I made an inquiry with Blue Dog RV through their contact form online. The Internet Coordinator contacted me and was very unprofessional. His name was Mac McLaughlin. I told him I would need to speak with his supervisor or manager. He told me that he doubts I know who that person is. He didn't even know who he was talking to and called me Tom. After accepting the challenge of not knowing who his Manager was I was able to find and contact his manager Kayleigh Slayton. I did have a pleasant conversation with her over the phone however she told me to contact her directly if I need anything else. I reached back out to her but she never returned my email asking about specific Toy Haulers. I was willing to purchase a Toy Hauler that cost over 50K and go anywhere in the country to get it. Business must be good because I was never contacted back. The local Blue Dog RV did nothing wrong however I wasn't necessarily trying to purchase locally. I purchased a trailer from Blue Dog. Sales experience was great. Service experience is non existent. There were several items from our walk through that needed to be repaired and they assured us would be covered under the warranty. 7 months later and none of that work documented and promised has been completed. Contact the manufacturer and the claims were not opened. Follow up again and the claims were opened but no one would call us back to schedule the actual repairs. Call the manufacturer again and find out the claims are expired. We have decided that we will transfer our warranty to another dealer and get the warranty work completed but we shouldn't have had to do this. Looking at all of these reviews, I actually wonder if we can start a class action lawsuit against this horribly ran establishment. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE AS YOU WILL NOT GET SERVICE ATTENTION THAT THEY PROMISE. They are in breach of contract and will ignore you until you have to pay for the repairs yourself. read more

This had to be one of the worst experiences. First our salesman, M, passed us off because we wanted to look at a "used" unit we saw on line, to J, the "expert." The "expert" lacked knowledge to basic questions, like, "where is the propane? " When we asked The "expert" to see a shorter unit, he dropped us off with his golf cart in 110* heat and left! 15 minutes later he never returned. So much for questions on a unit we planned to purchase with pay cash. We walked back across the sales yard and J actually was kind enough to offer us a water as we walked to the truck. Zero star review. On May 19, 2020 (ONE MONTH AGO!) We found a trailer and fell in love with it immediately, the sales person seemed pretty nice. When we returned for the paperwork, the sales guy (Austin Roberts) walked into the room to do something unrelated and never looked at us or even greeted us. That should've been my clue that customer service was going to be complete shit. I have to admit, my brother-in-law had already warned me about this place. I figured he was just being "hard to please." We completed the paperwork, the finance guy was really nice and cordial, but I guess that's his job. Sealing the deal. We came back for the walk-through and we ordered a ton of extras. During the walk-through the guy noticed the refrigerator wasn't cold and said "that's weird." He also reassured us that they take a really long time to cool, so we were patient. Flashforward, we pick up the trailer and head out of town immediately. They knew we were trading in our old trailer and taking the new trailer up to our property in Utah for the season. Trailer loaded up, refrigerator has food in it and we hit the road! Four hours later, we open up the refrigerator and everything inside is hot! It was 10 o'clock at night, and we had no refrigerator or ice. Over the following couple days and a lot of time on the phone trying to figure out what was going on, it was finally established that we needed a service guy. A week later a service guy came to take a look, we need a new part which is OBVIOUSLY covered under warranty (this was extremely annoying, buying a brand new trailer and immediately needing parts replaced, something they should have known before selling it!) The service guy said it would take a couple weeks to get the part! Ridiculous! A month after purchasing this RV - STILL NO REFRIGERATOR!! We were on our property for two weeks and didn't have a refrigerator, I can't even explain how inconvenient this was! Making matters worse that it's a brand new trailer, keep in mind! We have called and called....left messages and NO RESPONSE. They got what they wanted - our money! We ordered a generator, solar panels, and a back up camera, we can't even get a phone call or a status on that order. I have a friend that bought a trailer on the same day and they had no hot water. Turns out the bypass was never opened for winterizing. Another friend bought a trailer the day after us and he went on a trip. He had mechanical issues, left to go on a trip immediately also. He had the same luck with customer service. NO LUCK. No return phone calls, nobody gave a crap. I am planning on taking all if these documented incidents to the better business bureau. This BAD BUSINESS needs to STOP. read more

