Disclaimer: I ordered takeout Overall, I would say to give this place a try. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich with no tomato and it came with a pretty decent portion of garlic fries (which I loved because it's lowkey sort of hard to come by good garlic fries these days) as well as a house salad. I feel like what would really take my take out experience from a 3 star to a 5 star review would be if they would have packaged the salad separate from the sandwich and fries. Everything was so flavorful and portioning was good, however, it was hard to enjoy it fully because the salad made the sandwich bread soggy and the entire bottom layer of fry's were also too soggy to enjoy. This is pretty disappointing considering I spent close to $30 on the food here and didn't even receive any sort of service since I took it away. Also I ate the food around 10 to 15 after it being ready and can't imagine if I would have waited any longer how much the quality would've diminished. With this being said a pro tip would ask to have the salad placed in a separate container until they address this.
Food portions are generous, the line for a table is LONG so plan accordingly! We ended up getting our food to go and, as a Benedict snob, I had heard great things about Bloom's and was looking forward to trying it. But when I got my food there was no hollandaise with my carnitas bene which was supremely disappointing. I can't say I'll be back to give it another chance bc the wait just wasn't worth it for me
Came to Bloom for the second time recently, after coming years ago and trying a bunch of the most popular items from their menu. Food was solid then and is still solid now. The first time I tried the pulled pork bene, chicken and waffles, and croissant french toast, I liked all with the croissant french toast being my favorite because I'm a sucker for french toast. This time we got the California Bene and Steak & Eggs. The steak was cooked perfectly, the California bene was pretty messy and hard to share, but it was loaded up with bacon and avocado. Each meal came with duck fat potatoes, which were really good. Portions are very large, we left super full and ended up taking home a lot of the potatoes. It gets really crowded, so come early or prepare to wait. We arrived shortly after they opened and got a seat no problem, but by the time we were done around 9:15am on a Saturday, there was already a wait. The first time I came was a weekday afternoon, and it was even packed then. The one downside other than the wait is that because it's crowded, it is very loud. It's not a very relaxing dining experience, but brunch often isn't.
Came here on Saturday around noon to celebrate some small milestones. I arrived a bit later than my party so they were waiting about 15 minutes longer than me. I think we only waited 30 minutes total. Bloom has both outdoor and indoor table seating, as well as booths and a bar. Although I didn't get any footage the queue of people waiting was huddled all around the storefront. Even with a full restaurant we were served really quickly and I felt the noise level was vibey, and not disrespectful. The people to bathroom ratio is a bit rough, and we all had to wait for a while. I got the jumbo crab bene. I think Benedict's can sometimes be a hit or miss for me. I really hate it when they use the rubbery type of bread, but their bread was fresh and buttery. Enormous amount of crab too. I felt I needed the fiber and chose it have it with fruit instead of potato's, and was pleasantly surprised all of the fruit weren't tart at all, even with my ube drink. 10/10!
Adequate brunch spot that I feel is better than a lot of other rival brunch restaurants in the south bay. Lots of greenery on the walls and I liked how there were fresh flowers on every table! The sweet potato shishito hash intrigued me from the get-go and it did not disappoint. I've never seen a place offer this combination; the saltiness from the corned beef hash intermingled with the sweetness from the sweet potatoes was delicious and well-played. The shishito peppers kind of just tasted like slightly undercooked bell peppers though -- I think they would have benefited from some extra blistering. Nonetheless, still a diverse dish that I'd come back for. Service was efficient and our server was patient with us even though there were crowds forming. Additionally, the restaurant is pretty small so expect the tables to be fairly close to one another.
A fun and flavorful brunch spot with standout dishes, creative drinks, and generous portions. Went to Bloom with Des and BB for brunch before an afternoon of shopping at Valley Fair, and it was the perfect start to the day. Located in a shopping center next to Starbucks, Bloom offers a menu with a little something for everyone -- from indulgent brunch options to lighter choices. Des and I shared the churro waffle, which was a standout. It had a crispy texture and was coated in cinnamon and sugar, topped with melted cookie butter, fresh strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. It also came with maple syrup, but honestly, it didn't even need it. Portions are definitely large enough to share. We also ordered the "Bacon & Eggs", which came with scrambled eggs and duck fat fried potatoes. The eggs were fluffy and well done, while the bacon had a great balance of savory, sweet, and a slight kick from red pepper flakes. The potatoes had great flavor with garlic and parsley, though they could have been cooked a bit longer for a softer texture. BB ordered the jumbo crab Benedict, which was impressive. The English muffin seemed house-made, with a soft, flaky interior, and the amount of lump crab on the plate was very generous -- definitely a standout dish. For drinks, I had the butterfly lychee martini, which came with a vial of butterfly pea simple syrup that changes the color from blue to purple -- fun to watch and great in flavor. BB had the lavender matcha, which was beautifully presented and also well enjoyed. One small note -- the water served was lukewarm, which made it less refreshing. Service was great overall. There was a bit of a wait since they don't take reservations, but it moved quickly. Pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. Overall, a great brunch spot with creative dishes and plenty of options. Definitely looking forward to coming back to try more from the menu
