The food was great the first time we went there, my son liked the Tempura shrimp, the Salt and Pepper calamari was spicy and well seasoned. The Seafood clay pot was tasty. We also had the Hong Kong seafood noodles, which was good. The service was excellent and were waited on hand and foot. It was a great experience. On the second time we ate there again, the food was fine, but the staff was lacking. We got a table in a terrible position in the aisle at the entrance. Having people walk around your table constantly was not the best. The person taking our order incorrectly double charged us for one item. Also the waitress was nowhere to be found as far as refilling our drinks. She walked past our table several times refilled other table while not refill our drinks. Service was really hit or miss. Post-covid. Everyone seems to be taking the covid issue calmly they're wearing their masks and enjoying their time here. This restaurant never disappoints. The food is really good!! My friend and I ordered the honey short ribs, Taiwanese beef soup, string beans and tofu vegis, and rice. Everything was delicious !! About 2 mo. Later I return and in order to get seated, we have to upload the 'Opentable' app and make reservations to get in, although we're standing in the line to get in... really?? So I download the app I add my email and I have a problem it won't take my email. So then I thought maybe I'm not getting good connection, so I walk outside and try again, still not accepting my email.. we go back in and go to 'Bamboo' same issue, we ended at the deli and had bagels.., just doesn't make sense!!!!!!! I've gone to Blazing Noodles several times over the past few years, and the food has always been superb. I love how they have several Asian condiments in the table to compliment the food. This past time I ordered the won ton soup, pot stickers, salt and pepper shrimp, pad kee mao, and basil shrimp. Everything was great but my group especially raved about the salt and pepper shrimp and won ton soup. I also have to shoutout our waiter, Rafael, who was top of the line and one of the best waiters i've ever had. He was very responsive, gave great food recommendations, and made sure we were well taken care of. 5 stars to Rafael alone for his service. My sister and I went to Blazing Noodles and was treated horribly. In fact the people in line ahead of us in line were also treated horribly. Ive been going there for years and have never been treated this poorly. There have been a couple of times the staff wasn't great but nothing bad enough to complain about until now. It was a busy night but the host taking names and numbers just wasn't in the mood to be respectful and was very dismissive to everyone that had an issue. I asked if we could have a seat at the counter which only had two people at it the whole time we were there we were told no and that those seats are only for single people. So I said not true over all my years going there during slow and busy times we have sat at the counter plenty of times with no issue. Now, she felt she had to prove it to me and told another employee there "you know we never seat couples at the counter, right?" And after leading her coworker of course the coworker agreed with her. I said we will pay separately and she said no. I said what's the difference? She said no. We went back and forth a little longer and left. I think she was having a bad night and should have not have been working. I contacted my casino host and asked who can I complain to. The casino host asked me what happened so I wrote back about my experience and when I heard bad the host said sorry you had a bad experience. Customer service at Pechanga is nonexistent at the moment and so am I. read more

Have eaten here many times in the past. Came here with my in-laws while gambling at Pechanga last Sunday around 2pm. Stood at the check in area at the entrance to restaurant, but nobody was there seating customers. When an elderly Hispanic women finally came to the front, she just stared at us. I asked her if there were seats available, she snapped, "you are in the wrong line, this line is for take out only". I looked around but there was no identification telling us we were in the wrong line. Instead of telling us where to line up correctly she just stared at us. I asked her where we should go and she waved her hand to the left without saying anything. There was one other group waiting in this line. They were seated and when the elderly hostess got to us, again she just stared. She finally asked us how many in our party, as if she had not seen us two minutes before. She told us no seats were available and that if would be a minimum of 15 minutes to be seated. This would normally not be a problem, but the restaurant was less than half full. Bottom line, we did not eat here today and this hostess who was also identified as an assistant manager made our experience at Phechanga less pleasant. Maybe she was just having a bad day, I hope that she is not always like that. I know that unemployment rates are low and that service industries need to hire almost anyone who applies, but please show some basic courtesy. read more

