I've been going here for a few years now and have enjoyed the pizza's here. Friendly staff. Ordered a curbside pickup the other night and drove home. The pizza was extremely soggy and I could barley pick it up to eat it using two hands. As a build your own pizza, I had ordered roasted garlic on top along with several other ingredients. I like garlic in my food normally, but there was so much on this soggy mess that it was overpowering and barely edible. Disappointed. read more

Worst customer service ever!! Made my order online, I called right after I put my order to confirm lady on the phone said they were already working on it.. I got to the restaurant a couple minutes early so I waited in the car I noticed that they weren't busy so I walked in to pick up my pizza Nottt!! Sitting at a booth after enjoying my delicious pizza. I ordered the build your own for $7.99. It's the same concept as a subway. You pick your sauce (I mixed spicy red, and creamy white, and it was so good) your cheese, then your meats, and veggies. It's then cooked in 3 minutes. I really loved mine, and my husband is in line to order himself another pizza to go as I type this. The workers are friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. We will definitely come back soon. read more

Great pizza and salad. The pizza is like subway. They can put a variety of toppings on it. Wood fired so it is thin and crispy when it comes out of the oven. Lots of yummy and unusual toppings. Like pesto sauce. Spinach. Artichokes. Kalamata olives plus all ur reg toppings too. I just tried blaze for the first time yesterday & I couldn't believe how tasty it was! But not only was the food great, the customer experience I got from Jocelyn was off the charts! She made sure I got what I wanted on my pizza and even asked me if it looked great! I really appreciated her much guiding me through the process & I thank her for such an awesome experience. Great pizza! But awful beer!!! :( NEVER! Order from there tap, warm, flat... OLD! beer menu, I ordered a blue moon that tasted like a sliced orange was left out in the back yard BBQ area for a day and a half in the middle of July, hot! Flat! This place is a pizza place. read more

Being from Chicago we're always looking for a good pizza. Our son suggested this place and stated it was the best pizza he'd ever had. While not a Chicago style pizza place, still good. We first tried Blaze in Southern Calif. I was so pleased to see that they had brought it to Visalia. No matter what I have ever put on my pizza it's been pretty good. Pizza is great, but you have to ask for double toppings: their default is to only put a little. I love the spicy red sauce. Had one bad experience: my wife asked for an apple feta cranberry salad. It was expired, with slimy leaves. We returned it, but the replacement was either the same salad turned over or the whole batch had gone bad; either way, it should not have been served. read more

I ordered online delivery. My order was incomplete since I was missing 2 items out of 3. I tried calling the store but no one picked up and there was no option to leave a vocimail. I tried calling the order line but they say its not connected to store it's a national line. The guy tried connecting to store but no one answered. He sugguested that I call the store or go there in person, which was a ridiculous suggestion since I already tried calling myself 3 times and I had the order line try to connect me twice. Called to place an order. They don't take orders over the phone. Ordered online. The order didn't go through. Sent to the back of the line. Made the wrong pizza on the gluten free crust. Sent back to the back of the line. No apology either time. The girl making my pizza was nice enough to explain to me that it was my fault. Staff seemed friendly and on task. A simple apology would have been nice, but the manager was either indistinguishable from the staff or wasn't present. If you have Celiac I would strongly suggest asking for a glove change and a clean cutter. Just watching the process it probably 50/50 that you'll get glutened... but that's about the best odds you're going to get eating pizza anywhere. Smells good though, if it tastes good enough I'll probably give it another shot. read more

Took my family here for the first time tonight. Everyone's pizza came out super fast and tasted excellent. The manager Kim was super helpful when I needed her and her team was great. Everyone in our party said they would definitely be back. Went to the Blaze pizza in Visalia on Mooney. First time going. The pizza was good, but the service was terrible. There were 4 visible employees, but they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off because nothing was prepped properly or stocked. They obviously weren't a good team of people to be working together. It wasn't even busy, they were snipping at customers when we asked for anything. One customer had done an online order for 7 pizza's for a party and they only had 3 ready for her and when she asked how long the wait since she got there when it gave her her estimated time they're like, "oh it's not accurate it'll still be 12 mins", she had been waiting long before I came in the restaurant also. One customer that came in before me with his family had to tell them to put his pizza in because it was still just sitting there waiting to be cooked, he also asked twice about getting one ranch and one employee said, "oh there's none made someone will have to go make it ‍". Mind you this was not quite noon and no Ranch was made the night before or that morning. I've worked in the food world and this is not how you run things, customers having to constantly ask and the employees snapping like it's our fault. I asked for napkins and one employee just pointed to the back and said there's more over there...um ok but your main area was completely out maybe you should stock it... my daughter had already ate her pizza by the time I got mine, it was inane. Customers were walking out because of the wait in line to order.... needless to say I won't be going back to that Blaze pizza or any other Blaze pizza if this is how they're all ran. read more

RUN FOR THE HILLS! I don't know which came first, Blaze or Pieology but I will stick to Pieology. The service here was horrible. It wasn't busy at all yet we were rushed through the line like a Private in Basic Training but the staff is the one that needs basic traning up in here. They do not listen and got both our orders wrong. Crust was burned so it was bitter. And during this heatwave....NO ICE in the machine???? Unacceptable!!!! Done son! read more