Finally had a chance to try this spot recently and was pleasantly surprised! This place always had a line so I was curious. I'm not a fan of brunch spots because they feel overly simple or seem like its trying too hard but I was surprised at the variety of flavors they have. We ordered takeout: some savory dishes and a churro waffle to try. Crab cakes benedict was pretty good. Decent balance of flavors but pairs well with ketchup or cholula sauce. The garlic potatoes are so good! Chilaquiles was decent. I've only had it one other time - this one was ok! They had two eggs, chunk of avocado, some cherry tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and chips. Churro Waffles are so good! I don't typically like the sweet stuff but this was pretty good with a cup of coffee. Generous amount of berries! All in all - flavors were good at this place but it does feel a liiiittle pricey for what you get. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a special brunch spot!
I got some food for takeout at around 10:30a on a Saturday, and I must say, even for take out it was 5/5! The chilaquiles had the right mix of chips, eggs, cheese, and great tasting salsa. The crab benedict was good and I enjoyed the garlic potatoes. The only gripe here would be the little bits of shell I could feel. The churro waffle was pretty much perfect, not too soggy and not too hard. Not super sweet but you're not left wanting more of anything in either bite. I hope to come try it in the restaurant next time!
Bloom completely lived up to the hype. My friends and I chose it based on the great reviews, and we were honestly so impressed. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. And I have to say--I was not expecting such a cute, elevated spot tucked into a strip mall next to a grocery store. I really hope they continue to get the recognition they deserve. We each ordered our own breakfasts and shared the churro waffles (which were amazing). The drinks were delicious, but the standout detail was the signature ice cube stamped with "BLOOM"--such a small touch, but it felt so thoughtful and elevated. We were all kind of blown away and couldn't stop talking about it. We will definitely return and I highly recommend!
We decided to try a new place out foe brunch and decided on this place. I never knew it was next to Luckys. Always thought it was a floral store. Anyways. Plenty of parking here at this complex. We did not have any reservations but was seated right away inside. The hostess was nice and friendly. We were able to order our food and receive it quickly. I opted for the corned beef but the waitress said that it is shredded. I was fine with trying something new. I would say the dish was fine but my veggies were slightly undercooked. I thought the potatoes in duck fat was flavorful. My wife got a Bene dish. She enjoyed it and the portion was large!! I think next time I will try their more popular dish of the chicken and waffles since that appeared to be a fav and large in size.
Every time I pass by this place always has a line out the door( literally) and today was no difference. Came on a Saturday morning and the line was all the way out the door. The wait was about 45 minutes so I got some coffee at Starbucks and waited there. I ordered steak and eggs and my friend got the churro waffles. Steak was cooked perfect medium and was juicy and delicious. The churro waffles really good as I got my sugar cravings out the way. The place is a bit tight in space, but I see why it's always busy. Great service with really good food.
We came here around 9am on a Saturday Morning and got sat immediately before the morning rush! I got the special lavender matcha and it was nice and refreshing and not too sweet! For food, I got the special BLT sandwich which was good and had a cheese crust. It came with salad and garlic fries which were both so delicious! My boyfriend got the Chicken Pesto Sandwich which came with the same sides and was great as well! Our server brought out a croissant french toast which they had an extra of which they gave us for free. It was delicious and a very nice surprise. I would recommend getting the croissant french toast if you have a sweet tooth, the whip cream was nice and refreshing. Altogether, this was a good experience with the food and service, I would definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was great and the place was completely packed, yet everything ran incredibly smoothly. Huge shoutout to the host--he was phenomenal. Watching him juggle phone calls, manage the wait, and seat everyone efficiently was honestly impressive. It was very well executed. The food was excellent across the board. My boyfriend ordered one of the egg medleys since he was trying to eat a bit cleaner, and I got the steak with duck house potatoes. Those potatoes were killer--easily top five potatoes I've ever had, and I'm not even usually a big potato person. My eggs were cooked perfectly. I ordered my steak rare and it came out closer to medium, but given how packed the restaurant was, it didn't really take away from the experience. The quality of the steak was still very good. Service-wise, the only slight downside was our waitress, who seemed a bit frazzled and possibly new. For example, when we were finished and in a bit of a rush, I asked for the check and she couldn't remember which table we were at. It wasn't a big deal--more of a learning-curve moment than anything. We noticed a couple sitting near us order mocktails. Since it was early, we stuck with water, but they let us try theirs and they were fantastic--really creative and well-balanced. The bar setup also stood out: lots of high-end liquor and an overall vibe that made it feel like a great place to sit and enjoy drinks as well. Food came out in about 15 minutes, which felt very reasonable. The ambience was great, and I would 100% come back. It's also a solid spot to take out-of-town guests--nice without being overly formal. Our bill was about $80 for two people, which is a little steep for breakfast, but honestly pretty standard these days if you're ordering quality food and drinks. We walked in without a reservation despite the place being full, and it worked out fine--they clearly turn tables quickly. That said, if you're coming with a group or during peak hours, I'd definitely recommend making a reservation. The menu is perfect for sharing, and there are lots of fun, interesting items you'll want to try. Overall, a really great experience and easily going on my list of go-to breakfast spots in Santa Clara. read more

