My husband and I came here for coffee and breakfast. The customer service was friendly, and we got our order pretty fast for how crowded it was. I ordered the large Spanish latte with oatmilk. They told me it was 3 shots and guessed the size was 16 ounces, but I think it was actually 20 ounces for the large with the triple shot. I got the brekkie Sammie for my food. My husband got the breakfast banh mi Sammie and the VTM Tiger coffee with bi modifications. Everything was DELICIOUS! The sandwiches had great flavor and the ingredients all tasted high quality and fresh. My latte, as guessed, was probably 20 ounces, so my normal espresso to milk ratio wasn't what I would normally order, and it was still really good. My husband's coffee just blew me away. It was such a beautiful balance of the sweet with the nice coffee flavor and the strength. Study space is small but it has internet and a bathroom. I just parked in the medium-sized parking lot next to the Pavilion's. I got a seat, but it was prob bc I went at 7:30am. I got the White Mocha for like $7 (3.5/5) and the Wild Breakkie Bowl for like $15 (5/5). We go to a lot of coffee shops but this is by far one of the best that my husband and I have been to in a while. We were in town visiting and usually we like to try all new places but we debated coming back here the next morning again! My husband is picky with his Vietnamese coffee and he really enjoyed the VTM Tiger. I had a taste and I loved it too - and usually Vietnamese coffee is too bitter for me but this one had a nice sweetness from the brown sugar syrup. I ordered the VTMatcha for myself and that was a solid matcha drink! I didn't taste the coffee too much but the matcha was so nicely mixed and rich in matcha flavor. I wish they would expand over to NorCal, I'd definitely be a regular customer! read more

Stopped by to pick up some sandwiches before the beach! We got the turkey sammie and the breakfast banh mi. The turkey was delicious! The banh minwas pretty good but because we took it to go it was soggy! It was still pretty tasty though. I m so glad my family and I stumbled across this place! The VTM coffee I had was amazing. We went back the very next day because I needed more of that coffee. This time I had the VTM Tiger and it was even better. My husband and his friend tried the breakfast and were very satisfied as well. Our favorite coffee spot to go to in all of California. We absolutely love this place. I recommend the Tiger VTM which is a vietnamese coffee with coffee gelatin in it. However everything they have is great. We've gotten many of the food items and they never disappoint. From the caprese avocado toast to the muffins or all the other food options they are amazing. They also have a location at the spectrum in Irvine that we've been to. Everyone wears masks here and to me that is extremely important during covid times. If they didn't wear a mask, we wouldn't go. I literally go inside a food place now and leave if the staff isn't wearing masks. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped here while on vacation. Located conveniently close to our hotel. My wife and I both enjoyed Spanish Lattes. Really lovely cinnamon and sweetness. My wife ordered the avocado toast and I chose the bacon hand wrap. The avo toast looked very nice. My wife said it tasted great. The bacon hand wrap was very good. The service was quick and friendly. Our barista made the recommendation on the drinks, and it was spot on. The shop is in a peaceful little shopping center off the PCH, next to a gym. Popped in for an iced coffee on this past scorcher of a Labor Day (twas laborious indeed), and WOW, was I surprised by how tasty it was!! Their coffee is potent and flavorful! Not watered down/milky like so many others. Got an iced light vtm coffee (since I heard the "light" version is a little less sweet), and the iced vtm matcha latte. Both were SO incredibly good! And their matcha is some of the best tasting matcha I've ever had--flavorful and rich. Definitely high quality. I was SO excited to see BLKdot open their first location outside of the Google offices and elated to see it in Laguna Beach so close to home. I have been here a few times now and tried several things on their menu, The VTM, LVTM, Mint Mojito and regular Latte, all fantastic, the quality is exceptional, the drinks have just the right amount of sweetness and are STRONG. Perfect for a long day ahead, their coffee really gets you going in the best possible way. Service is on point, friendly, very helpful and drinks made well and quickly. I went yesterday with my daughter to get two ice coffees. I thought everything was fine until I realized they were ignoring us, making it very difficult to order. Once we were finally able to order our coffees, I got into my car and tasted my drink which was absolutely disgusting. It's tasted rancid and was undrinkable. Unfortunately my daughter and I had to throw away our full drinks. I even tipped the workers thinking maybe they had a hard day. Very disappointed in this establishment and hope it improves soon. I accidentally found this place on a Saturday morning during this past long weekend. While I was lining up to order I overheard someone telling another person that everything from this place is good! I ordered an iced latte and a mushroom & spinach quiche, and that person was absolutely right!! During my half an hour there, there was constant inflow of customers! The only time the place was empty was when I snapped this shot. There're both indoor & outdoor seating, and even when it was packed it never felt uncomfortably crowded.
