I feel like I can finally call Orange my home. My family and I drive past this location almost every day, and we've been waiting patiently for them to open. Today, I drove into the parking lot longingly hoping to at least know when the grand opening date is set. Man... the joy of seeing a lit "Open" sign! This is our new favorite spot for BoBa when we are in the area. It's located 5 minutes off the freeway. Service: The entire staff is very friendly and helpful when you can't decide which drink you want. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and it took about 5 minutes to get our drinks from the moment we placed our order. One of the managers, Anne, was so sweet. She came by our table to see if we enjoyed our drinks. Drinks: they have a great variety of flavor and drinks and add ons. I was intrigued by their Jasmine Taro Latte 1/2 sweet w/Golden Boba. It was the perfect blend of taro and green tea. You get a hint of that taro flavor mixed with the creamy green tea. The boba was the perfect chewiness. We ordered a strawberry yakult and a Hokkaido oolong milk tea. The milk tea had a rich caramel aroma that delighted the senses. The yakult was wonderfully sweet, fresh, and appetizing. The tea is really good, & don't be put off by the clear boba, its really good, better than boba at other places around here. Has become our go to spot! Love being able to order online and pick up in store, especially during COVID times. Drinks are always delicious. I just wish they had bigger sizes because I drink my tea so quick I always want more!! Great that Ding has opened up in Orange! One suggestion is to swap the Ordering counter with the Pick Up Counter. People automatically assume when you walk in that the counter in front is the ordering station, and you wouldn't have to keep saying, "Hi you guys can order down over here" for months. Personally, I tend to gravitate towards more fruity teas than milk teas, but their variety is immense. The fruity drink was bursting with flavors of passion fruit, both a sweet tinge on the tongue and a divine tart aftertaste. Their yalkult green tea was recommended to me by a loyal customer and provided a blend of sweet yet tart talking yogurt and the rich smooth green tea. Another personal favorite is their kumquat lemon iced tea 50% sugar. The drink is refreshing and reminds you of a more sophisticated lemonade on a hot day with the balance of a citrusy flavor that can stand up to the strength of the tea. If you are ever questioning what to get, or just want to switch it up, the baristas have immense knowledge if you give them something to go by. A helpful barista working there created a drink out of my comfort zone, but was delicious. Crafted was a brown sugar monster boba with sea salt foam finish. Presented to me was a beautiful drink with swirls and layers of brown sugar that would fix any sweet tooth craving and the foam's presence added a cleanser from the sweet taste. The boba is toothsome with a perfect bite that tapioca pearls all strive to be. In addition, the atmosphere and service are both immaculate. This is the place for friends to end up at after eating a big meal and get their sugar craving satisfied. It also has a very laid back vibe to it, perfect for studying. By the counter are numerous games such as Uno and Jenga if you are in the need for entertainment while waiting for your drink. The whole place is very clean and an overall nice setting. The baristas are always ready to help with anything. You can always catch them with a smile and being conversive. They make an effort to know their regulars and I have made friends a good handful so far! Note: This is all from before COVID-19. They have a good system with the customer's health and best interest in mind. Just call ahead or order online. They have kept the same standards and the quality is ensured during this time. Best boba shop in Orange!! When you first enter the store, you get a warm hello from the folks behind the counter. The décor was clean and modern. I wasn't sure what to order but was fortunate enough to have Anne (owner) help me make my decisions. I bought 3 drinks. The first drink was the signature milk tea, half sweet with egg pudding. This drink set the tone for me. It was savory with just the right amount of sweetness. The egg pudding was light and added a smooth texture to my boba experience. The second drink was a peach green tea with coconut jelly which had the perfect balance between the two flavors. This was my first time having coconut jelly and it was a nice surprise. It wasn't chewy like a boba ball, it had more of an al dente texture. The coconut flavor from jelly was subtle and refreshing. The third drink was the kumquat tea with golden boba. I thought this drink would be sour like the lemon warheads you would get from the ice cream man, but I was gladly wrong. It gives you this small punch of tartness and then it transitioned into a tasty sweetness. And those golden orbs of boba were awesome! It always seems to be ready even before the time they give me. Process of pickup is efficient. Drinks are always consistently good. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, signature milk tea and lychee slush and not only were they made in a timely manner, they were able to adjust the drinks to my liking!!! Keep in mind they don't do walk in orders so I suggest ordering online as opposed to phone ordering to make processing the order more efficient for both the customer and the staff. A little annoyed couldn't order when I got there so had to call in or online, since phone busy I ordered online from yelp. All good drinks - monster boba (no option to add foam cheese), black sugar coffee, passion milk tea and another monster drink with lychee jelly. I have tried 4 Ding Teas so far and always loved the Alhambra location's Monster Boba with foam cheese. But these drinks were good enough but giving one less star bc they didn't take orders in person so I had to sit in car to order and waited 20mins. read more

Finally I can go near by my kids school..since I always go near by disneyland.the only problem in this location is...they not properly closed the cup...I buy 3 drinks .2 of them were open while Im still in there,so I told them to close it again ..which they did.after bring to the car is spilled good thing in plastic bag not all over inside my car.i hope u guys fix the problem read more
