We have visited Blazing Noodles a few times and finally have the chance to write a review. The restaurant is located within Pechanga Casino, offering a nice sit-down experience perfect for spending time with family and friends. The decor is authentically Chinese with red tables contributing to its overall appeal. It is a wonderful spot to unwind for those who find themselves at the casino, either before or after attending a concert. During our visit a couple of months back, we enjoyed looking at the Year of the Dragon decorations just outside the exit, as well as the colorful lanterns within the restaurant itself. We ordered honey walnut shrimp, pork chops and house-fried rice. I am highly disappointed with my experience here. The food did not taste authentic or good at all. The tom yum soup is supposed to be a sour, flavorful soup with lemongrass, but this one was bland and lacked any of the signature taste. The pad Thai didn't taste like pad Thai whatsoever--it was very underwhelming and not what you'd expect from the dish. The only thing that was decent was the lemon pepper chicken with plain rice, which ended up being the only dish we actually enjoyed. Service was also an issue. Our order was messed up, the servers didn't refill our waters, and no one really checked on us during the meal. On top of that, we had to wait a very long time both for our food and for the check, which just added to the frustration. We ordered pad thai, chicken pad see ew, kung pao chicken and orange chicken. I love thai food and have had so many good pad thai and pad see ew, so I was disappointed when I tried Blazing Noodles and it just didn't taste authentic. The pad thai sauce tasted different than other pad thai I've had. The pad see ew tasted very bland. We've been dying to dine in at blazing noodles and it was worth the wait. Food was incredible! I like spicy dishes and they had plenty of spicy condiments to put on top. First visit here, service was good and friendly enough, one waitress had a hard time understanding anything we asked for. My Tom yum soup broth was yummy, albeit the chicken was gray and had an odd crumbly texture that made me leery to eat it. Both fried rice orders were flavorless and needed soy sauce, the won ton soup broth was decent and my aunty enjoyed her shrimp pad Thai. It ended up costing $100 before tip for 5 adults to eat rice and soup. We met family here for late lunch on the drive back from Palm Springs. The restaurant appeared busy and a bit disorganized. There were open tables but I don't think enough servers. The hostess said it would be about a 25 min wait for a party of 4. They will text you when they're ready to seat you. The hostess was kind enough to give us a larger table as we tend to over order with family. We tried: Hot & Sour Soup: - generous portion with plenty of tofu and bamboo shoots. Not a bad dish to start with Yang Chow Fried Rice: - there was a nice wok essence to the rice which was nice. The shrimp and pork tasted fine Clay Pot Chinese Beef Stew: - $28 seems to be pricey for this. The brisket and tendons tasted tender but the dish didn't taste freshly made as it was lukewarm Green Beans: - too much sauce used . The beans weren't cleaned properly so many of them had the tough strings attached to them. Kung Pao Chicken: - white meat used. It wasn't too spicy and the portion was generous Salt Pepper Pork Chops: - don't order this as the pork chops were super dry and over fried Hong Kong Style Noodles: - I think we got the meat combo for $26. The bf liked this dish but family didn't think much of the egg noodles Service was ok but I think one lone server had our side of the restaurant at this point. We were ready to pay but he said he was so swamped and asked for us to go to the front to pay which was no biggie. It was a quick meal once we were seated. I visit this casino frequently--about 20 days a month--and have dined in or ordered takeout to my room five times in the past few days. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the service quality compared to previous years. I understand that the food here tends to be on the saltier side, so I always request no seasoning or salt due to a recent kidney infection that required hospitalization. In the past, the restaurant accommodated this request, but now they refuse to do so. When I mentioned that the clam soup is consistently too salty and asked for it to be prepared without salt, I was told that all soups are now premade and that they couldn't even add a scoop of hot water to dilute it. This lack of flexibility is disappointing and shows a lack of concern for customers' dietary needs. As a former multi-store restaurant manager, I recognize that this is likely due to poor management oversight or a chef unwilling to accommodate modifications, putting unnecessary pressure on servers who simply submit orders. Additionally, portioning has become inconsistent. The restaurant used to provide a large bowl of rice with entrées, but now they serve only a small bowl, even when ordering multiple entrées, and charge extra for an additional bowl. Takeout portions are also inconsistent, especially during the last hour of service--I've received a whole, unchopped preserved egg in congee and soup servings that vary from a full pint to half a pint, depending on the time of day. Given these changes, I'll likely stop dining here except for the occasional hot and sour soup when I want something sour while at the casino. read more

