My husband and I love Blaze pizza and go about once a month but we will not go to the location in General Stilwell. Their service is so slow and their staff have been rude the last three times we have gone in. They are always very snarky when we ask for a glove change. Before anyone gets shocked about this place it is designed as a fast food type pizza place. They have a limited menu and a standard size pizza meant to be shared between 1 or 2 people. So before you go there expecting to watch the football game and have variety just know it's a fast food restaurant. The process to ordering and baking and eating is quick similar to that of subway. You stand in line and your order gets pushed down the counter as you tell your server what you want on it as you go. After you pay you will wait a minimum of 4 minutes for your order which is great. read more

Extremely slow moving service. I mean it took me over 15 mins just to place my order and I was the only one in line before a customer who was ordering about 15 million things and only two employees total were trying to handle while I waited 10 years. The whole time I've been eating here with my kids I've just seen an excessively long line nearly out the door, which given the high prices seems a bit much. For the prices being what they are, I would expect stellar pizza that is far above your chains, but it's nothing special. My kids are like we would rather have Dominoes which isn't saying much! My kids were being understandably impatient given the ridiculous wait and I said to them that I understood because the line was so long and the employee instead of having good customer service just proceeded to give me nasty glares because of me God forbid stating the obvious, that it was a ridiculously long wait for some overpriced pizza. As someone that used to work in the service industry, that kind of reaction is pretty bad in and of itself. Most interesting was that while all of this was happening, there were about 3 employees sitting around eating and drinking when they just opened about an hour ago, so I don't understand how they could be on a break already leaving a stupid long line for everyone else! So, I previously provided a bad review but went back last week. It might be comparing apples to oranges since I went about 2:30 in the afternoon as compared to my usually going in the evening. This was a totally different experience. There were maybe 5 people in line ahead of me. Everyone was working and one person smiled at me when I got in line, putting me in a better frame of mind for my wait. The line moved quickly and I had my pizza in hand, ready to eat in 8 minutes. I ate the whole danged thing!! While gorging on my delicious pizza, one of the employees came over to my booth and asked if I needed anything. That has never happened before! Then she asked the people at the next table. That is the service I don't expect but truly appreciate. The restaurant was cleaner than in my past experiences. As I said when I posted my prior review, I want this place to succeed. The lady who smiled at me upon arrival (others smiled through the process) was wearing an orange cap while the others were wearing black. Management? Whatever....it was a great experience. Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is a great place to get dinner when you and your partner don't want to cook and don't want to wash dishes. The food is delicious, and with its many options of pizza, salads, and desserts, you can't go wrong coming here. It's literally a build your own dinner with friendly staff and a great ambiance. We got here before the dinner rush hit and at first there was only a few employees behind the counter, but as soon as the line started to grow, the staff put on their hard-hats on and got to working. They keep a smile on their face and really make what the customer wants. A lot of people would work at a slower pace, but tonight the entire staff killed it. Janette was one of the employees who helped me out, and she was very friendly even under the pressure of hungry customers. The only thing I would say about this establishment as a negative is that it is freezing in here. I'm sure it's to help with the body heat and oven cooking all the pizzas, but I wouldn't mind a little bit warmer. Blaze also has some really delicious drinks! We love the blood orange lemonade. Workers are always polite and friendly. Line always moves quickly. Sometimes things appear to be out and I've learned to just ask if it's actually out or just hasn't been restocked. Cool place, usually quiet unless peak time, always clean. Pizza dough itself is pretty bland, but when you do all the toppings it's good. I wish their pizza had more of a true wood fire taste, but that's my preference. Happy to have this little spot in Marina! read more

Myself and a few friends came on March 14 for "Pie Day." We had to wait in line for about an hour and a half but it was well worth the wait. The pizza and lemonades are very good but what made this experience exceptional was the staff member Gloria. She was consistently going up and down the line while everyone waited and made sure everyone was doing ok and answers any questions. this place is horribly managed. i've been to other blaze locations that had their act together, but save yourself a headache and AVOID this place. i placed an order for pickup, and when i arrived they told me it wasn't ready, and then made me re-write the order on a piece of scrap paper. then they doubled charged my credit card. i've contacted them about getting the duplicate charge reversed, but received no reply. i never thought one pizza order could end up costing me so much time and trouble! read more

This place is horrible. Clearly on their website it states they don't cook your pizza until you show up, when I got there my pizza had already been cooked and was sitting out for 10 minutes. I work at a pizza place so I know a pizza sitting for 10 minutes shouldn't be cold. I get home it's cold and soggy. Proceed to eat after reheating it and halfway through my boyfriends slice he stops chewing and pulls out a long blonde hair from the back of his throat. That basically ruined our night, he was excited to try a new pizza place since we work with pizza but it was a disaster. We haven't been back and every time I get asked about this place I tell them my story and not to go here. Ended up going to Taco Bell once we got our appetites back. read more

This was not enjoyable. The pizza sauce was just like you would get from chief boyardee box pizza. Our order was not made right as it had a lot of garlic on it and we did not order garlic. When we told them about it it was like we made the mistake and no one told the pizza maker to remake our order we had to tell them. I don't know if the workers were having a bad day but over all customer service was 2 out of 5 stars. The girl who took our order was helpful other than that not much good service after that. I had an online order that was done incorrectly and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I left. The pizza that I did get was not that great. It was very basic and can't hold a candle to some of the other pizza places in the area. I walked in Saturday night around 9:30 and I was exhausted from my day. Let me just say that I ended up walking out feeling better then when I walked in. It was due to the crew (Ray, Candy, Kaylani, Jeanette and Drina) that was working that night. There was a long line. They engaged every customer. Ordered on the app which said it would take 10 minutes and it ended up taking between 15-20 minutes which was totally not a problem at all. I asked for crispy crust which is what I got! It was very good and I even got a free drink from a coupon in the app. I was a bit surprised when I had to tell the man serving me my pizza that it was supposed to come with arugula (I ordered a "White Top").