I ordered the Chicken and Waffle (Churro style), I wanted something sweet and savory and this definitely put my taste buds at ease! The waffle was airy and all around delish, the chicken was made to PERFECTION, juicy and full of flavor!! The service was definitely 10/10 our waitress was on point, Service was absolute impeccable! Get there when the doors open my friend!! We've literally had just about everything on the menu and everything has been sensational! Try the French toast, a Benedict or a friggin steak w eggs. I take my out of town friends and family to BLOOM to blow their minds and show them what a decent restaurant looks like. My bf gets his Cali Benedict and the potatoes are made with duck ghee!! Holy moly what flavor!! Bf is addicted to their taters. I see lots of chicken n waffles go by while I nibble at the avocado toast or the simple parfait which I've come to enjoy when I want something light. Coffee will put hair on your chest! (It's strong but mind warping) Fresh squeezed OJ. The ambiance is intentional and elegant. Hip vibes. Sprawling vines and very well thought out flooring and chandeliers! I believe she went to Italy to find those flooring tiles :) Superb cocktails for breakfast/brunch. Outdoor seating with those nice patio heaters! Succulents planted between tables outdoors. Pups are welcome on the patio. Service? The staff knows us pretty well and they baby us! They baby my dog. If you can get in.. you will enjoy. read more