I have to say, I came into Blazing Noodles starving and in a rush because I'm working a show here T Pechanga tonight. I was immediately greeted by the staff at the door and seated. I like that even though I was a party of 1, they didn't try to stick me in some obscure corner somewhere. The hostess asked me where I wanted to sit and I was seated. Within about 2 minutes my server came and greeted me. She was so nice. I had a few questions about the menu and she gave me her recommendations. I settled on trying the Egg Drop Soup, Ground Chicken Won Tons and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Over the years I've had my fair share of casino Chinese food and decided to err on the side of caution. Overall, I give my meal a 3. The egg drop soy has a very strong egg taste. I know some may say "well, it's egg drop soup ..." but I've had tons of egg drop and there is usually more of a balance between the broth and "egginess." It's about preference. The Chicken and Cream Cheese Wontons were just weird to me. Minced Ground Chicken and Garlic Cream Cheese in a Won Ton? That's a "No" for me dog. I was hoping for more of a sweet and savory flavor of the cream cheese and o didn't know what to expect from the ground chicken but I didn't like it. For my entree I chose the Sweet and Sour Chicken and while the flavor was ok, the chicken was burned or had a burned taste. I think it may have been the oil. I would be willing to try this dish on another day because I could taste that it had promise. I also had the Thai Tea which was very sweet. I suggest if you order it, to order a glass of water to mix it and cut the sweetness. I sat down ordered and within 10 minutes I had my entire meal. If I was rating just on service it would be 5 stars, but I have to give an account for the food. There are so many other food options here to choose from than just your run of the meal Chinese food dishes so if you're feeling more adventurous than I was, give them a try. Wifey picked this place to have dinner and our first impression was that the decor of this place was nice, but the service on our visit was pretty disappointing. The original host gal that seated us ended up having to be our waitress and take our drink/appetizer order while our actual waitress danced around our table and literally helped everybody else out but us. After about 15 minutes I asked her if she was supposed to be our waitress, to which she then decided to finally came over and take our food order... it was soo weird We ordered the sampler, beef and broccoli, and an orange chicken plate. The sampler was good, but our main entrees were just so-so... you usually think a place like this will blow any Panda Express out of the water, but there wasn't really anything special about it except the decor. Egg drop soup was very good, highly recommend that if you are craving soup. The hot and sour was good, but very SPICY. If you do not like spicy do not get the hot and sour. Orange chicken was decent, the chefs put a lot of sauce put on the orange-chicken which in my opinion over killed it. Orange chicken entree comes with white rice. It gives you Chinese restaurant vibes but the menu is a mix of Asian dishes. The noodle soups were pretty good - but to my mind how do you mess up broth soup right? The chicken lettuce wrap was watery but they did give us a whole head of lettuce for it. The chicken satay had sizeable pieces and though not dry could have been better. The peanut sauce was lumpy. Came in today around 2:40, 20 minutes before closing and ordered the usual, veg rolls and our kung pow chicken, the chicken came out hard and nasty didn't even eat the chicken had a very weird texture to them so basically wasted the whole meal, only picked at the rice and bell peppers and onions, wasted 16$ right there. The egg rolls were outstanding though, I wish I ordered 3 sides of the veg rolls instead of the Kung pow chicken. They also kept rushing me saying we close in 20 minutes are you sure you don't want take out, as soon as I sat down they gave us our menus and legit asked if we were ready like damn they couldn't hold up, they didn't even bring us our waters yet. Then told the manager Chris about our experience and all he said was I'm sorry and awkwardly nodded his head and walked away. Goes to show I would go here within the last hour of business other then that this is a pretty good spot just a bad visit and we are regulars here all the servers know who we are and always get the same thing. Very disappointed with my visit today. I thought this restaurant would be relatively authentic Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. I ordered the roast pork appetizer as part of my main meal. I couldn't even finish 1/2 of it. If anyone has had real Cantonese roasted pork belly, they would understand that the skin is crunchy and the rest of the meat should be succulent. The version I had today was dry throughout and it seemed that a torch was likely used on the meat as opposed to slow roasting. Blazing Noodles is a restaurant that serves Thai and Chinese food. It's located in Pechanga Casino. Here's what I've tried: *Wonton Soup - This was fantastic! Giant wrapped wontons filled with pork and shrimp. The broth is piping hot and flavorful. *Wonton Noodle Soup - This was pretty good! Great portion of the egg noodles. The egg noodles are long and chewy. *House Noodle Soup - This was incredibly bland. I had to add chili, sugar, and vinegar to spice it up a bit. The noodle texture was spot on though. *Cantonese Roasted Duck - Pretty decent. The skin was crispy but a little too thin. I had to dip the duck in plum sauce to add more zing to it. The duck meat itself tasted great but wasn't super tender as I'd like to be. *Lard Na (Stir Fried Rice Noodles) -This was alright. The chicken and Chinese broccolli were spot on in terms of taste and texture. The noodles were a lot more thin than they're supposed to be though. The noodles did however, absorb the flavor of the gravy which was good. By the way, this dish wasn't even on the menu. We just asked the waitress who happened to be Thai if they happen to make the dish. Who knows what other secret items they might have? The Sprite tasted weird. Like it was mixed with faucet water. It's better to get the Coke here as opposed to Sprite. Service here has been pretty good. The food arrives promptly. The servers we had were quite friendly. Most of the items range from $12-$30 depending on what you order. So it's a bit more expensive than usual Asian restaurants. So really, it's another one of those places where it depends on what you order. I actually prefer this restaurant over the Bamboo restaurant that's hoards of steps away in this casino. read more

This place has always been our go to while gambling at Pechanga. Whoever is in charge and made changes has made a big mistake. We went this past weekend and got our usual pad thai, It was not good. No flavor, a lot of veggies and not much noodles. I remember before it was a dark color and had so much flavor I never had to add any sauces, this time it was light colored and seemed watered down, I had to add a bunch of sauce to it to make it edible. My wife & I come here anytime we're in Pechanga for the blazing noodle and we like it so far. We ordered wonton soups & Pat Thai and both dishes came out tasty with good portion. We seat at bar area anytime we came in so no Waite time. The resturant is located near the hotel lobby on the way to the casino and get a bit busy over the weekend & holidays. Three is pretty accurate. Hostess was so sweet and welcoming, server was not. We were seated right ontop of the tables next to us. Half the restaurant was empty and they piled everyone in one corner.