Once they make the sell they don't care anymore..we waited over 2 weeks to pick our trailer up because we needed a new table and an awning...my husband called several times to get an eta on when we could get and apparently nothing was wrong with the awning but they wanted to charge us $200 for it luckily the service guy we got a hold of told us nothing was wrong with it and we should have been contacted. If I could rate it negative stars I would, been dealing with service Dept, Brent service advisor, since December when they recommended replacement of slide our seals. He stated the ordered the parts, and would request warranty approval. Checked back in Dec, January and Feb weekly. He advised they were still waiting on warranty approval, and that the parts were in. I called warranty and found out they never requested warranty approval, upon advising him of that he finally requested approval and they denied it (another story on the useless RV Complete extended warranty they sell you), I asked him for a detailed work order so I would know how much I was going to have to pay, he then said that they need a picture so they could order the parts! Turns out Brent has been lying for 3 months that the parts were ordered and now in. You can never get the "service manager" to call you and he is always in a "meeting". They do nothing but lie and stall, don't care about customer service, if you purchase a unit there you will be sorry, they do not service their products! Bought a used RV from Blue Dog Rv. People were great. The downside is if you buy an used RV there you are treated as a second class customer. If you buy a new RV at the end of closing, the RV is filled up. If buy a use RV you get a half a tank of gas. I believe a buy is a buy used, or, new. I was trying to buy a mobile satellite antenna, but no one could give me an answer to what it would cost and what it would take to get it hooked up. Very disappointed in service. read more

I get a call they have 3 so my friends and I went to look. As soon as I walked in, the sticker had the list price (same price as listed in the website $15,800) but then it had FRIEGHT and DEALER FEES making the out the door price over 20 k. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service department doesn't know their job and charges up the wazoo for repairs. Keeping your rv extended periods of time. The sales department when selling the keystone alpine 2021 RV to me said the TVs were smart TVs but they were in fact not. Other indicators were not as stated and I've had nothing but major problems with the rv from the beginning. Upon contacting Keystone regarding the extended warranty and the "coast to coast" warranty they can't help. My advice don't bother paying the extra for these because they are bogus. It's only a way for the company to milk you of your money. read more

Great purchasing experience from start to finish. We knew exactly what we were looking for, and after a brief telephone call and a couple of texts between us and Jody (our sales rep) we had made a deal! We are 2 hours away from the dealership, so being able to handle most of the deal via telephone was terrific. We made one trip up to see the Imagine XLS 22RBE that we had purchased, and Jody made sure we were able to do a complete walkthrough while it was undergoing it's inspection by the dealership. While attending a RV Rally at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, we decided to order a 4-step Glowstep to replace our existing entry 3-step into the travel trailer. A 3pm call to Jeff in Parts started the ordering process. I provided him with the Glowstep part number and he was able to quickly connect to the Blue Dog RV part number and found the steps in California but stated that he could have the steps by tomorrow at 3pm. Blue Dog RV in Las Vegas misled us to make a sale and doesn't feel bad about it. We purchased a brand new toyhauler from Blue Dog RV in Las Vegas. We wanted the ramp to also serve as a party deck. At the time of sale we were told it would be an easy fix, we'd just have to get some cables to support the ramp. After the sale, we're told we'd actually have to replace the entire ramp for several thousand dollars! We spoke to the GM of the Las Vegas location, and we emailed Blue Dog RV's upper management. They have never responded to us. We love our new toyhauler, but hate how misled we feel and that Blue Dog RV didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge some of their brand new customers. read more

After looking for a couple years, we purchased a 2020 Highlander Fifth wheel from Blue Dog RV at the Fiesta RV Show on 3/7/2020. We were told we couldn't pick it up until after the show was over. We went to pick it up on 3/21/2020. (First scheduled pick up was postponed because of a bent pin hook.) Which by then everything was on shut down because of Carona Virus! So, we were given a very brief walk thru, and were told once things got back to "normal", we could have a thorough one. We also had purchased all the treatments, and were told they would be done then as well. We had a tentative appointment with Ryan the middle of April (which was set up for me by Mike L. in finance, because I can never get Ryan to communicate with us) We have not had any good customer service from Ryan at all. He does not return phone calls or follow thru! We were finally able to bring the