Great brunch spot! Like most good brunch places, it can get very busy on the weekends. We showed up around 11:30 and waited around 45 minutes for a table of 2. It's a cute and casual spot and I'd definitely add it to my regular brunch rotation so I can try some more things! For the food, we ordered the california bene and the beet salad. Both were super tasty and exactly as expected. The duck fat potatoes were a little disappointing. Some of the pieces were good, but a lot of them felt a little hard/undercooked. I also ordered the butterfly lemonade and loved it! The presentation is so nice and it comes with a little vial of butterfly tea syrup that you add in yourself! As you pour in the syrup and mix, you watch the color change from blue to pink! Very fun experience and ended up being a great drink. read more
Great food! We had the egg croissant sandwich with spinach (maybe a special -- hard to tell if that was not the same as the regular menu item), and the pancakes, as well as a side of the house potatoes (vegetarian version with olive oil instead of duck fat). All excellent. I especially liked the house potatoes. Lots of garlic. The hot chocolate was quite chocolatey. My wife liked the cocktail (see photo). Definitely going back. read more

Weird spot for a popular brunch spot: tucked away in the corner of a strip mall next to an abandoned store front ... but the food is good so expect plenty of people and likely a long wait during busy lunch hours. The nice part is they have a notification based waiting system so you don't need to actively wait around in line (when your table is up, you have 10 mins to claim it). As for the food, it's pretty good - I ordered the sausage scramble and it was delicious. Best was the potatoes - very flavorful and not over cooked. Only downside is the outdoor seating area is very close to the parking lot traffic - you'll likely have cars passing around you all throughout brunch. Not exactly the ideal environment for brunching. read more

4.5/5! I've been looking for a go-to brunch spot in the greater Santa Clara area, and I think this might be it! Bloom is a great place if you want standard brunch items (no super obscure or flashy combinations) but higher quality and trendier than just a neighborhood chain. My boyfriend ordered the pancakes with a side of bacon and I ordered the crab Benedict, and we were both very happy with our choices! These were probably some of the best pancakes either of us have gotten in a restaurant. They're big and fluffy, and they were cooked a perfect golden brown. The crab benedict was great too; it came with a good portion of fresh lump crab, a thick, fluffy English muffin, avocado (which I liked, as a normally order this on the side), and a little Dijon mustard for a bit of a tangy kick! Even the side of fruit tasted fresh (the berries were firm and sweet, not mushy!). The only downside is that this restaurant was PACKED on a Sunday morning. We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes for two people, and it ended up being over 30. The restaurant isn't that big and it felt pretty crowded / hectic. While I certainly don't blame them, and think the staff were trying their best across the board, I think this still impacted the overall dining experience. read more
Came here on a Thursday at 10am and had a wonderful girls brunch day here at Bloom. We got lucky as there was no wait and we were not rushed to leave since there wasn't a line today. The interior is beautiful and inviting with fresh flowers placed on each table and hanging plants inside the restaurant. Service was fantastic as our party of four were well attended to throughout our meal. He even took a picture for us. We each ordered different items on the menu. I ordered a Jumbo Crab Bene ($29) and enjoyed it (4/5 stars). One of my friends and I each got their seasonal lemonade which was lemonade with guava and we loved it (5/5 stars). I found this place on google while searching for the best place to eat breakfast near me. There is plenty of parking and this place is busy. I think this was the only place in the plaza/ shopping mall that was busy. We walked in, and it was packed. We were seated right away. My parents enjoyed the coffee, and I loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our waitress Allison was super nice and provided us with a recommendation of her favorites. As I looked around while briefly going to the restroom, I was surprised to see they had another room in the back. That room was packed as well. The place itself looked so bright and inviting. We ordered: 1. Steak and eggs - I thought I was hungry, but this was a good-sized order. It came with 3 eggs, a huge helping of potatoes, and a prefectly cooked juicy steak. 2. Sweet potato shishito hash - This is a cornbeef hash with shishito peppers and sweet potatoes. My dad loved the cornbeef. He wasn't a fan of all the onions but loved it overall. 3. Jumbo crab bene - My mom enjoyed this and loved the crab. They do not skimp on the crab at all. She also enjoyed the fluffy English muffin. Overall, it was an amazing experience. My parents are already asking when are we going back. I can't wait to try other items they have like the chilaquiles. Great service all the way around. read more

