One of the worse Blaze pizza locations I have every been too. It's always a very poor visit at this location. Out of ice!!!! The employees did not care. Dining room dirty, almost every table. Employees rude and not friendly. Buy ice.. if out or machine cannot keep up. Pizza was very black on bottom of crust. Poor management and owner group of this location. The Fresno location is not much better.. To add to my comments from my visit to this Blaze Pizza in Visalia. An employee from this location send me a compliment on my YELP review, not a compliment from employee. But it was a attack on my complaint from the visit and a disrespectful comment on my appearance. Saying I was over weigh to put it straight.Saying I should stop eating out and eat at home more often. Did not care about the complaint on no ice, dirty tables, rude employees or burned crust. Today I tried Blaze Pizza when I normally go to Pieology. I'll start by saying next time my choice will go to Pieology. Blaze has fewer choices and is a bit skimpy on their ingredients. My sister and I sat down inside their "private party room" to wait for other family members to join us for dinner. An employee named BRE asked if we needed anything. Upon learning that several more guests were coming, BRE asked if we'd like to reserve the room and she would check to make sure it wasn't already reserved. The staff was very slow, and they had 8 people behind the counter. We waited in line 20 minutes before we even ordered and there were only two people in front of us. The young lady at the cash register was also very rude to and older gentleman trying to see if his mobile order had been received as he had been waiting to pick it up. Went to Blaze after a long day at shopping at the mall. We were greeted as soon as we walked in even though they were super busy. The place was very clean. We were helped by a young lady who's name tag said "X". I asked her what the "X" stood for and she said Xandria. She was super helpful and very friendly. Ordered my pizza to go . Only two other families were there. It wasn't busy at all. I leave to head home and I live across town and open my pizza and realize it the wrong one. Tried to call no way of getting a hold of the restaurant. Drove back to blaze and since I had the wrong ordered. Once I got there I proceeded to tell them it wasn't my pizza and they then had me my pizza that's been sitting out for 20ish mins by then. I said is it even warm and they put it back in the oven and send me out without offering to make a new pizza, nothing. I got home and the pizza is cold from sitting out that long even after the put it back in the oven. I don't feel safe eating the pizza. Very disappointed in the way they handled their mess up. Our ordered got called my husband went to get the pizzas the pan was so hot on the cauliflower pizza nearly burned his hand , we started to eat our pizzas my pizza was burnt all along the crust and under the crust my hubby's bottom crust had a lot of char crust under his . My family and I were excited to try Blaze but were severely disappointed. We went on a Saturday afternoon, we ordered a cheese pizza and a make-your-own. The line was not too long and we were quickly pushed through. Being first timers we were sort of unsure how the whole ordering, process worked. The employees were less than helpful and seemed more annoyed to have to explain the details. We waited about 10 minutes and got our "pizzas". The first issue was with the gross unseasoned cardboard crust. While we were aware it was thin crust, this was more like a flavorless, oily piece of overcooked paper. The cheese pizza was super skimpy on the cheese and oil just dripped from it. Our make-your-own was also VERY light on the cheese as well as toppings and also dripped oil everywhere. Overall we didn't finish either pizzas and didn't even bother taking them home. One highlight, was the blood orange lemonade, it was the best tasting thing we had at our experience at Blaze. Overall we left hungry, hot and feeling totally ripped off. I would say their pizza tastes like a combo between microwave pizza and buffet pizza- both totally suck. The Chipotle of pizza. I ate there today (their second day open), and wasn't sure what to expect. The first thing that stood out was the customer service! The employees were very friendly and asked me all along the way if the pizza was to my liking (quality at each step!). The next thing I noticed was the speed. There were about 10 people in front of me but I didn't feel like I had to wait. The line was constantly moving. This was great to see as I had just come from a supply chain management class and you can tell they really had a good process nailed down and were executing well. I got my pizza to go and it was still hot when I got home. The pizza was great! Quality toppings like roasted garlic and kalamata olives made the pizza stand out and the price was reasonable at less than $9. Toppings were essentially unlimited and they didn't charge extra for ranch dressing. I will have to try out Pieology to see how they compare but Blaze has set the bar high. I can't think of how my experience could have been better so I am giving them 5 stars. Hopefully they can be consistent over time. read more

Great pizza. Great customer service. Would recommend as you get endless toppings for $10 and the pizza crust comes in 3 different choices for an additional fee. Tables were clean and bussed regularly. They have 4 different types of lemonades, RTE Salads and a few bottled beers and handful of craft brews on tap. No tv's for sports. When I finally did get through a worker told me they were helping a customer and to call back. Terrible customer service.... I ordered 3 Margaritas and 2 Pepperoni and ended up with all pepperoni. Highly disappointed. Not ordering So.. an update - spoke in person with a supervisor and they gave me free pizzas for the mistake and were really apologetic. If gluten-free pizza is an option employees need to be better educated with health and safety protocols for allergies, at this location. A simple glove change does not change anything...if the same spoon/utensils and sauce containers are going to be used. It is advertised on the Blaze Pizza website that cross-contamination can happen and that is understandable; however, it doesn't take much to have a clean or another spoon/utensil for employees to use. It is also unacceptable to have an employee cutting a pizza and asking whether or not the utensil is clean if an employee is unsure if it is clean get another one...I'm sure there is more than one pizza cutter available that is clean or at least there should be for health concerns. I have been to many different Blaze Pizza's within California and I've never experienced such a concerning health concern as I did tonight. Please educate yourself and your employees on food allergies such as celiac! read more

The pizza was extremely soggy and I could barley pick it up to eat it using two hands. As a build your own pizza, I had ordered roasted garlic on top along with several other ingredients.