trailer back on 5/13/2020. We met with Thomas. He said to give him at least a week. Two weeks passed, when I finally called him. He told me he wasn't sure of the status, but that he would find out and call me by the end of day (5/27/2020) No phone call. I then called back 5/29/2020 to be told he was out of town for training, for a week. So then, I spoke with Timothy in Parts. I told him everything. He said that the tech for warranty work kept getting pulled away to prep new RVs for walk thru's and that is why it was taking so long. He told me he would make sure we were taken care of first thing when he returned on Tuesday 6/02/2020. No Phone call! My husband was out that way on 6/03/2020, and stopped in. This time he spoke with Neal. He was told everything was done, and it was ready to go. No one called to tell us this. Thomas was on the phone during that conversation with Neil. I called Thomas the next day to find out when we could come pick it up. We Scheduled for 8:00a. in the morning on 6/06/2020. He said they were Super busy, and they would make it work. When we showed up Saturday, Thomas said everything was fixed. Electrical/battery system checked out good. We finally got a thorough walk thru, and found an issue with #2 slider. It was showing a fault when fully extended and fully retracted. When we brought this to Thomas' attention, he said it was probably because the batteries weren't charged. The generator was running so it was not operating off the batteries. And, this is the electrical system that he said was good! We also found the fuel station screws were broken off. And battery covers had not been replaced, (which were brought up 5/13/2020.) We feel like they are refusing to fix them properly. We ended up leaving the trailer there AGAIN! Told Thomas to call us when these things were fixed. Left VERY UPSET. We have tried to be VERY Patient thru all of this because of Carona Virus, but this is just REDICULOUS! WE spent a lot of money on this 5th Wheel, and we put a lot of thought into who we purchased it from! We thought that we would have been a priority, and that as soon as they were up and running that we would have been one of the first calls that Ryan would have made! read more

Out of town in Las Vegas and needed to get a surge protector for my RV. Met Jesse at the parts desk. While he was getting me the product I mentioned a battery issue with my RV. He said if u could bring the battery back he would replace it for free! (Battery less than a year old). They closed in 30 minutes...I told him I would try to get back, but wasn't sure how long it would take and we were leaving the next day. He gave me is card and told me to call his direct line if I was going to be after 5pm. Fortunately I made it back before they closed. While we were making the exchange my son found a flashlight he wanted. Jesse opened the box, made sure the batteries worked and that everything was in working order before we left. We got a decent price on our RV just before the pandemic hit, but they were deceptive in selling us the extended warranty. Supposedly it covered everything for 5 years, but when we called to get a cracked skylight fixed, we were told it wasn't covered. And they don't return phones calls promptly and they couldn't service it for at least two months because they had no appointments until then. Meanwhile, a structural problem will go unrepaired. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Also, when we purchased, we were told one of the services they offered was an on- site RV dump. But apparently that wasn't true either as we were refused service today because they weren't "hygienically set up" to dump. Only their service guys can use their dump. What a joke! read more

One star for the crew that turned over our RV to us. Uhaul didn't properly install our hitch and they worked tirelessly to fix the mistake in July 3rd. Parts has also been very helpful. The service department has been of very little help. The refrigerator and stereo were not working properly. We took the camper into the servIce department in August they said parts needed to be ordered, we picked up the camper after they had for approximately 3 days . They informed us the parts were ordered and they would arrive in 4-6 weeks. WE followed up at 8 weeks and were told that "these things take time, that's the life of owning a camper". After another couple weeks we attempted to contact the service manager and our call was sent to voicemail. We left a message. It's now late January 2020 and we still have not received a call back nor have we been informed the parts are in. Sales and finance. Well I had to track down the green slip myself. When I called the finance manager asking if I could pick it up he acted like I was a total inconvenience to him. After reaching out to corporate I was able to pick it up. He called and said I could pick it up...upstairs in the finance office. I asked wouldn't it be more customer friendly to have it at the front desk? That's what car dealers do! Ken my sales guy acted like he had no idea who I was when the service issues came up. How do they stay in business? Very disappointed. They took my money with a smile and that's were the the service stopped. read more