Is always busy. We were told had to wait 40 mins but it was just 20 mins and did not seem long. The space seems a bit crowded, the staff had to weave in and out of tables. They staff and are so nice and are genuinely enjoying themselves. I got the chicken and waffles so good and flavorful. My son ordered the New York and it was good, very juicy. read more

Came here on a Saturday morning at 9:30. Located in an uneventful Lucky's shopping center, this place was hopping with the clinking and clanking of brunch noise. My friends and I ordered the Crab Bene, Veggie scramble, one of the breakfast sandwiches and a Veggie Bene with added sausage. Most of us cleared our plates or had leftovers to take home. The food was tasty and well made. My Veggie Bene English muffin seemed homemade. The texture is a bit fluffier than a typical dry English muffin. My Bene had lots of vegetables and the sausage was a generous portion, I thought. The potatoes were a perfect texture with enough snap on the exterior. And my Verve coffee was really good. I will say, though, the restaurant was so busy and had a joyful noise level. But it would benefit from a bit of sound proofing. I had to listen carefully to my friends around me and what they were saying. Otherwise, I thought this was a wonderful brunch spot. I live a bit farther away so coming here regularly probably won't happen. But, it is a place to return to. Five cheers for a satisfying breakfast/brunch. Woohoo! read more
I don't come as often as I should with being a stone throws away from my house. But over all bloom never disappoints, awesome food! Great service and friendly staff, a bit noisy and prefer to sit in the back to actually have a decent conversation with my meal. Other than that, explore the menu, you can't really go wrong with anything. read more

If you're searching for an appetizing brunch spot, look no further--this is the place for you! Yes, the two times I've been here, the waitlist has been long, but trust me, it's absolutely worth it. Our server, Alejandro, made the experience even more special with his excellent service. I always order the Spanish Chorizo Benedict--what can I say? When a dish is this flavorful, I just can't resist! I promise to try something new next time... but I'm not giving up the Churro Waffles. They're simply heavenly! The combination of flavors in the waffles is perfection. The berries add a fresh, sweet balance, and we always order them with dulce de leche--it's the perfect touch. Just yum, yum! read more

Overall this could have been a perfect score if it wasn't for the wait time. They don't call out names they'll send you a text and if you're with your friends or if your phone is on silence you may miss your chance to check-in and get a seat. It seems like they rely to much on technology instead of the traditional professional customer service like direct human contact. Also, it was super loud. And what's worst it feels like you have to be loud yourself to have your friends or guest to actually hear you. Overall, I would prefer the breakfast club, which is a better option. read more

My wife and I enjoyed a good breakfast here this morning. They were already quite busy just fifteen minutes after opening. The food was quite tasty. I had the bacon and eggs, scrambled, with potatoes, and toast. My wife had the garden scramble with potatoes and toast. Their bacon is quite delicious. It's good quality, relatively thick, and seasoned, I believe with brown sugar and little chili flakes. Their house potatoes are cooked with duck fat and seasoned with garlic (a little bit too much for my taste) but still quite good. My wife loved the garden scramble. Portions are plentiful. Service was fair, a tad slow to greet us, but mostly adequate thereafter. The setting is relatively pleasant, though as noted in other reviews, conversation can be challenging. With a nearly full restaurant, it's quite loud, but I know my wife, so conversation is not necessary. read more

My daughter and I loved our day out. The brunch was great though we had to wait over an hour (it would be great to be able to get on the waitlist remotely). I had their Halloween special (Steak Bene) and loved it. My daughter had the Spanish Chorizo Bene and that too is recommended. The restaurant was busy (and a bit noisy) on Sunday midday but the staff / service were great. Will be back read more

