EVERY TIME I come here there's an issue. Usually orders are wrong or aren't ready until 20-30 mins past the promised time. Today it's that they made one of my pizzas and not the other one that I ordered in same order. They lied and said my other pizza was in oven when my other one was sitting on counter ready but it wasn't even made yet. They realized it later and then told me they had to make the second pizza and my first pizza sat there for 15 mins while they made the other one. When I told them they should have remade my first pizza they didn't offer to do so and apologized only. Now I have a cold pizza. Not cool. Won't be coming here again as it's always something they mess up. I placed an order online Coming out of Costco. And decided to go home and come back for it, thus, given Blaze pizza time to get my order cook and ready. Anyhow, it was not even prepared when I got there cause some of the ingredients were not available. Long story short, complete chaos upon arrival. There were people that had ordered online just waiting there, for about 45 minutes or so. Aside from Aeiri/employee every body else was either new or clueless about their job. And what's worst, they keep creating new orders as customers where coming in. I don't believe is their fault, but the owners. I love make-your-own pizza joints. Blaze is up there on my top pizza list in Lancaster/Palmdale. The ingredients are always fresh and the pizzas are very tasty. Choose from their favorite pizzas or make your own, the taste is always flavorful. From their sauces to the meats and their plentiful toppings, you can't go wrong with any combination. They are generous with the servings and very helpful if you need recommendations. The dining area is kept pretty clean even though they are usually busy. The oven girl named Asia was very rude and dismissive. She would not answer questions honestly and would not admit her mistake. Instead she chose to prolong the incident. We used to love going to Blaze when the chain was new and unique. They throw a mean pie and have quality ingredients, and of course you get to make it your way. I especially appreciate that they now offer vegan cheese, so it's been a great place to go... until now. We were glad to see Lancaster had a new store, so we visited last weekend. Unfortunately, they were super skimpy with the ingredients, barely sprinkling on any of the toppings. Everyone was urging the servers to add a little more, but each time they'd only add an extra shred of cheese or whatever, to the point that the guests were feeling embarrassed. To the manger.i don't know if you watch what your employees are doing, but why was I served my pizza in a box for dine in? Am I being kicked out? I'm so glad this new location opened! As much as we love going to the big one in Palmdale, it's more of a trek and mall parking is rarely fun. This location can be tough to get to, though (you can only enter if you're southbound or westbound), and parking was busy on the Saturday we came since Blaze shares a parking lot with Duncan Donuts and Jimmy John's. Compared to the Palmdale location, it's a lot smaller, but the customer service is as friendly as we've come to expect. We also love the military discount. On Saturday, my phone was busted so I couldn't use the app, but Blaze was running a two-flame promo that day. I love the high-rise crust and hubby gets the gluten free. I usually go all-veggie with my pie overflowing with roasted garlic, fresh arugula, spicy marinara, and a little goat cheese with the regular mozzarella. They have a lunch special--half a pie for only $5. I've never tried it, but I'm sure it's perfect since I always have leftovers. I also love their drink options including the lemonade.