Purchase Priority: 03/18 While purchasing my 5th wheel trailer, and during the walk through prior to selection I noticed a broken mirror on a closet door, and a cracked table. Once we made the decision to purchase I asked them if they were going to replace those items. They told me NO. That is now a warranty issue, and I can submit a warranty claim. Wait what? I asked why they're pushing the ownership of the defect on to me instead of handling it themself? I also asked why they can't go to the exact trailer next to mine (minus the fridge difference), and swap the broken items out? They said they wouldn't do that because they were going to take that trailer to a show the next weekend. I was shocked, and said that I see the customer sitting in their office spending $50k clearly wasn't the priority, and couldn't understand this logic at all? Needless to say 3 months later I had to take the door off, and back down to their business for that to be repaired. I also had to remove the table, take that down there, only to find the new one had the same crack. Unfortunately that one is still installed simply because I refuse to deal with these guys. Ugh. Keep reading....... Hitch Installation/Safety Incident!!!!: 03/18 When I found my 5th wheel trailer I knew it was the one we wanted, however I had never owned a 5th wheel. It was a Sunday so their parts/service department was closed. I knew I needed a 5th wheel hitch installed, and due to my short bed truck I knew I needed a slider hitch. I made my suggestion as to the type, and was suggested one style, but told their parts adviser would set me up when they came in the next day. Well he called and talked me out of the slider, and into another brand/style. I told him he should know so okay. I dropped my truck off early the same day to install the hitch, and then pick up the trailer. Prior to driving off with my trailer, and after their technician hooked up my truck and trailer, another technician came running out to remove a block of metal from my turnstyle pinbox, and installed it where my pin/hitch connection was. I then drove home (30 miles, all freeway). The next day I went outside to familiarize myself with the set up only to find when I dropped my tailgate a bright orange warning sticker that read (Do Not Install this block of metal into this hitch, Can cause damage, disconnect, and death). I was shocked, and mad that they sold me this setup, installed it, and then sent me down the road in this configuration. I then called the store to tell them the error, and demand they install the slider hitch I asked for. I was promptly told no, and there was nothing they could do. I couldn't believe this answer, so I asked to speak to a manager who defiantly said no, and there was nothing they could do. I told them that I planned to sit outside their establishment and discuss why nobody should shop here, and how their in the business of selling unsafe equipment, and take no fault or responsibility. They then told me that would be a bad idea. I demanded to talk to the next higher, and was put in contact with the regional manager who told me they would pay for a percentage, but I had to assume some cost. I told them the hitch was lumped into my loan, and I wasn't going to pay for two hitches when this was their mistake. He then told me they weren't in the business of giving out hitches, and he needs to be able to keep the lights on. He then went on to tell me there was nothing else he would do. Not could do. So I then took it upon myself to get in touch with the company's president who listened, told me how shocked he was that this happened, how i've been treated, and would fix this. The next day the same store manager who I now know was only quoting the regional manager called me to schedule an appointment to install the slider hitch at no cost to me. I should have never had to go through this process to begin with. All said months passed while dealing with this, all while I had an unusable $50k weight sitting in my yard. 1 Year Warranty Work: I took my trailer in for it's 1 year warranty work on 6 March 2019. At that time I told them one of my blinds simply fell off (glue disbonded). They said no problem, and that they'd submit the warranty claim, and if needed ship the part to me wherever I was at. 22 April came around and I haven't heard anything so I gave them a call. Nobody ever answers a phone in the service/parts department (I always get a call back when the person is driving home after work). They called me back after hours to tell me they never submitted my claim, and that it's now been processed and put a rush on it. 11 June 19, I called them today to again not be connected with anybody, and left another voice mail for a manager (Mr. Smith) explaining the issue, and that i'd appreciate a call back asap. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2022 Redwood fifth wheel from the Las Vegas location on February 28 2022 and have not been able to use this pice of junk. I have called and left messages for sales manager Mike the finance manger Tony and the service department and no one will call back to help with problems I have with this $100,000 unit. I have made contact with factory and they have sent me to St George Utah Camper World to have them ck it out appointment is April 14. I moved it up one star as the new service manager is working on getting my warranty work completed after seven months of the trailer sitting in there yard not being worked on. My trim on the door turn brown in the heat and the manager is replacing it at his cost. Things are looking up. Purchased a new 2022 Imagine travel trailer from this dealership. Found some major and minor fixes needing to get done due to manufacturer defects and poor workmanship. Upon picking up my TT after service in Oct 2022, I noticed a few issues caused by the dealership one of which included a broken exterior TV cable cover. I brought it to the service advisors attention before I left and was assured the dealership would take care of the issue. After 9 month, about 11 emails, 4 times going to the dealership, and numerous phone calls and assurances that the part was ordered. I picked up the exterior cable cover today. The part given to me is not for my travel trailer, and I was assured my original part was no longer available. Strange since I can find it at other dealerships and Amazon had it this whole time and as I type this review. All of the Imagines on their lot also have the cable cover that my trailer had. So I was given the part and told I can install it as it's easy. This wasn't the only issue when I picked up my trailer in 2022, but this is how a dealership will not take responsibility for damage caused by someone on their lot and blow you off hoping you'll just go away. 9 months for a $13 part (less for the part they gave me). Also a $4 part that was under manufacturers warranty was never ordered. I wound up fixing it myself. Either the information I was getting was disingenuous or the parts department's vendors need to be reviewed. I was a fleet manager for many years for a large government agency purchasing and fixing our entire fleet which included travel trailers and motorhomes, and would not have put up with this type of incompetence. Right thing to do would have been order the right part in a timely manner and install it for the customer, especially when the pre-inspection checklist conducted by the service advisor indicated no damage when dropping the rig off. Unreal how everything cost more nowadays, and service it much worse. First and last time doing business with this dealership. Beware my first responder and vet friends. read more

My name is Rick Johnson, I bought a trailer from Blue dog. I do not know if Grand design is as bad as BLUE DOG tells me. OR, it might be Blue dog that is incapable. I have been waiting for a call from Blue dog for two months. Not one call. I have to keep leaving messages and still get no calls back. There is another trailer buyer with the same concerns. They waited months without a call and then when they were told to bring it in by Blue dog, Blue Dog did not have the parts needed for the service, after the owner brought in the unit. Then they had the nerve to tell the owners, pick up your trailer and come back when we get the parts. If you do not take your trailer, Blue dog will charge $80 per night to store their unit. Does this sound like a well ran service company? Hell no!! You pay the trailer owners $80 to bring it back if Blue Dog created the issue. They did the same thing to me. I had three issues. Loud refer, wire keeper placed at jack and one warped door on cabinets. The manager told Derick to show me the loud noise of another unit. Derick did not do that. I even had the same unit in the show room and still they did not want to show me the loud noise in another unit in the showroom, If it exist? Do not fix the wire keeper, No door was installed, and the never resolved the refer loud noise. Zero for 3. Now, do you think I should bring my trailer in again. Not unless they can promise the repairs, all three, completed in a timely manner. That is why they make you sign papers on service calls. read more

I initially had a great experience buying my trailer. The staff were courteous and responsive and when I arrived from out of town to pick up, their orientation to my new trailer was comprehensive and extremely helpful. I had been putting money aside for years and planned to pay cash. Their finance person tried to coerce me into getting a loan instead to "save me money." Not sure what kind of convoluted logic that was. He offered me an extended warranty and I asked if it was something I could add after thinking about it. A few days later, I decided I wanted it and tried to call him three times to purchase. He never returned my calls. That turns out to have been a good thing, read on. Two days out on my first trip, my slide broke. This isn't Blue Dog's fault, of course: it was due to a manufacturing defect in which some of the framing of the storage drawers fell apart and got jammed under the slide, forcing it to jump the track. In another issue, because I was going straight from the dealership on an adventure with my new trailer, I asked them to mail the final paperwork to an alternate address where I'd be staying for a few weeks during my trip. A few days later I received a notice that they sent it to my home, despite my request, where I wouldn't be returning for up to two months. Luckily it was eventually returned to them. Because it was under warranty (a fewer smaller problems also crept up, i.e. the microwave stopped working a few weeks into my trip), I brought it back to Blue Dog for the repair. I dropped