    Iced Nola
    Rayna T.

Decided to give them another try and I'm happy that I did. I ordered their iced Nola, and it was so good. It had a nice strong flavor with a little touch of sweetness. They also have seating in front, so it's the perfect spot to grab some coffee and hangout for a bit.

Smooth matcha at a prime location in Santana Row with lots of beautiful outdoor seating. Lines are long, even outside of what seems to be lulls in the day. Not sure if I would wait in line again unless I had nothing better so do.

Blue bottle coffee in the mall?! What could be wrong? Well it's still nice coffee, but for their premium price I was expecting their typical fresh stuff that other locations have. Unfortunately if you have sharp eyes like I do, you'll notice they expressly say on the top right of their menu that they're using their instant coffee at this location. Coffee snobs might be the only type to notice but the aroma is noticeably cut by the shift. In the spirit of trying it out anyway, I got a latte and iced nola to see how big of a difference it is and for me at least it's enough that I'd stick to the santana row spot. Both were aromatic, but not that wonderful depth to it that had me hooked to begin with. Nice and smooth at least since the latte had the foamer and all, but otherwise just okay.

Good coffee, though not the best I've had. I ordered the mocha and appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet--you could really taste the dark chocolate--but the coffee flavor itself was a bit too mild for my taste. The vanilla chicory ended up being my favorite, though it also had a lighter coffee profile. The latte with orange and chocolate notes was quite subtle, and those flavors didn't come through strongly. Overall, it's a beautiful location with solid coffee, but it's on the pricey side and there's often a long line at Santana Row.

    Yuzu Lavender Iced Latte

Always wanted to try Blue Bottle and came across the booth inside the mall at Valley Fair. This review is for the Yuzu Lavender Iced Latte. The flavors are very subtle and the lavender definitely stands out a bit more than the yuzu. Coffee is pretty weak and overpriced here, ~$9 for a 12 oz latte.

2nd floor location...oversized stall with a few tables to sit and sip...not as crowded as the santana row location, but deep inside the mall with a maze to deal with for parking...only go if already in the mall for something else...good place to grab a coffee drink while shopping...

I LOVE this location of Blue Bottle! It is right in the middle of Valley Fair Mall. I was sooo happy when I saw they were open! Service was better here than on the Row side. Their iced Nola coffee is SO delicious! It's a perfect balance of their delicious coffee with creamy oatmilk. Upon my first sip, I felt like I was in coffee heaven. Blue Bottle is probably my favorite coffee. Love that they also have tables & chairs right in front of the coffee stand - so you can sit down & enjoy it. Or catch up with friends, etc. I really want to try their iced matcha latte next. Service was good when I ordered. Cashier was friendly, and the barista made my drink fairly quickly then handed it to me. Perfect for a pick me up while shopping. Yummy! Caffeine bliss :)

This Blue Bottle just opened not too long ago. Whenever I pass by on weekend mornings, it's usually not too busy. I tried the Fall Latte and really liked the flavor. Even though it's just a kiosk in the middle of Valley Fair Mall, sitting at the front tables still feels pretty relaxed.

WHAT A TREAT! I have the constant mind set of TREAT YO SELF (thanks Parks and Rec) but I love to come here for a pick me up! The staff here is always super sweet and give me recommendations when I ask what's new to try! This is visit I got a Fall Latte, which is orange blossom with black cardamom, iced and omgggg a cup of heaven! 100000000 will be having this fall Fall! Ambiance is lovely, often there's music playing at the large tree outside, plentiful seating outside on weekdays. Weekends probably super busy as Santana Row is a tourist location. Locals come here on week days .

Grabbed an iced latte from the Blue Bottle in the middle of the mall--smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance of espresso and milk. Perfect pick-me-up while shopping. Clean spot with quick service. Always a solid stop!

Spotted the Blue Bottle Coffee kiosk while shopping at Valley Fair Mall. Checked out the menu and decided to try the summer specials - LAVENDER YUZU LATTE & MATCHA LAVENDER YUZU LATTE. We got both of them iced. The line was pretty long but everyone was looking over the menu so I was able to order quick and the drinks were ready in minutes!

Quick and simple coffee since I always get the Nola iced. Clean and minimal industrial coffee aesthetic. Staffs are super friendly. Hoping they will bring their sandwiches to this location.

I'd give their drip, Ube latte, all pour overs a 5/5. It was a late afternoon so I went for a latte decided to treat myself to a pastry since I had inadvertently skipped lunch. I enjoy their gluten-free pistachio cake, but buy chocolate cookie looked enticing. Dubai chocolates are really saturating the market these days and if I'm being honest, some of the versions just aren't any good. However, knowing that the baked goods here are a great quality and based upon the look of itself I decided to give it a try. Wow! This was a perfect balance of chocolate and pistachio, made with real ingredients. The cookie had both taste a slight crunch and a moistness in the interior. For those who like to dip their cookies, dipping this into the Ube latte was definitely next level.

I much preferred the overnight oats which actually tastes like PB&J when I mixed it up. Cute cafe and the people working here were super nice. Fun place to try but I am not sure if I would necessarily seek it out. They have some interesting sounding drinks but if they are anything like the Lexington, the fun flavors might not really pull through. Pastries look yummy though and overnight oats were good.

The baristas seem poorly trained, and they don't have a solid process anymore. They've expanded their space, but that just makes the wait and confusion worse. I recently was in their new space and ordered two simple cold brews--no modifications. Where they used to pour it straight from the tap, now they treat it like a latte--and everything takes forever. If you want to linger in their aesthetic (albeit chilly) space, maybe that's fine. But if you just want takeaway coffee, be prepared to invest 20-30 minutes. It's no longer the quick, quality stop it once was.

The earl grey tea is super strong, and it's complemented by a good amount of vanilla syrup. Also, no weird aftertaste from the vanilla or raspberry. - Mr. Sunshine sandwich, replace the bacon with avocado - This is simple, healthy, and delicious, plus it comes with a little mandarin.
