Can be a long wait, but worth it! There are times when there's no wait at all. I recommend parking down the street as their lot is very small and filled most of the time. I got the Loco Moco which was extremely flavorful, and a great portion size.

Loud atmosphere and bright lighting. We were seated at one of 2 fireplace tables. Service was great overall and clean restaurant. My friend and I were not fans of their iced caffeinated drinks. The matcha in the matcha latte, for example, had yellow undertones, indicating near expiration and low quality. I was expecting to taste the espresso in the dirty ube latte, but it mainly tasted like a sweet sugar drink. We enjoyed the main dishes, blueberry moffle and oscar Benedict. The chicken mango sausage was plain with no hint of mango. Just tasted like an ordinary sausage. The fruit on the blueberry moffle were fresh, and I enjoyed the chewy texture, as expected of a mochi-based waffle. The sauce on the Oscar Benedict (cucumber wasabi hollandaise) paired well with the Dungeness crab and capers. I normally despise spinach due to the chalky effect on my teeth and the high iron, but the spinach was cooked well and didn't coat my teeth.

sizzling stone pot rice is huge, can serves 2-3 people and flavorful with a crisp rice crust. The soufflé egg with bacon has a wonderful texture and comes with great sides like crispy Brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries. The restaurant has a great vibe with beautiful interior and outdoor seating. The staff let us in 15 minutes before closing at 3pm. The things I don't like about are the ube latte that was a bit too sweet even i ordered with less sugar, and the butter fried corn was just average.

Finally got up early enough on a Sunday morning to make it to Sweet Maple. I won't dare come after 10 am to risk waiting for more than 20 minutes. If you come early, you can sit down immediately outside or inside. We sat outside since the weather was nice. There were a few doggos who seemed to have plenty of space. I started with matcha oatmilk latte. Very good. I was feeling a sweet breakfast and ordered the ube waffles served with a blackberry compote and fresh cream. Excellent and the perfect portion. My husband ordered the fried chicken and waffles. Also excellent and show stopping presentation. Service was friendly and quick. Will be back when we don't sleep in on the weekend.

Solid brunch spot in the South Bay. I went here with my family on a Sunday afternoon. Expect a long wait. Very small parking lot, I recommend parking at the next plaza over if there isn't any parking avail. The restaurant is pretty small, but the ambiance is aesthetically cute and clean-looking. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The dishes we got were; - French Toast with a side of scrambled eggs - Millionare's Bacon Sampler - Francis Skillet - Hemingway Benedict - Blueberry Mochi Waffles The Millionare's bacon sampler was rlly good, I can see why Sweet Maple is famous for it. It was a good balance of the candied and savory taste. I would order this again to share. The other dishes were good too, but nothing special. I did enjoy the brussel potato medley on the side, which was unique compared to other brunch spots. Overall, good brunch spot, will be back again

Overall: 4.5/5 This place has been on my to-go list for awhile and I finally get to try it. Went during peak lunchtime, reservations are only in-person, and I waited about 40 minutes to be seated. They have a diverse menu with several options to choose from. Food came out quickly despite it being busy. They have seating indoors and outdoors. I wish the staff told us about the 20% gratuity fee in the beginning, so the check was very surprising. Food: - Loco Moco: juicy meat, sauce is similar to a sweet BBQ taste - Savory & Francis Souffle Egg: favorite (also because I love eggs), very fluffy and savory, bacon complements it well but it can be a bit salty, some of the potatoes are also salty - Vermont Cheese Burger: requested medium, meat is juicy, thick and filling, fries are well-seasoned and crispy

You would think a IG worthy breakfast spot would be overrated or not live up to the hype based on their presentation... let me tell you Sweet Maple nails their presentation and quality of food. I had an amazing time try Sweet Maple with my family. Starting off with parking, its going to be tough so you might need to go to neighborhood behind. Seating we waited about 20-30 minutes on a Sunday morning. Their menu has so many food options to try and we had such a hard time figuring out what to get. It took the whole wait time for us to decide, I got the Chicken Croffle and it was huge! Croffle was a great doughy texture to compliment the fried chicken. I tried my Uncle's French toast and it was outstanding, it was thick cut slice and crisp as well. We all split the matcha mochi waffle and it was okay, Im not big into matcha and it felt like a dessert. I wouldn't recommend for an actual meal. Lastly for their ambience, it was vibrant and sleek in their. The tableware felt fancy and modern. I don't know how to call the aesthetic but I would 100% go back and take more family and friends.