it off two days before Thanksgiving, and this is when the problems began. In fairness, I was supposed to pick up the paperwork mentioned above during this visit, but I forgot to ask for it. Initially, I was told they were backed up, and that it would take two or three weeks for them to get it into the shop to even diagnose the repair, after which they could give me a projection on how long the parts and labor would take. Three weeks later, I got an email saying they were still backed up, and it would be another three weeks before they could get it into the shop. I thanked them and followed up on the final paperwork, asking if they could send it to me at home in the SF Bay Area. They said they'd look into it. Two weeks later, I wrote again to ask about the paperwork. No reply. Two weeks after that, I wrote again, still no reply. By this time, it was early January. Mid-January, I got an email from one of their service agents saying the parts for the repair had been ordered and he'd be in touch soon to tell me a projection on when it would be ready. Two weeks after that, I replied again to ask for an update. A week after that, the service agent wrote me to say I'd have to follow up with the dealership, since he no longer worked there. Early February, I got a call from a new agent who said she'd be handling my file and giving me weekly updates. (Weekly?) I asked again about the title paperwork, which I still hadn't received. She'd said she'd find out about it and let me know. Nothing then for weeks, despite weekly calls and emails from me, asking for updates. Early March, I finally got the paperwork. I took it to the California DMV, but without the actual trailer with me to do an inspection, they were only willing to give me a temporary permit for 30 days. I continued with my phone calls and emails. Finally, the second agent called me back in mid-March and said they'd finally had a chance to bring it into the shop and diagnose the problems, and that they'd ordered the necessary parts. What about the parts the original agent told me they ordered? She said she didn't know what he was talking about; they hadn't looked at my trailer until then. Several more weeks passed until finally they called me in the last days of March to tell me the trailer would be ready soon. I picked it up two days before Easter. No one offered to show me the repair or review my file. The invoice they gave me (no charge since it was all under warranty) didn't even mention the slide issue, only the replacement of the microwave and a few wires connecting it. THey asked me to hook and go as soon as possible, since they were going to be very busy that day and needed the space at the front where they'd placed my rig for pick up. More than five months, and here's the kicker, THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIX THE INITIAL DEFECT. As soon as I got to a campground that night, I pulled out the storage doors to check on their status and again, the framing completely fell apart. This time I didn't take chances and just removed the drawers and all their framing myself. They didn't even vacuum up the saw dust, wire trimmings, and metal fragments from the repairs they did do. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They're happy to take your money, and there are some kind people there, but it's poorly run and clearly take no pride in developing a long term relationship by doing right by their customers. read more

My family and I had just moved into our house at the end of October 2020. Now was the time to get the damage on the trailer repaired. I contacted my insurance agent, explained that I want the work done at Blue Dog. I made arrangements with the service department for Saturday drop off, Halloween Day. I arrive on Saturday as agreed to be told that they do not take drop offs on Saturday's. Naturally, the person I had made the arrangements with was not there. However, Derek, the service manager, was very helpful and decided he would take care of it. In the middle of November, i was called and told that I needed to come in and sign the insurance check that was delivered to the dealership for the work. So, I did as requested. Two weeks later, I was called asking when I was going to have my insurance adjuster look at the damage. I explained that this had already been done before I even dropped off my trailer and I was scolded that this is not how they operate. I asked if there was an issue with the check or with what the adjuster had ordered. I was told that he missed some items and that they would have to come to the dealership to see the additional parts/items needed. So, I contacted the adjuster and asked that he go and see the additional items. My adjuster called me back a couple of days later saying that he went and approved the additional parts. Mid December, I get a call that i needed to come and pick up my trailer as they did not have room to store it waiting on my parts to arrive. I complied and picked it up a couple of days later. Early February, I get a call that my parts have finally arrived. Knowing that they do not like to have any Saturday pick ups or drop offs, I asked if there was anything that could be done, since I work Monday thru Friday. I was given a Saturday date to drop it off again. This time when I dropped it off, I asked about