I'm African-American, and my daughter is only five years old. She is a very friendly, sweet child who loves talking to people and showing them her little toys. During our visit, my daughter tried to interact with one of the cashiers, a woman who had blonde streaks in her hair and clear glasses. My daughter was showing her a squishy toy and trying to talk to her, but the cashier continued staring at my daughter without responding or acknowledging her. My daughter eventually walked away. As her mother, it was heartbreaking and uncomfortable to watch, especially because my daughter had done absolutely nothing wrong. One of the other cashiers was named Gabriella. She had burgundy-colored hair. I did not get the name of the cashier with the glasses, although I believe her name on her badge may have been Jasmine. After I received my food, I went to my car with my children. There was a coupon in my bag for two cheeseburgers, so because my children wanted them, I went back inside to place another order. At that point, Gabriella and the cashier with the blonde streaks and clear glasses began whispering to each other. Gabriella looked directly at me, and when I looked back at them, they turned around. I cannot say exactly what they were saying, but the situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being talked about. Whether that was their intention or not, customer service is about making customers feel welcomed and respected, not uncomfortable or unwelcome. The entire experience left me and my children feeling very uneasy. It is especially sad to me that in 2026, people can still walk into a business and feel like they are being treated differently because of the color of their skin. I am not saying that I know exactly what was in these employees' hearts or what they were saying, but the way the situation unfolded made me question whether my family was being treated differently because we are African-American. I strongly encourage management to address this situation and provide additional training on professionalism, customer service, and appropriate workplace behavior around customers. Whispering and looking at customers in a way that makes them feel targeted or uncomfortable is not appropriate. My daughter is five years old. She should be able to walk into a business, smile, talk to someone, and show them her little toy without feeling ignored or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location. I hope management takes this review seriously and uses it as an opportunity to make sure every customer and every child who walks through those doors feels respected, welcomed, and treated equally.

Came into Blaze today and had such a great experience that I decided why not give them a review? For starters they were pretty busy for the number of people that were working but we all seemed to be moving quickly. The girl named Irma took my order and made mine and my sisters pizzas down the line listening and suggesting toppings since my wanted something outside of our usual and i wanted a classic pepperoni pizza . They seem to have multi tasking down packed because she took our orders pressed the crust on the machines and met us at the register never making us feel rushed. Then the guy on oven cooked our pizzas to perfection. His name was Gabe. There was another worker cleaning their dining room and filling drinks. After we got our meals we saw Irma showing Gabe how to check on us or customers in the dining area which left an impression on us. Everything seems to always run smooth here. From your product to your people. Best pizza and service hands down. 10/10 would recommend read more

I recently visited this new location and I love it. Starting with the location although it is not the best side of town the location is very clean, organized, and spacious. Amazing costumer service. The donning room was pretty empty and the store was not as busy as other locations. I was welcomed by Alejandro who toke my oder then moved into making my pizza. He was very nice and careful, Sam toke over and finish my pizza. She was also very cool. This two seem to make a great organized team. The deserts are amazing. I had a brownie wormed up that the cashier suggested. The only down part was that my pizza was bit burn in the edges but nothing that I couldn't deal with. I hope next time my pizza is not as burned. I don't usually go out of my way to make reviews due to most places not being worthy of one. This place is the exception, Richard the Manager and his crew were fantastic. My Wife has a Gluten allergy which is specifically why we chose to eat at blaze tonight. I had the build your own white top with chicken and bbq sauce. Which was absolutely delicious. Meanwhile Richard and his crew constructed my Wife's gluten free pepperoni which came out absolutely fantastic especially since her meal choices are few. He made sure the crew changed gloves after making my pizza and that all new utensils were used to make to make my wife's pie. He was very friendly, professional and from the looks of it, enjoyed his job and interacted great with his employees. Overall great trip, fantastic food and we will definitely be back. read more

I visited Blaze pizza today for lunch and I had a good experience. I visited this location before and it wasn't as good as this time. This is why I wanted to take time to write a good review. I was Immediately greeted by Mr. Alejandro, he seems to know what he was doing and found out it was only his 2nd or 3rd day working here. I was amazed at his costumer service and happy to see new smiley faces. Irma who I believe is the lead or manager was very nice and seem to have good communication with her employees. Moving down the line the usual employees I see often, helped me but not as lively. Keep it up Blaze and please hire more people like Irma and Alejandro who care about my experience and make me want to come back and. Good job!!!! read more

Store seemed very busy but all workers were very friendly, excited and ready to help. My pizza was amazing Per-usual. Worker named Tay made my pizza and another worker named Ericka cooked it, my toppings were delicious and I felt enough for what I am paying for. This place always has great team work!! Always excited to come with my family here at any time. This a wonderful place to come eat with your kids, fam or by yourself. Came in here and the service was so fast, by the time I finished getting my drink they was callin out my name that my pizza was ready. Looked cool that they cook it with actual fire. The lunch crew is the best! They work fast and efficient and get my friends and I through the line and our food quickly. The pizza is always perfectly cooked! My friends and I go once a week for lunch and our favorite part of the experience is seeing Alejandro who is always super friendly and sweet and pretty much knows us by name at this point. He's always approaches our tables, offering to clear our finished plates or asking if we need to go boxes. He's an absolute joy and we always hope to see him! Blaze is my favorite pizza place to go. This location is excellent in particular because of the workers. They always ask if there is enough of everything on your pizza. They are always very patient and kind. Nicky is always friendly when we go and always welcomes guests with a smile. Not only is the customer service great, the pizza is very tasty. There is nothing like a traditionally fired pizza. I love their in-house drink selection as well. Today was a great day for me, going to blaze this morning was lovely. Even though it seemed stressful, the whole crew seemed to be at ease with the task of keeping the restaurant up with the surplus of bodies awaiting their pizza's for Pi day. I'm a regular here and I've been an general manager of a jamba juice, coffee bean and a Lids. The staff here is always so nice and on stop of everything. Every time I come in the manager Richard is on it and making my night even when i come in 30 minutes before closing. Hes got a smile on his face and energizing his team. I absolutely love their twister fries and jalapeno poppers. The biggest issue with BB is the prices, they have gone up a disgustingly amount over the last year. Our order was about $35 and now its more than $46 (a wimpy pizza went from $6 to $10 in less than a year!). That's pretty insane. I get the economy but I feel like it's a lot. We still get lunch her but it's no longer weekly due to the price increases.