We walked up and we were seated right away. Our server Delia took our drink orders right away. She was very friendly, engaging, and attentive. The restaurant wasn't crowded since we arrived about 4:00 PM. We were seated at the very end of a row of tables away from the entry point. My husband ordered his favorites from here--orange chicken and I ordered (something different from my usual curry chicken) the Hong Kong Style Noodle with chicken. Both our meals were delicious! The orange chicken was tender and seasoned well while my Hong Kong Style Noodle was light and savory with thin fried noodles, carrots, mushrooms and Bok Choy in a flavorful garlic sauce, which was not overpowering! It was served family style, which was perfect! The portions served were huge so we had had to take the rest home. The restaurant was bright yet calming & nicely decorated, very much in order and clean. It's not a very large room and I know it can be filled to capacity when I've witnessed the long lines of people waiting to get seated. It demonstrates the popularity of this eatery in Pechanga Casino. The best part of the meal is that it was paid with Easy Dine. We only had to pay for the tip, which Delia certainly deserved. This Asian fusion table service restaurant has many Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese favorite dishes. They had many noodle and rice dishes. They also offered tons of Asian soups. The service was friendly and fast which we liked. We had the Chinese special fried rice, chicken chow fun, chicken lettuce wraps, and soups. I highly recommend the chicken egg drop soup or hot sour soup if you love soup. Everything was cooked fast and perfectly. The dishes came out to the table one after another. The ambiance is a little too crowded. We would prefer the many tables of 2 be spread out a bit more so you're not sitting right next to strangers. They can simply take out a table or two. I pick up my order 30 minutes later a white guy hand me my meal I asked did you add extra hoisin sauce as it is a staple when you order Peking duck it's like french fries and ketchup sauce He sarcastically says I can only give me two more , I say okay. This was our 2nd time eating here. We really enjoy their food. Our meals were delivered QUICKLY and they are served family style. So if you have several people in your group, it's fun to share dishes just to have a little variety. You've gotta try the walnut shrimp - Yum, so delicious! We have also had their beef broccoli, Pad Thai, shrimp tempura, and several other dishes, and everything was delicious! I stayed here a few days ago. Decided to order to go and eat in the comfort of my room. Upon entry I was greeted by friendly staffs. I had one person in line before me, she took a long time and was haggling the staff for comped food. Other than that when it was my turn, my order was quick. I knew what I wanted. I ordered the shrimp walnut, it came with jasmine rice and side of veggies. I also order the wonton soup. The shrimp walnut was delicious, they packed the sauce in a different container so it won't be soggy by the time I ate it. They were pretty good in considering that kind of stuff. The wonton soup was pretty darn good with spinach, soup had flavor and I didn't need to add anything on top of that. Overall I think it's a bit pricey for Asian food but it's the convenience of hotel stay/dining out. I asked for Chilli oil (satae) and Saracha to go. They hooked it ip for me. I will def return again in the future. They provide dine in service as well. It's located right next to the casino tower, hotel check in and right before the casino floor. I used to be regular customer here before I had a very unusual experience here. I went to this restaurant twice or 3 or 4 times a week. I always order "house sea food noodle with rice noddle and side order for extra noodle. When i order it..I always asked to servers for "no fish balls" Yesterday I went to this restaurant again. I told one female server for "no fish balls " But female server brought sea food noodle with fish ball. I said no fish ball...she said that I thought you don't want fish cake. House sea food noodle soup with fish ball and without fish cake. So I asked to her can I get some fish cake...then she said...you have to pay for extra money.....WTF....she made a mistake and she want me to pay extra money for fish cake. She is totally idiot and stupid. What you guys think about this matter. Should I pay for fish cake extra money... I 'm not sure for coming or nor for this restaurant . "Blazing Noodles" is a spot that provides great service, (Hi Lynn/Anna) a fair lunch menu and there's NO SMOKING anywhere IN the resort. It's winter now and I'm always craving a hot bowl of soup. I tried the Beef tendon w/egg noodles. The broth was magical and comforting. Sooo much flavor, very tender veggies and melt in your mouth beef. It's fatty and that's just what I'm looking for. After all, I am what I eat ;) I'm thinking this is better than what I grew up eating in Hawaii, Oxtail soup. I'm gonna ask for grated ginger next time. My wife said the Kung Pao chicken is one of the best she's ever had. However, she loves the tacos from JiB sooo, it's all relative, right? I recommend the lunch menu, M-F 11a-2p why? Your options are limited in this casino but as far as Asian food goes this isn't the worst. This is my go to spot when I gamble at Pechanga and am too lazy to leave the campus. It's not the best Asian food I've ever had, but I'd say pretty good for the area! Our typical order is the pad see ew, and Mongolian beef. The beef comes with rice on the side. We've also tried the yang chow which was so-so. Portions are decently large and can feed 2 people with one plate. Prices are a bit high but they up charge you for the convenience of not having to leave the casino. Overall, if you're eating at the casino this is one of my top spots! Enjoy! read more

