I walked up to the counter to ask about pizzas that were ready, and the guy behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid and yelled "These aren't for you" without asking me what the name might be under. Plot twist, the pizzas were for me. Got home and the pizzas were burnt and had incorrect toppings on them. If you are going to be rude, at least do your job correctly. read more

If you want soup then this is the perfect place to come. My pizza had so much sauce on it with barely any cheese that it came out soggy. Not what I was expecting at all. The staff also were so slow. Great joint to grab a decent dinner but it is always a hit or miss on service. I want to say that about 75% of the time, we get bad service. People are talking behind the counter and playing with each other. They'll ask what you want on your pizza but get distracted by another team member so you are repeating yourself twice if not three times. It's not a deal breaker for me. Most of them are teenagers, I believe, but even their manager seems to be as young as the other employees, so it can be a bit annoying at times. read more

We got there and waited in line only to find out they were out of pepperoni, sausage, olives. I ordered online on 3/16/20 and when we got to the restaurant waited for 40 minutes which is not a problem but they said they gave one of my pizzas to another customer. We are frequent customers to this location. The man who was baking the pizza was nice and apologetic,however; the young lady with the heavy eye makeup was rude and raised her voice with attitude. I am a big fan of Blaze pizza, and this location is large. Pizza was good as always. This Blaze seemed to have some additional drink options in custom carbonated drinks. A few negatives : the played loud EDM/Techno music that was annoying loud. The general clientele is a little rough and the bathroom was dirty - not the fault of Blaze. I have been a fan on this chain for quite some time now, and this location is now my go to spot for lunch since it is just a stone's throw away from work. The service is very efficient and friendly. The quality of the food is good and very consistent. I have never had a bad meal or bad experience here. Not only is the food better, the price is better at Blaze than at the neighboring pizza places, like Ugly Pie and Pizza Rev. I highly recommend it to people who work or live in the area! read more

I love Blaze Pizza and was so excited they opened one near me! I was so antsy for their grand opening only to leave extremely disappointed. I placed a web order at 8:00PM and set it for an 8:30PM pick up. I get there and the line is out the door spilling into the sidewalk. I walked up to the cashier to tell them I had placed an order online so they can fire up my pizza. For whatever reason, the "door monitor" stamped my hand as if I was at an 18+ club, yet his aim of this RED stamp landed more on my white sweater than my hand! When I sarcastically commented, "Well gee now I have a memory here," he just laughed it off. Strike one! So I'm waiting for my pizza, about 20 minutes go by and no one acknowledges me while I wait or ask if I've been helped.. I finally walk up to the cashier AGAIN and ask about my pizza. It was still waiting on the rack to be fired up this whole time! Strike 2! It finally goes in and when it's finally ready, I've waited a total of 40 minutes.. What's the point of an online order again?! When I finally get home to enjoy my pizza, I realized my BBQ chicken pizza didn't even have BBQ sauce on it! Strike 3! I was so very disappointed! Randomly stumbled by on their grand opening. It's basically chipotle for pizza, with build-your-own personal pizza with unlimited toppings for $7.95 (same price as their "signature pizzas"). Employees were super friendly and helpful, service was really quick, and above all, the thin crust pizza was perfectly cooked and delicious!! Lots of these build-your-own-pizzas have crusts that end up too soggy in the middle and are a mess to eat, but this was great! Also tried the s'more pie which was fine but unremarkable. Will definitely be back for the pizza though! Apparently they are having free pizzas (1pp) on 3/4/16 and $3.14 pizzas on pi day. read more

My pizza was grossed, it tasted like they added water to the marinara sauce. I ordered something very simple ( pepperoni) . If a pizza place can't get that right then I really have no hope. Also, this location is a mess! The tables , floor , and doors were so dirty . They are very rude and act like what we ask for is coming out of their own pocket. It is bizarre! A subway like pizza chain is how I would put it. They have the ingredients visible and make it custom to order and they bake it ( like subway toasts it). I assume it's thin crust so that it cooks faster. wasn't a bad pizza, it was cooked through, bread held a structure, but sauce tends to slide off. read more

I actually really enjoy the pizza at Blaze pizza. I like being able to choose whatever I want on my pizza and watch them make it in front of me to make sure that they achieve evrything I want. However this particular location of Blaze Pizza is simply alright. It is a very busy location because its in a area thats very populated, so be prepared for long lines and a long wait. Moving on the service is not that great. The workers are not friendly and seem like they don't want to be there. One time I ordered a pizza to go and after my pizza was sitting in the oven it was half burnt and someone else's sauce was sitting on top of my pizza. It didnt look the same as it did before it went in the oven. Overall this location for Blaze pizza is not the best and they really need to improve on customer service. read more

I have been a fan of blaze pizza since they first opened and have never been disappointed. Art Lover's is my fave! But this review is not to rave about their pizza, it's to rave about their customer service from one employee in particular: EVELYN. For the first time ever, my order was wrong :( I had a curbside pickup, got home and my green stripe pizza had no green stripes lol. I called to ask what could be done and they made me a fresh new pizza. I asked if there was anything she could give me to flavor up my other bare naked pizza and she went ABOVE and BEYOND giving me a to-go container of different veggies and sauces. She even took the time to grill the veggies! She was very kind about the whole situation, even from when I first spoke with her on the phone, and I also noticed her to be cautious about COVID safety practices (she did not taking my pizza back to add the toppings and instead brought the grilled toppings to me). On top of all this greatness, she also gave me a free pizza code for next time. I just thought she needed to be recognized because it goes to show kindness does go a long way. Very interesting concept. You can essentially build your own pizza and watch them make it. The service is outstanding. You can tell that they have selected the right people and trained them well. No matter where we were in the restaurant, someone stopped to ask if we needed anything. We tried the gluten free crust and were impressed. It could have been cooked a little longer but I know it's challenging to get that one right. They have a nice outdoor area and allow dogs. read more

was my first time at blaze today and i loved it! when i walked in, i was greeted by Anais, she explained the menu, and was patient with me as I made my decision on what to choose to eat! I chose the Green Stripe! (I recommend!!!) Janely was also very kind and told me that the green stripe did not come with sauce on the bottom, and convinced me to add garlic pesto as a base! yum!
