I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it, and proceeded to do them poorly. I'm not mad, I'm just upset he said he could it when he clearly couldn't. I still paid the full price of what I got ($55) but I didn't tip. If you can't do a design just say that, it's completely okay to not be able to do something instead of butchering it. They did my friends nails well, just go with something simpler if you want to come here. read more

My family and I moved to West Covina about two years ago and I was very sad to part with my old nail salon. I've tried out a couple spots here in the West Covina area but nothing compares to Blossom Nails. I walk out a happy customer every time. I feel like they really take the time to give me exactly what I ask for. I always call in advance as they may be busy sometimes, as every nail salon is at certain times of the day. The place is very clean and welcoming and the staff gives great customer service. Justin always does my gel X manicure and can hold a nice conversation. I had no problem with Justin. I loved my nails, first and last set I get there though. The lady who did my mom's nails did a horrible job. My mom's polish came off her thumb nail as soon as we got home. I called the following day and Justin was kind and asked to bring her back. Well, same lady "fixed" the nail but in reality she made it worse. She didn't even match the color. My mom is an elderly lady and these people think they can get away with it because they are lazy or just don't care or because my mom is elderly. They are lucky I didn't call APS on them or the BBB. They thought, she wouldn't notice the difference..smh...Never again are we going back!!!!! read more

Amazing! With such great reviews, had to check this place out for myself and it did not disappoint! Made a 25 minute drive from Glendale and Hanna was great! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, she did both. First time that a technician took their time and did not rush! I have to say, my hands are very difficult in the sense that I have a bad habit of picking my nails and skin and Hanna made sure she was careful and constantly asked if I was okay or needed anything. For my pedicure, I got the deluxe package and MY LEGS AND FEET ARE SOFT! Never have I had my feet and legs this soft and smooth. I think it's also important to note the professionalism of this place. Unlike most nail salons were technicians are screaming at each other and sometimes their clients, none of that here! Very quiet and peaceful. In addition, I observed a woman come in as a walk in and they did not take her in (due to the Covid protocol). There were three technicians and three clients in there at one time, as it should be! Very clean and I observed the male technician sanitize his station after he was done with his previous client. Love this place! My first time here! I came to get my gel nails taken off and a regular manicure. I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me with my nails but she was super nice and friendly. She did a really thorough job with my nails. She explained to me that I have really thin skin for my cuticles and that she didn't want to cut too much since I might bleed. The environment of the place was also great! Everything was clean. Everyone there seemed like they were all regulars since they all knew them by name. Okay actually, it's been less than a week since I got these and they are looking like they're going to fall off. There seems to be a lot of air bubbles around where the stickers are and these just seem to chip off and look weird. There are a lot of gaps that can be seen on the underside of my nails where it doesn't look like the nails were applied properly. :/ so probably won't come back here. read more

Don't waste your money here. The service is horrible, I got a mani and gel mani and the pedi was poorly done not to mention that I had to walk barefoot to the nail station because they refuse to give disposable sandals unless I paid $2 which is ridiculous because I never had to pay for something I'm about to throw away i two hrs. The gel manicure was $30 and the manicure itself was horrible she cut way more off of my cuticles -she was cutting skin. The nail poilish is all over my fingers they look weeks old as I am walking out of there. I told them how I wanted my toes I come and get them done the same way every time they did not listen to what I was expressing to them that the acrylic the put on my toes was going side ways if they could straighten it with more powder and they did not give a shit what I said but kept on filing my toe until they cut throw my skin and the over sprayed with alcohol so it burned my cuts on my feet they gave me. I rarely post yelp reviews unless I was extremely disappointed or extremely impressed, I'm working on it BUT I had to share yesterday's visit. I waited until the last minute and my usual nail lady wouldn't be available until next week. I started checking yelp and found good reviews at a nail salon near me so I called to see if they could squeeze me in. A man answered the phone and was very helpful and set me up for that same day about 20 mins after my call. I arrived and my first thought was "wow, it's so clean and super cute!" I met Justin who took me almost as soon as I walked in the door. I originally wanted a new gel x set but he offered to do a fill which was fine with me but so many places tell me they are unable to fill gel x sets so I had asked to remove the set and get a new one but since my nails weren't lifting or anything he said he could definitely do a fill. He took his time, shaped them perfectly, and even gave me the exact design I wanted after showing him an inspo picture I found online. I learned that they have only been there for about 8 months but I'm glad I went in. I'm officially going to be a regular. I already told my bestfriend and she is going in later today. They also have a stamp card and who doesn't love those? The pictures don't even do my nails any justice. While I was there a lady walked in l and asked how much for a pedicure, she was told $25 and the lady became loud and then told the person she was on the phone with that she pays less. Even though she was rude, Justin and the other people in the salon did not become rude and I have had experiences where the employees do begin to argue with customers about prices. I feel it's affordable and they use quality products. I have had places where I pay $15 for a pedicure but hated it and have also paid up to $30 and loved it at other locations. For my fill with design I paid $50. I feel you get what you pay for and I'm satisfied and can't wait to go back. Thank you Justin for making my first time an amazing experience.
