I used to love this restaurant for its good food and friendly atmosphete, but not after my girlfriend and I had early dinner there today. Thai Food is at the top list of my favorite dishes & Pad See Yew is my most favorite. We ordered 2 dishes, Orange Chicken & Pad See Ew with Shrimp. As soon as I ate the Pad See Ew, I knew that they didn't cook it right, as it was missing that familiar flavor typical of Pad See Ew. The noodle was saggy, & the first piece of shrimp I ate strongly tasted of algae. We complained to the Manager & he offered to replace it with another dish, so, I opted for Hong Kong-Style Pan-Fried Noodles with Shrimp. I continued eating the little Pad See Ew that was on my plate with one tiny (baby Shrimp). I immediately spat it out because the shrimp tasted spoiled or rotten. I immediately got up & walked up to the Manager to change the protein to just chicken. Our disappointment got worse when they brought the Pan-Fried Noodle in a big bowl. The sauce was soupy instead of thick gravy and the chicken tasted like it was just boiled, not stir-fried. I felt like it was cooked horribly on purpose. I stopped eating, feeling totally disappointed and disgusted. We just asked for take out containers, to take our left over, but most likely, we'll end up discarding them. Veggies are cheap, ask to add more to your soup in hopes they won't over charge you. The broth of the BBQ pork noodles was a bit salty. The sauces on the table not as good and need some work. The food is delicious and that's the main reason I'm giving a good review. We've eaten here twice so far. Favorites are the roasted duck noodle soup, egg drop soup, pad see ew, and shrimp tempura. Service is okay. Be prepared for a long wait. Food to go will take half an hour. Getting seated will be an hour if you're lucky but most likely longer. I would give five stars if they gave an option of delivery or even pickup for hotel guests. I wouldn't have mind paying ahead of time to order by phone but they specifically don't do that. Would be nice if they made it easier for those staying here. So if you have small kids and are staying in the room while everyone else is out playing, try to get least one person in your party to help to get your order for you (and go downstairs just to place it in person). Otherwise it's a huge hassle to get everyone ready or wake up any kids just to bring them down to pick up. Writing this out I'm tempted to take out another star because we were all pissed getting dinner here last night... lol but I'll keep it for now. My in-laws typically bring back food from Pechanga, but my wife and I have never joined them until this weekend since we were out here for a wedding. Anyway, we still haven't exactly dined at the actual restaurant, but if their food can make the hour long journey home, sit in a fridge for a day or two, and still taste as good as it does, then I can say with certainty that it must be even BETTER straight outta the kitchen. We ordered our favorites: Pad kee mao and beef chow fun. Both were excellent, ESPECIALLY the chow fun. The noodles were still springy and toothsome and the dish was rich with wok hei. The chef/cook did one hell of a job. The pad kee mao was just as good and to my in-law's surprise, had more meat than Bamboo's version (another Asian restaurant in the casino). I don't see my wife and I coming back to Temecula for a very long time (1st time in 10 years. I haven't been since I was a kid), but if we do find ourselves out here again, I will definitely make it a point to dine here! read more

Whenever my family comes here, we usually get the same things-spicy seafood, seafood kimchi fried rice, Mongolian beef, and Szechwan string beans. My brother is a fan of the spicy seafood stirfry ($28) which has plenty of shrimp, calamari, scallops, and green mussels in a spicy sauce. It has a good heat, it's too much for my mom but my brothers and I like it. My mom is a fan of the Mongolian beef ($22) and szechwan string beans ($12). The beef is tender with lots of onions and green onions which my family likes. The green beans are not over-cooked or too spicy. I like the seafood kimchi fried rice the most, it has plenty of scallops and shrimp with a good amount of kimchi. The staff is nice, they follow covid protocol. read more

Went on Valentine's Day with my sister who was in town. Was supposed to be a casual but nice expat pechanga for us but was not. We ordered our food was wrong. Was sent back we received watery mushy rice. Sent back the rice received same awful rice. Was given excuses that the rice cooker was not working right. Was awful. We were told by the dinning room supervisor who seemed to be new at his job that the rice was complementary to all meals. What a wrong thing to say. We didn't not receive any apology from him. He handled the situation very wrong. I will not be returning. And I will tell everyone I know in Temecula about our experience. The best duck inTemecula. Skin was crispy and the duck meat was tender and juicy. We had a stir fry green beans with garlic sauce was delicious as well. The jasmine tea was so flavorful. We love this spot for their Wonton Soup. The broth is delicious and perfect! I feel like they can better the shrimp fried rice and more flavor to it. Unfortunately we had to send the orange chicken back, it had no flavor. We sent that back and ordered the pepper beef tendering which was cooked WAAAAY better! XIAO was our server and she was very blunt and rude. When we sent the orange chicken back, she said the chefs where going to be mad and made us feel really uncomfortable. When we were done, our plates were never bussed. We will be returning but we hope not to get XIAO as our server. I'm basing my score on the dishes that we ordered. Came here with a group of 6 people. It's located right at the front entrance behind a fountain like display. The lines were ridiculously long but they went rather quickly. After you get in line to put your name down they will text you when your table is ready. I'm keeping in mind that it was about over an hour wait due to it being a holiday weekend. First good sign is that it's busy. Second good sign? Lots of Asians eating here. The noodle dishes were a bit bland but throw on some hot sauce and you're good to go. Green beans were tasty and crunchy. The duck was probably the best dish out of the lot. Fried rice is what you would expect. Won ton soup had plenty of veggies but the broth could have been better. To summarize, I would say this place isn't bad if you're hungry in between bets. Literally plastic my fork couldn't penetrate the chicken! Mongolian beef .... The waiter recommended it . The steak comes in giant size pieces, I mean like huge chunks. Super chewy and couldn't break down the meat. My daughter has to keep spitting it out because she couldn't chew the meat. Next the rice ... it seemed old. Like they cooked it at 9am and I was eating dinner at 8pm. Not fresh at all. Next was the noodles. Order beef with shrimp. The shrimp are bite size shrimp. Our group ordered the pad see ew with chicken, yang chow fried rice, and Singapore noodles with pork. The dishes were pretty big, so good thing we shared everything. I personally got the Singapore noodles with a spicy level of 7, and it was extremely spicy! Only one other person could handle the heat, so if you can't handle peppers, make sure to adjust your spicy level. The other dishes were pretty good, but nothing really stood out. I know how beef chow fun should taste, but the last time it didn't have that nice wok flavor. It had a gross sweet flavor. Oh, let's talk pad Thai, its now BAD Thai swimming in gravy. Pad Thai should be dry. I stay away from the beef chow fun because of the weird hoisin flavor unbeknownst to what it should be. So I ordered the Hong Kong pan fried noodles this visit. It came in a bowl? I didn't order soup. The gravy was thin so the dish was very soupy. The chef needed a thickener to make it more gravy like. The server first seated us in a 4x4 table, I already knew it would be too small for us as we planned to order a lot. She said no we couldn't but I asked another server for this rectangle table for 4 and she said it wasn't a problem. Food barley fit at that table too but just right lol.
