Im not one to leave bad reviews ever but today I had a horrible experience. I went in to Blaze for dinner and I made a pizza a build you own. I was waiting for a long time maybe 15-20 mins so I had gone to check it the pizza was ready. Turns out the cook gave the pizza to the wrong guy he apologized and let him keep MY pizza. The cook then told me to get back in line and make another one because he had made a mistake. I waited another 15-20 mins when I went to go check if the pizza was done the cook had gave the guy a Free Pizza Card for the confusion. So he gave them My pizza and addition to that he also gave the man a Free Pizza Card but i had to wait almost an hour and not even a complimentary drink or anything. This is a new stop for me when I am at the Ontario Mills now! Every time I come to eat at this place, I fall in love with it more and more! The customer service is great! Friendly smiles and great vibes definitely make you feel welcomed. The food is great! My friend said it best when he said "it's like subway but for pizza". They do go cheap on the toppings but they don't hesitate to put more if you ask; trust me, I've asked on every visit. Overall, great food and great service gets my business! No need to go to the food court because your best food option is here! They've only been open less than 2 weeks and I've been here 4x. Personally, I keep coming back because 1) I'm always in the mood for a different pizza 2) their pizzas are delicious (every.single.time) 3) their Blood Orange Lemonade is a must 4) their genuine customer service kills the game They've hired a lot of people and every single person is always smiling and very helpful in helping you build your pizza. In fact, on free pizza day with the line being 1 hr+, they still kept the energy up. The concept of Blaze is genius... You simply put whatever you want on your pizza for $8.25. They're more than happy to add more cheese or more pepperoni if need be. They have signature pizzas if you can't decide what you want but, let's be real, you want all the good stuff on there! This location is pretty bad. The girl that built our pizza was so incredibly slow. She also had a attitude as we continued to add toppings, she was literally counting pieces of veggies. She tore one bell pepper sliver into 3-4 tiny bits and spread it out on the pizza. Tried the new Blaze Pizza in the Ontario Mills Mall today. Terrific! Great staff, awesome food and... blood orange lemonade? Yeah it was as great as it sounds! This location is awesome: great seating area, do it yourself fountain drinks, all within one of the most iconic malls in So Cal. I got a pizza with white sauce, bacon, jalapeños, sausage, pepperoni, roasted garlic and more. It came out so good! The staff, from the sweet young ladies who constructed the pizza, to the polite young man that handed me my order, I was throughly impressed with my first experience with Blaze Pizza and I will definitely be back! read more

After trying out other build your own pizza places, I was not sure what to expect here. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I love that they had a Simple Pie choice for the plain cheese eaters. The cheaper option was very pleasing on my wallet. The pizza sizes were very generous. My only complaint was that were very stingy on toppings. Other build your own pizza will pile high the ingredients and really fill up the pizza. This was very skimpy. My daughter ordered a ham and pineapple pizza. Instead of offering mozzarella cheese, they have her only parmassean cheese. She was highly disappointed, but didn't know any better. You know they have very little limited options if you don't want to create you're own pizza and even then if you do create you're own, like I did they don't put that much toppings on it. I should have asked for extra cheese so it could have a normal amount of cheese on it. Asked for ham, they put it around the pizza left everything in the middle without anything. Asked for bacon, they filled the middle left the outside with out bacon. Then asked for bell peppers and jalapenos & they but an ok amount of that. Went here around lunch time during New Years and there was a short line. I ordered 2 build your own pizzas since I've been craving it for a while now. There are three sections in order to build your pizza and they have different worker responsible for different role in each station. One worker would tend to the sauce and cheese, the next worker would be in charge of the protein, and another worker for the veggies. As I was choosing my sauce, I don't know why, but the girl that was on the protein section did not want to wait for the guy who was in the sauce section. The guy would ask me what kind of sauce I want, and at the same time the girl have also asked me what kind of protein I want. I mean I ordered two pizzas so maybe can they wait on each other. I know that they're busy, but c'mon, be patient, I didn't order something crazy. I only asked for the red sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni on my pizza. I usually go to the one in Claremont and they are more customer friendly. As for the pizza wise, it was good, I was happy with my food. Service wise, it could've been a little better. read more

Do NOT go! The staff does not wash their hands. They use their dirty hands to put on gloves. Even with their gloved hands, a staff pulled their pants up/adjusted clothes then immediately went to touch dough and toppings. Didn't look like there was a manager on site because the new staff was obviously being disrespected by her colleagues, trash piled up you couldn't put anything else in, and tables need to be wiped. It wasn't busy with 5 staff behind the counter and us being the second party inside. I would not come again, better experience at food court. read more

