Stopped by here before our Costco run for dinner. Mask required to enter, awesome. No line so we just walked up and started ordering. Couple employees didn't want to be there but didn't stop us from having fun. I love making up my own pizza, since I can't have red sauce I used olive oil and it was perfect. The blood orange lemonade is so amazing. We all enjoyed our pizza. I will definitely return Down load app for a free drink, don't wait till you get there hardly any signal. read more

Staff is nice in person and I'm sure they mean well, but when you order online, they don't get the order right. Also, if you're sensitive to white refined sugar, the red sauce has a ton of it. Your fingers will start aching before you've finished your meal. At least tonight they actually did extra light sauce. But they left off an ingredient - in their *own recipe* (veggie). It wasn't a complex custom order. Ugh. I order here because both of the gluten-free crust options truly are good, and if you go light cheese on a simple veggie the calories aren't outrageous, but to get your order right you have to go in person and lord over them like a total jerk. Ordered from DoorDash. Though it was on time and fresh. Got a za with mozzarella sausage pepperoni and pesto drips and a cauliflower crust cheese with jalapeño and spinach. So good. Great little sizes for a lunch and dinner. Very tasty toppings and I was very surprised with the cauliflower crust. Didn't have the same soft chewy crust but it was airy and had a nice crisp to it. I placed an order at 7:05 and was told it would be ready for pickup at 7:29. When we walked in, our order hadn't even been started. We were told there was nothing they could do because it's first come, first serve, and the employees just looked at each other like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they started pulling out their phones to text instead of addressing the situation. Normally, I'm very understanding, but when the staff is rude and there's no one else in the store, it's incredibly frustrating. It's now 7:50, and our order is STILL not ready. Manager (Guy with tattoos and glasses) doesn't know how to work under critical conditions & is on the phone behind the toppings like cmon, the dough is getting mixed for you & they leave your ready pizza sitting out for 15 minutes before they sort out the receipts to figure out who's is who's, then to top it off they all wanna socialize through in the doorway to their back room, very unorganized here they didn't even acknowledge us or the customers in front of us. giving them the benefit of the doubt i gave it another 10 minutes then left. be prepared to wait in line like everyone else if you order online. read more

We acknowledged it to the worker & she tried explaining why it happened and then she offered to remake it, however, we already waited over 25 minutes for that one to be done, we really had to leave so it was no way to wait again. In that moment, we just decided to take it & leave. I've been here before and I've had good experiences, but this one made me wonder why wouldn't they offer something when we came back instead of making us wait another 30+ minutes for another pizza. read more

When pizzas came out of the oven they were Sizzling, cheese bubbling, fiery crust was crispy, pepperoni, sausage, onions YUMMM!!! Caesar salad GOOD! BBQ Chicken Pizza, Hawaiian and Alfredo chicken, and spinach all were good! Several sauce toppings to choose from when it comes out of the oven. We all enjoyed our food!!! I dont know what happened to this place but must be under new management. Bad customer service with having a long line wait while they work on online orders intead, saying they'll be right with us. Like we are here waiting in front of you. Handle the line! I was literally in there for 35mins... Also, I havent been there for a while. Price went up a dollar and they are so stingy with the toppings now. You have to pretty much beg them to add a decent portion of what you want. Poor quality of pizza. I didnt even finish it. They just really skimped. If I wasnt so hungry, I would have walked out. I was just not happy with it. They also have a "special" right now for 3 pizzas, a salad or cheesy bread and brownies or cookies BUT they only give you ONE! Like wait.. there are 3 pizzas so obviously 3 people, right? What are we supposed to do?? Split that small ass square of a brownie or cookie into thirds!??? Just stupid. LoL smdh!! And the cheesy bread might as well be called Oregano bread cuz yuck! Guys, the pizza is AWSOME. My 2 star review is solely based on customer service. I went in there to pick up pizzas I ordered online, and the gentleman there simply ignored me to continue to talk to his co-workers. This is more of a tip for franchise owner/s than a critique of the food. Get some staff that cares about the customers. I'm not walking in for free pizza. Since I'm paying, I expect some sort of customer service. I hope you guys have a better experience at this place than i did. As far as me, it'll take a few months, maybe even a year before I walk in there again. Guess I have to forget what crappy service awaits me before I return. This pizza is great! I like the "build your own" option. And it's also lees than many others that don't taste as good.

The pizza is good, not over the top exceptional but certainly better than Dominos or Papa John type chains. The service is fast and friendly. But the drink selection sucks big time. Their tap has been broken for at least a year. Why doesn't the owner get it fixed? I mean, if they offered decent beer in bottles as an alternative it would be slightly more excusable (although draft beer is always better than bottled, as every beer drinker knows). But they don't. Coors Light is the only option? Are you kidding?! Coors isn't even a real beer, according to German beer purity laws, as it's made from rice not wheat, so it's false advertising that they sell beer at all. Not to mention it's a horrible tasting "beer." C'mon, owners--fix the tap! You might get more sit-down business if you do. I mean, we're here during dinner time on a nice Sunday evening and my husband and I are the only customers in the place. read more

Nooooooope. Had a procedure so I ordered Blaze. Never had an issue with them where I live in North Hollywood, but I was staying with a friend. For one, I never received a text about delivery tracking. Food was late. Came cold. Came incorrect (missing extra cheese and extra sauce). Came scantily clad (VERY light toppings...almost bare). Tried to reach out to Blaze AND Doordash. Was told I'd get another order...WHICH NEVER CAME. Went to Twitter and the resolve was a free pizza. I spent $40 on my original order, so no I don't want a free pizza. Terrible service and food. Completely inedible...and I did try. Also weird that my order confirmation shows a different address from their Yelp page. This type of service will make me ban Blaze altogether. read more