It's been a while I have been meaning to try Sweet Maple and finally got the chance to go for it on a random Friday. The place was packed both indoor and outdoors and we put our name on the wait-list. The outdoors was a bit chilly so we opted for indoors. I have to say the service was top notch and very quick..this is not one of those places where the servers take their time to come over to take your order etc. Even though it was super busy, they attended to us promptly which I loved. Once we got the menus there were so many amazing options to pick from. I went with the Hemingway and my husband got the omurice. The omurice was diff from what I was expecting.. I was hoping for the egg to open up like the videos I have seen from Japan but this was a simple egg on top of rice. They also did sub the beef with mango chicken sausage which was great for us. The Hemingway benidict was good too. The colorful plate was great to look at.. almost too many potatoes for me but I could easily share that. I am very glad I discovered a nice brunch place with so many options. I am definitely coming back here with friends and family.

Went on a Monday morning thinking it would not be packed, but I was wrong. The whole place was busy. We got seated right away since it was only two of us. Also, we found parking right away since they have plenty of parking around the building. The host did not seem happy to be working on a Monday. She asked for how many and that's it. She had this "ugh" face on. I got the matcha waffles and they were too crispy for my liking, but the matcha was good. It was enough matcha for the waffles. My husband got one of the Benedicts and the dish was good. For the drinks, I did not like how we got them after the food was served so I felt rushed drinking my cocktail. The espresso shakerato was delicious. The watermelon Fizz, my husband liked it and we liked how it had fresh watermelon on top. Definitely will come back to try other dishes and drinks.

Very fast and kind service at Sweet Maple that gets very busy during peak times on the weekend! This became one of my favorite places to have brunch in SF for their Asian flavor cuisine and wide options. I also must highlight the aesthetic of both the restaurant and meal items. 5/5 - Tornado Galbi Omurice - Savory and filling! The galbi is well-portioned with the rice provided, and the tornado egg on top of the rice made the whole dish look super put together and aesthetic. Great to share with plenty of sauce and perfect seasoning. If you want a hearty, savory dish for brunch, definitely check this one out! 5/5 Matcha Moffle - Not too sweet and perfectly cooked to be chewy and crunchy at the same time. The matcha flavor is present without being too overpowering, and the cream on the side makes each bite super satisfying. This dish is also great to share, and I can only wish we had 3 waffles for this meal!

    dirty ube latte

One of my go-to brunch spots! Sweet Maple is extremely popular and can get crowded, so be wary. Parking by this location is decently limited, so if it's a crowded day, you might have to park nearby on the street. Inside is bright and beautifully decorated, with sunlight coming in through the windows. We were luckily seated right by them, so we got to bathe in the sunlight. I ordered the dirty ube latte, french toast, and scrambled eggs. The french toast was delicious with the perfect crisp and softness to it and the bacon was perfectly cooked for me. I probably wouldn't order the dirty ube latte again, solely for the price point, but other than that, all the food was a win in my book.

Updating my review after trying them again. Delicious. I really enjoyed the bacon. It is on the sweeter side, but it paired well with our savory sizzling plate. It was a comfy, crunchy, flavorful sizzling beef dish. I really enjoyed the crispy rice. The mochi waffle was amazing ! Soft but crispy texture paired well with the whipped cream and blueberry jam. The ube latte very rich and flavorful. Nice service. Parking is tough but you can park across by the gas station or other surrounding lots. Still crowded on a Sunday morning even at 9 !!!