Very disappointing. The restaurant in located in the Pechanga casino. Do your choices are limited if you don't want to drive somewhere outside of the casino. Nothing special about the restaurant, almost like a cafeteria. The place is crowded, so you'd think the food was good. The service was good and food came out quickly. And that is all - the food was not very tasty. Everything tasted bland or overcooked. The meat in the soup was VERY tough and the calamari came out soggy. There are lots of other options to choose from. If you want Asian food, maybe leave the casino for a a better place. read more

Food: 4/5 I got the lunch special with broccoli beef, rice, egg drop soup and vegetable spring rolls. The broccoli beef reminded me of a garlicky Mongolian bbq sauce which I enjoyed. It paired well with the rice. The spring rolls were crispy and went well with the sauce they provided. Lastly, the egg drop soup for warm and yummy! Around lunch time they had the shortest wait time compared to other restaurants. We were sat pretty immediately however after that the service was touch and go. Took a while to order our food but the food came really quick. The chicken lettuce wraps were good but you get a quarter of iceberg lettuce which was difficult to get a good piece to make the lettuce wrap. The chicken satay was nice. The beef is my favorite of the 5 dishes but all were pretty good. The Bo Luc Loc beef cubes were juicy and tender with lots of flavor. You can truly taste the quality of the beef. The Spicy Basil Chicken has a nice fragrant sweet flavor from the basil with a mild spicy light sauce. The yellow curry chicken is good but personally I would've liked a bit more spices. Liked that it's not too sweet. The chicken pieces are tender , not dry and the portion is good. The pork chop is very lean white meat, tender inside, crunchy outside, and packed with spices. The server, Chris, was really helpful as I could not decide what to order and even stopped by after our food was served to ensure we liked what we received. Don't get me wrong, the hot and sour soup, pan fried noodles, and the spicy basil chicken were all good! The walnut shrimp + calamari were both lacking a bit in portion and quality. Not to mention the water we got tasted like what I imagine a rusty pipe to taste like. It was not appetizing at all. Phenomenal noodles well worth the wait as this place gets busy. It's no surprise there's always a line here. The service is exceptional for the amount of transactions that must occur. Stayed at Pechanga for a staycation on Valentine's Day. We decided last minute to eat at Blazing Noodles. Upon checking in we were told it would be about a 25-30 minute wait and was asked for my phone number. After only about 10 minutes, I got a text saying that our table was ready. When we walked back to the restaurant, the host immediately seated us. We ordered hot tea, hot & sour soup, vegetable egg rolls, shrimp fried rice and pad Thai. Food came out very quickly and service was ok. The soup temperature was lukewarm but one of our favorites of the meal. Egg rolls were fried perfectly and the veggies inside were good and not mushy lol. I wouldn't really recommend the pad Thai, as it didn't taste authentic, and was more like a chow mein. Situated inside Pechanga Casino over on your way to check in for rooms. It has a nice and comfortable feeling of a classic "Asian" restaurant. The service is always quick, efficient and friendly. If you ask for recommendations they are more than happy to offer you some! The food is very much a fusion of all kinds of Asian cuisines. From pad see ew to tempura to chow fun to noodle soups. All of it has been absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I've had their pad see ew, and it honestly just as good as if you got it from a great Thai restaurant. The noodles are cooked perfectly, I always get it with beef and it's always perfectly cooked, broccoli has plenty of bite and the egg always hits. Flavorful and delicious, as it should be. The chow fun, was probably my favorite dish here, so much umami flavor. The onions were just the way I love them, still crispy and browned. I love the quick wok cook of dishes like this because the vegetables are as they should be, have bite. The black pepper beef tenderloin was to die for. Perfectly tender, melt in your mouth beef tenderloin, perfectly coated in a delicious black pepper sauce. The mushrooms and asparagus are just perfect in this dish. This one has the same onions I loved in the chow fun. Pro tip- the black pepper sauce from your plate, smother your rice in at and be happy. Their potstickers are just as you expect them to be, fried and deliciously flavor filling. Absolutely amazing. Everyone else who has eaten here with me has loved every bite of their food. This place is a little on the pricier side being located inside the casino, so be prepared, but I promise it's worth it. read more