Joined the waitlist around 11 AM with a group of six and waited about an hour to be seated--so be prepared for a bit of a wait on weekends! I ordered the chicken andouille sausage scramble with potatoes, while my spouse went for the chicken and waffles. The portion sizes were generous, and everything looked appetizing. However, the chicken and waffles, as well as the potatoes from my plate, were a bit underseasoned. Still, I'm glad we gave it a try. There is outdoor and indoor seating. We were seated indoors and it can get quite loud if it's crowded. They do play great music though. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, and the food arrived quickly after we ordered. Great food and the service was terrific! We did a Yelp search during a business trip to Santa Clarita and this was just what we were looking for. Tucked away near a corner Starbucks. I was happy there was no wait. Cute decor and inviting atmosphere. I really liked the flower decoration all around. We all enjoyed our food. The yogurt parfait was one of the best I've had. My co-workers really liked their Chicken and waffles, chilequilles (sp) and the sweet potato hash. Coffee was great and the Matcha drink was excellent as well. read more

It was poppin on Valentine's day, but luckily we were seated within 10 minutes and had a wonderful brunch. Warm atmosphere, cute flowers on the table, and no loud music playing so we could have easy conversation. The server was attentive and friendly and the food was delectable! Drinks 5/5 - Vacation Mode and Butterfly Lychee Martini were both exceptional. Both authentically pleasing and simply delicious! Food 4/5 - Some items are really good where some are mediocre. The churro waffle is really good. The pesto chicken sando was alright. The carnitas bene was also good. Garlic fries, okay. I asked for all of the potatoes to be extra crispy but they surely were not. Ambiance 4/5 - Super cute inside but it's really really loud so hard to have an actual conversation without yelling across the tables. We moved to outside due to it. Service 4/5 - Attentive staff but they forgot to mention nor it's on the menu that Pesto Chicken Sando comes with garlic fries so we ended up with lots of potatoes. We are here because my son needed to power breakfast before his game. The ambiance is really cute fresh. Packed tight and every table moving fast. The host was super efficient and friendly. Service was the same friendly fast and helpful. We did not wait long for food. Even busy our waitress was very attentive. The food is crazy yummy good! The chicken and waffles were awesome. My breakfast sandwich also super good. The star of our meal - duck fat fries! Wow! So lush! And seasoned - like all their other food perfect. This is happy sport for us - because my son made a point to say he wants to eat here every time we play here! That does not happen often. This place is worth all the HYPE. Buuuut the 95 minute wait on a Sunday for a party of 2, at 11:30... is meh. And there is really nowhere convenient to wait. You can stand outside, but you'll be near tables and we felt awkward standing next to diners, as I'm sure it was awkward for them to be watching us gaggle at their meals. The food is top notch. The flavors are complimentary and inventive. I can see why this place is so popular. We were seated at the bar and our food came out less than 15 minutes after ordering. Our coffee cups were never empty. We shared three breakfast entrees and all of them were devine. The portions are large, so large that we even had leftovers to take home. read more
This place is definitely a hot spot ! They have a lunch and breakfast menu . The food was delicious and the presentation of the plates were on point . Staffing is very friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything . My only negative thing to point out for me was the food was a little under salted but he that's what they have salt shakes for . The California Beni was delicious defiantly my favorite ! The french toast also was pretty good. A little in the sewer side for me, but if that's your thing, go for it ! The steak frites was ok not what I expected under seasoned and the garlic fries also just ok . When I go back I'm defiantly sticking to the breakfast menu. A cute brunch spot in San Jose. It's very popular and when we went around 11am, there was a 45 minute wait. Weekends at bloom is very busy. I was a bit irritated with their check in it was honestly a mess and no organization. We were given an hour wait time which I was okay with. What annoyed me was when I arrived back to check in with the host how much longer it was gonna take, there were so many open tables inside and this young male host and another female was going back and forth because the male host hasn't sent out any messages that tables are ready. So the female host apologized and said they will be notifying guest that tables are ready. So they did do this but they all did it at the same time so theres 4 diff groups of people just standing in the front waiting to be seated. Like I said it was just