Top Left: Balsamic Grilled Eggplant Center: Loco Moco Top Right: Marnier

Such a wonderful variety of yumminess- I couldn't just pick one! My tastebuds were doing a happy dance with each bite. Started my food journey with the Balsamic Grilled Eggplant, then went with the amazing Loco Moco, and later devoured the sweet Marnier. The service was excellent, our waiter was attentive and the rest of the staff were very friendly. It was a beautiful morning so we opted to eat outside. My family and I enjoyed our experience here. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

    How to make reservation?

SF location has online wait list through yelp. Cupertino and P Town do not. First come

Is there a wait on Sunday morning at around 9?

    You betcha

Do you have slow time? No wait and not too many people.... Thanks Or always busy?!

Hi Ray. If you arrive between 8:00 am - 10:00 am, there is typically no wait at that time or it's usually less than 10-15 minutes…

How do i add myself to the waitlist remotely?

They don't allow it. Kinda lame

    Do they offer take out?

    Yes I believe so

What are Machi waffles? What are the ingredients I'm gluten-free?

    It make from rice flour.

Hi, do they serve gluten-free pancakes or gluten-free French toast?

We do Gluten free French toast and we do have another option of sweet Gluten free.we do have mochi waffles as well.

Sorry but I was wondering if there are vegan food options for my friends?

why do people that aren't vegan comment "Yes, many?" the menu has next to nothing that is vegan. Not…

How long is the wait for a big party on a sunday?

It took about 30 mins for my party of two. Sundays are super packed as far as I've experienced. Should call them and see if they have any option to reserve, but I don't think they do.

Is there free WiFi at this location?

Can we make a reservation for the Cupertino location?

Walk-in only and you sign up on the yelp waitlist upon arrival.

    Any breakfast vegan options?

I think the only vegan option is The Impossible Burger without the pepper jack cheese. Also, you can order a side of the Brussels Potato Medley, Avocado, and/or Mixed Fruit.

I just assumed they didn't put the order in, so fine we will just let it be esp since it takes so long to flag someone down. We ask for our bill and it shows that we were charged orange juice. By the time we were finished eating, there was barely anyone in the restaurant. It seemed like we were just neglected and not taken care of while all the employees were standing around just chatting with each other. Our server literally just came to take our order and give us our food while we had to flag down many people to get what we needed. Even though the food was delicious, it makes me think twice about coming back esp when there are many other brunch locations where we get treated like regular customers.

This is not a super busy downtown locations in a major city, so this is simply a nickle and diming sort of charge. Charge the guests who come for the meetings, and not staying. (I suggest the hotel management and IHG look into this). It's not the most modern hotel on the inside, but is clean enough, and should be priced more at a mid-level hotel range. I would give this a 3 or even a 4 if my parking were free for rewards members. Just the little things to make up for the older interior. Note: Changed to 4 stars from 2, as the person at the front provided me free parking pass. Give that person a raise for recognizing my IHG membership and have me free parking! That's how it should be done all the time. Great job front desk person!

This place has a lot of nerve charging that amount of money, not to mention they didn't even include breakfast at that absurd rate. If it weren't located in Palo Alto, they'd be lucky to get $150/night elsewhere. The rooms are old and in desperate need of renovation. The gym is tiny and super basic.

I appreciated how there were a good amount of vegetarian options on the menu. Friend and I split the chilaquiles and the churro French toast and our food arrived within 15 minutes. Chilaquiles (5/5): Very flavorful! I liked how the tortilla chips stayed crispy even with the red sauce on top. The beans and eggs were well cooked Churro French Toast (5/5): Had to end my meal with a dessert and this definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! The French toast was perfectly made and the berries were tasty Friend got the horchata latte and gave it her stamp of approval! Overall, delicious food and good customer service! I'm not usually a big fan of breakfast/brunch spots, but Casa Mia was fantastic and I would definitely return.

We got the birria chilaquiles, crab cake Benedict, and churro French toast. We liked all of them but thought the crab cake Benedict was a little bland/lacking seasoning. I was hoping the churro French toast would be crispier but it was good overall. We'll definitely come back!