how long it should take to get this completed. "Should only be a couple of weeks" is what I was told. That's great. Mid March I finally get a call that my trailer is finished. I make arrangements to pick it up after work so that I could just drop it right off at storage. When I arrive, I go in and I pay my deductible and then I go outside to wait for it to be brought up out of storage. When I get outside, I notice that it has already arrived. As I approach it, I see not only is it not finished, there is more damage that has been done to it. I go back inside and ask Heather to join me outside so she can see what I am seeing. Not only was I lied to about it being finished, they have caused more damage. Needless to say I am beginning to wonder about quality control at this point. I leave without my trailer. Heather promised that she was going to get to the bottom of this mess and assured me that they will be taking care of the additional damage as well. I get a call a few days later stating that the parts that they received for my trailer were wrong and that they were going to expedite the new parts from Grand Design so that they can get my trailer back to me ASAP. End of April I get a call stating that my trailer is finished except for the decal on the side. I can come and get it and then when... Hold on a second, I say. Keep it until it is 100% finished. I do not want to come and get it, put it in storage, and then bring it back to get the decal on and then put it back in storage. We will call you when it is 100% finished. The call finally comes. Early May, I can come and get the trailer it is finally done. I said that I would like to come and inspect it before I make a commitment to pick it up and then find out it is not complete like last time. I go and inspect it and everything looks good, except for the decal that is wrong. I was told that maybe they updated their design of the decal. When a manufacturer updates something like that, it does not change for the earlier trailers, it does not work that way. Everything else looks great and make arrangements to pick it up Friday afternoon for our camping trip Saturday morning. By the time we get it home, it is starting to get dark and there is a lot of work to be done before we go to bed. Saturday morning comes around and we hit the road. Saturday evening, we are relaxing and having a cold beverage and i notice a strange shadow on the side of the trailer just above where the repair work was done. As I look closer, I can see that something had run along the side of my trailer starting at the rearward awning arm all the way to the end of the trailer. I immediately call and leave a message for Heather and tell her that I had just noticed this damage that was not there on Tuesday when I had inspected the trailer. I send Heather photos of the damage as requested. I keep getting told that the information has been forwarded to the district manager and that he will be calling me to sort it out. More than 3 months after this fiasco, I still have not heard from this district manager, and I still have a crease in the side. read more

My elderly neighbors here in Pahrump bought a new trailer from Blue Dog in Vegas, and it has been a nightmare!! The fridge didn't work from the start. It has been just under 2 months, and they still haven't fixed it. It is under warranty, but when they finally got Blue dog to send someone out, the guy asked for 1700.oo up front, then ran off with the money. Blue Dog service manager apparently contracted the work out, and that is who stole the money. When my neighbors contacted Mark, the manager, he said we will give the people they contracted the work out to till Monday to come up with the money, or else "I will have our 5 lawyers after them". Monday came and went, and Mark said they could only come up with 200.00, that they had spent the rest. Mark said," I am giving them tonight to come up with the rest", and the big boss from the Company was going to be here (from Idaho) and that my neighbors would get their money back, the fridge would be fixed, and they would get the red carpet treatment. My neighbor said she wanted to talk to the big guy from Idaho, and the manager Mark from Vegas said she could. Tuesday came and went...no contact from Mark or the big guy from Idaho. No fridge. No money back. NOTHING. This should never have happened. Blue Dog should have electronically deposited the money they were ripped off, by someone Blue Dog contracted out to, on the 1st day. The fridge should have been fixed or replaced 1st day. My neighbors shouldn't even have to be involved in this. It is between Blue Dog, Vegas..and the RIP off artist they contracted with. This is an elderly couple who have a 2 month old "brand new" unit that has a faulty refrigerator that hasn't worked from the start. This is stealing from, and taking advantage of the elderly. Blue Dogs handling of this has been horrendous. PEOPLE BEWARE OF BLUE DOG, LAS VEGAS!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! In fact I will blast this review to all I can!! STAY AWAY FROM BLUE DOG, their manager Mark , and their service manager. Apparently, this company just wants your money, and is unwilling to provide good customer service, and doesn't mind using shady Rip off scam artists to fix your appliances. read more
