I can say that blaze is my favorite pizza! I love their personal size pizzas that you can customize. It is inexpensive and doesn't make you feel super gross after eating it. They have really done something with those garlic knots I am super happy this location opened up so I wouldn't have to go all the way to Disney springs anymore! Nice. Pizza tasty and priced as expected. We had one cheese pizza and one with two toppings. The crust with just cheese seemed to be a bit more crisp on the bottom than the one with toppings. Reason for 4 stars. I would have liked that same consistency on both. I will go back to try other pizza combinations. Restaurant was clean. Must order on a Saturday or Friday night. It's crazy but the "non peak hours" are their worst. They keep their best employees for their busy hours I guess? ‍ Ordered curbside when arrived called several times but no answer. Eventually had to go inside to get my food, but that took a while also, as no one would acknowledge me. Even when asked for help they would say " just one minute" ... but they weren't busy just talking to the other employees. Finally get the pizza... get home open the box... missing half the toppings super disappointing. But yet again I e never had an issue on their busy Friday and Saturday night. This is one of my favorite pizza places because of the "make your own" pizza concept. They have healthy options as well and I love it. When I'm in the mood for sweet snack the chocolate chip cookies here are delish! The only critique I would give is that the pizza isn't the best once cooled down a bit. My husband and I have been here a couple of times over the past month or so. We really enjoy it. The place is always clean and the food always tastes fresh. They have dairy free cheese which is a huge plus for me as I cannot eat dairy. Just keep in mind that this is not anything like a NY style pizza place. It's different but its good. read more

Blaze is good but not my favorite pizza restaurant. I prefer Mod's. However, I visited Blaze about 3 weeks ago, about my 3rd time eating here and ordered the cauliflower crust. My toppings were the red sauce, chicken, baked in basil and drizzled seasoning such as garlic, oregano, sea salt and pepper. Delicious!!! I couldn't eat it fast enough. The crust was crispy just like I enjoy it. The staff was very knowledgable about their products and how provided me with information on the best deal for me and my family. They have ample seating in here, sit where you want. I'll definitely visit again for that cauliflower crust. read more

I came home for spring break and my mom and dad brought our employees and myself and my boyfriend. I live in Tallahassee and the service is so so there - it's just so busy and not really a meaningful experience. However, this location is WONDERFUL! It feels so down to earth and homey, despite it being a chain in a plaza. We were waited on in the dining room by Sam and he was so sweet and helpful to all of us. The fact that they have someone in the dining room to check on customers really makes a difference. I hope to return to this location because the service is just perfect. I'm giving Blaze a 3 because one specific girl from last night(at the end of the topping line, closest to the register) reached in her back pocket and grabbed her cell phone, with her glove on, then proceeded to layer my toppings on with that same exact glove. We all know cell phones have tons of germs on them. And I don't which surface or where that phone has been, but, that's extremely unsanitary. I appreciate the order taker who sneezed and blew into his elbow and away from the food AND immediately removed his gloves and washed his hands! That was wonderful!! But, the customer service was impeccable! There was one Blaze member walking about the restaurant and out on the patio constantly asking us and others if we needed anything, and just making sure we were satisfied, so nice! You get what you pay for, Blaze is not stingy with toppings. Not only that, but the pizzas are delicious!! The crust is perfectly cooked, none were burned-soft and chewy! I've reviewed Blaze Pizza previously at 5 stars, then at only 2 because our take-out pizzas were dry and burned. I've since re-visited Blaze and was very happy I did. I think the key is to eat in and choose your own toppings. You can choose as many or as few toppings as you'd like for one price and in my opinion the more the better! I had eaten at Blaze when in the Gainesville area and was excited to see an outlet open up close to home. On my first visit, I went here on a weekday for a pizza takeout and there was a huge line but thankfully was moving fast. I got the red vine and pesto signature pizzas which were great. On the second time, I got the veggie pizza which was great as well. However, my only complaint is that this location tends to skimp on the toppings and I noticed multiple customers tell the persons behind the counter to add more. Other than that, no complaints and I intend to get my future pizza fixes from here or Mods pizza. read more

There are a lot of pizza places popping up that let you build your pizza (kind of like Subway does sandwiches), but Blaze stands out above most. The staff is very courteous. My girlfriend talked me into this place and I was a bit skeptical but I was so wrong . They make your pizza right in front of you and all the toppings are right there for you to chose (so many ).the crust options are a bonus, my gf does keto so she was happy, also gluten free and cauliflower . This is my first time at this location in Lutz. I've been to Jacksonville as well. I got the create your own pizza. The pizza is really good, and there are a lot of options for sauces, cheese, meat, and veggies. Has a great flavor. I love the thin crust too. There are different options for crust, which is nice, but only the original is not an extra charge. Quick service. Quaint environment with a decent amount of tables. Nice selection of drinks. We went for curbside pick up and it was supposed to be ready in 15 to 20 mins. Once we reached and calling the manager twice, he finally came out and apologized for delay and misplacement. Food is great and the staff is so welcoming. I've been multiple times with different employees and they all are very nice. For me being diary free and being careful when I go out to eat this place truly does takes that into consideration. They were nice to change gloves and not complain at all, in fact we laughed about it and he said don't apologize at all and that he understood. We had a large order, which they did mess up on one of my friend's pizza - hope she contacted them about it the next day. 3rd time try ordering - was told as long as we put order in before 1030p and be there before 1030p, it was no problem. When putting in order @ 1018p - it says closed and cannot place. Called the place and was told sorry to late. UUgg!! Lots of HANGRY staff here...Only problem - need to open later PLEASE!! Saw it from the side of the road and decided to give it a shot. Walked ok n and there appeared to be a long line probably 20 people or so in front of us. The line moved fast. I did a build your own pizza with red sauce parmesan and mozzarella and enough pepperoni and bacon to cover the cheese. It came out of the oven in about 5-6 minutes and it was 6 amazing slices. We split the pizza between 2 adults and both walked away full but not stuffed and satisfied from it. The crust is plain but sturdy enough for a thin crust. I'd go again. read more