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. I walked in right when they first opened for the day.. I orderedthe Take 2 ( keto pizza and a Greek salad.) and a drink. The kid behind the counter was completely clueless. I asked for garlic butter and his response was they didn't have any right now. I asked when they would have it he responded with,"I don't know". I said to him, "well can you go to the back and ask?" At which point he finally did and informed me it would be 5 mins . He continued to ask if I was willing to wait to which I agreed. I got my iced tea and salad and proceeded to sit down. And started drinking my tea. The kid told me the garlic pesto was ready so I proceeded to finish my order and pay. After I got my pizza, I sat down, no longer irritated with the kid and continued eating my food and drinking my iced tea. For some reason. I just happen to glance at the bottom of my plastic cup and noticed a wormy looking figure in the bottom of my cup. Eew!!! So I took my cup to the kid and showed him, and he tried to explain to me that it was the "powder to make the tea". Uhm NO!!! That was the only explanation he was going to offer. I'm irritated at this point and ask for the manager and she apologizes and explains to me that it was a new batch and she can't understand how that happened. She then proceeds to empty out the tea and while I'm waiting for the manager the kid offers me a new cup. I waited for the manager to come back out, she offered me a new cup at which point I explained to her how gross that was and requested a refund. Never Going Back!!! read more

New pizza spot at Ontario Mills which means there's literally 3 Blazed pizza spots within a 3 - 5 mile radius of each other (Victoria Gardens, Foothill Blvd. and Spruce and now this one). This location is part of the new wing of the Ontario Mills mall that opened up recently on the south side of the mall. There's patio seating outside with a view of the parking lot which means easy access to the mall and probably a good starting point to fuel up before shopping. It's also one of the few locations in Ontario Mills where you can relax and get a cup of beer. It's located away from the food court and feels like a legit dine-in restaurant so it's a little quieter and less crowded than the food court. Great place to take your kids to eat (kids love pizza) and drop-off your husband while you shop! read more

Came here for lunch and was sadly disappointed. I got the gluten free crust which was not as good as other places. It was very squishy, even after over cooking the rest of my pizza. The toppings were sparse. It says "artichoke hearts" but it was just a few artichoke leaves and nothing else. I don't order any meats and these build our own pizza places are usually pretty generous on the veggies. Not here. I probably won't come back because $12 was a lot for what I got. Edit to add: within a very short time after eating my pizza, I started having a gluten reaction so I assume there was some cross contamination. I LOVE Blaze. I love the one in Victoria Gardens for the ambiance, quick service, and delicious pizzas. However, this location was a disappointment. I came here on Saturday 3/10 with my family and we each ordered a BYO. I understand that it's inside the mall and it gets busy around peak times, but this was ridiculous. The employees who were working the meat and veggie stations were SO SLOW. Plus they were SO STINGY with the toppings. My dad loves cilantro on basically anything, so he asked them for extra cilantro and I kid you not, the employee sprinkled on the cilantro like there was a shortage and we had to ration cilantro amounts. We had to ask him for more and more, and I still don't think he got the hint. The other employees just threw toppings on our pizzas, no type of organization or care in their work, and ushered us through the line. I always ask for pesto drizzle at the end and I had to ask 3 times until someone finally added it to my pizza. I'll stick to the VG location from now on, and maybe try the new one that opened on Foothill. But Ontario Mills is a miss. read more

Came this past Sunday while out shopping with my girlfriend and ummm talk about "RUDEEEEEEEEEE" customer service. I get it, it was packed. I get it, you're busy. I have worked retail, food service, and now currently work with children so I expect people who work in certain industries to maintain a level of respect and decency even while under pressure. Not so with the chick doing the toppings (Hispanic, kinda wide, long hair) as she had a major attitude and barked at my friend who was pointing to what toppings she wanted. Attempted to ask the guy (tall white guy with an apron) to cut our pizza a certain way as we had different toppings and he yells "That's what I was going to do". TFFFFF??? Our cashier Audee or Audi I think her name was, total sweetheart and very courteous. The type of customer service experience that is SUPPOSED to happen even when the business is super full. I went with their regular red sauce, pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple. I was suprised that it took less than 10-minutes for them to bake the pizza. This is my first review and my first experience at a Blaze Pizza location in Ontario and it was just amazing to see how little does the staff care about keeping a clean environment. I came in around 3:00pm and saw nothing but dirty tables mess around the entire place. Not only that, but I found a DEAD cockroach in the bathroom with urine around. Disgusting. Food was okay but a lot can be said about how they take care of cleanliness around. If they can't maintain a restroom clean, imagine how the food freezer is kept or how dishes are washed.