a mess. Either they need better communication or get retrained cause it shouldn't be that messy. My server was ALLISON and she's amazing. I had her a week ago as a server as well and she was amazing. Very attentive and always checks on her tables. Last week I ordered the Lavander lemonade which was pretty good, a bit to sweet for my liking but its cool how you can pour the syrup im assuming on the drink. I also got the parfait which was refreshing and very fresh fruits. So the hostess incident occurred yesterday 02/15 saturday brunch time. I ordered the pasta carbonara which i will rate 3/5. It was too creamy for my liking. Carbonara usually dont require extra cream, the egg is whats supposed to make this dish creamy. It was good but I didn't expect it to be too creamy. The ingredients were really good on this dish because it didn't mess with my stomach. Bloom Burger (5/5) very good, fresh ingredients, very tasty and my boyfriend really enjoyed it. I tasted it as well and did not regret it. It was really good. The garlic fries were also very good and were seasoned well. I highly recommend the pineapple peach refresher. It was so so good. Better than the lavander I would say. As a last note, this place has always provided great amazing food, but customer service is very big in the restaurant industry. I got really irritated towards the end of our meal because that same male host started complaining about work to another server and started saying things like "i love this job but its......." Bloom is a pretty good spot for brunch, but be prepared for crowds, it gets very busy, so making a reservation in advance is highly recommended. We waited about 30 minutes for a table, but the wait was manageable. The ambiance is charming, with tables placed close together, yet the abundance of plants gives it a cozy and cute aesthetic. The highlight for me was their freshly squeezed orange juice, absolutely amazing! My husband ordered the jumbo crab Benedict with duck fat potatoes. He enjoyed the Benedict but was disappointed by the potatoes, which were undercooked and not up to par. I had the garden veggie scramble with toast and potatoes. The scramble was fantastic loaded with fresh, seasonal veggies and perfectly seasoned. The European bread tartine with jelly was also a standout. Unfortunately, the potatoes were a letdown for both of us, under seasoned, undercooked and disappointing. And honestly, what's brunch without great potatoes, right? Atmosphere: The restaurant had a bright lighting, plenty of seating inside & outside, and beautiful decor. I would say that the noise level was louder than I anticipated for the entirety of the meal. I felt like this was the loudest brunch place I've been to so far, but it definitely does remove the white noise of it all. Service: Our food came out pretty quick and the waiter was patient while I took a while to decide on my order, other than that I'd say the service made it up. Food/Drinks: The Chicken Andouille Sausage Scramble was delicious!! My meal was a scramble platter, so you can't exactly taste every ingredient on that plate but I will say that if you're craving some southern/cajun-inspired breakfast plate, this is yours! I had something similar in New Orleans hence the Andouille, and this took me back. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Everything was clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly well-kept, especially for a busy place. Wait Time: I waited about 10 minutes or so for my meal, which wasn't too bad for this busy place. Although, we did come on a Saturday morning and had to be put on a waitlist for about 15 minutes. Bloom is a bright and airy restaurant in the Lucky shopping center. I visited with my sister on 01/02/24. We saw people standing outside, so we figured we would need to wait. Not so! We were promptly seated and given menus. We didn't get our waitress's name, but was she was quick to give us a bottle of water and fill our glasses. We immediately decided on chilaquiles and the breakfast sandwich. We figured we would share. Our waitress put in the order and it was on our table in less than eight minutes!!! We thought we would have to wait for awhile! The food was great! The chilaquiles were hot; the chips were crispy, the salsas verde was tart with a hint of spice. The cheese and crema were delicious, too. The breakfast sandwich was also tasty. I have zero complaints! The menu has something for everyone, and as I looked around the restaurant, every meal I saw looked delicious! This is a great breakfast and lunch spot, and I hope they continue to thrive and do well. I can't wait to come back and bring my husband and son with me. read more

Super packed on a Saturday morning. Estimated wait time was 45min for 2 people but we got called within 10min that said, was kind of hard to have a conversation over the noise. No, they're strictly walk-in. The line tends to move fast but can get quite busy during peak hours so best to go early! The outside tables are usually emptier so bring a thicker layer and they provide heat lamps. :)
