The place in it self is alright but the employees ( an older Asian lady) very rude to people. I was there late one night and had 5+ loads of laundry and half of the washers/dryers where cut off for cleaning so the younger male employee gave me two free washes next time I come in. So next time I came in I asked to use them and the older Asian lady told me no because no one sign them and she acted like I stole them. I was highly irritated and described the other employee who gave them to me but she still said no. I stayed because I still had to do my laundry and the whole time I was there she followed eyed me around the laundromat. She also started yelling at a customer that was using garbage bags as a laundry basket that he can't have his trash in here and he needs to get it out right away. Very rude lady. They close at either 10 or 10:30, I'm not sure, I can't get a clear answer. Half of the washing machines are closed for cleaning at 7:30 every time I have been here. When it is busy, this makes it very difficult to find a washer to use since they don't allow customers to use a machine after it has been cleaned. read more

I was visiting San Diego, and I needed to get laundry done. I found this laundromat, it was the closest to where I was staying and had decent reviews. When I arrived, it was really busy, but there were plenty of machines and I was able to get all of my clothes in on time before the last wash. Everything was very clean inside. The person working, (Michael?) was very helpful and helped me save money by suggesting I use smaller dryers with the amount of clothes I had. The washing machines seemed more expensive than I'm used to, but the dryers were very fast so I didn't have to pay as much. Came in at 8:45 (they close at 10:30) and the Filipino lady stared at me in the meanest way, mind you I was not the only one in there. Once my load started, the lady started ranting about how she hates people who come in late at night. I wasn't making loud noises, just simply washing 2 loads. There is an Asian lady that works here who is extremely rude . I do not want To describe her as Asian in a negative or way however when asked her name she refused to tell me . This is often our go to laundry facility if we have large loads however every single encounter I've had with this woman has left a bad taste in my mouth . She is non savvy about the store and units themselves this blast time we mentioned to her that a machine was not working .she. replied that we overloaded it. Even though it was just a blanket and 6 sheets in a five load machine. We brought to her attention there was no suds as was seen on another machine and that the clothes might not be getting cleaned . She points to three other machines and walks off mumbling and says I don't know . What kind of customer service is that. I love coming here. This place is clean and decent for price. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I try to avoid coming here on Sundays & Mondays. It gets pretty hectic. There was a lady named Heather who was working inside the drop off your laundry area. She was extremely nice and explained everything to us when it comes to dropping off your laundry. I've been coming here for three years, and recently, this laundromat went through some renovations. Theyve redone everything from the ground up, including new equipment, TVs on the walls, and a charging station for laptops/cell phones. The new equipment has cut my wash time down in half, and the room itself is bright and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the place I always go to wash me clotes...... has everything you need with it comes to washers n dryers, but what makes it stick out are the "little things" like the community sink for washing your hands all the way from there own computer work stations with free wifi. I had five minutes left to dry when a young Hispanic lady very tiny asked me if I was doing laundry , I said yes it's right there in the dryer. She said you have to leave you can't be in here . I was naturally taken aback . She said she worked there . I said my stuff is right there I only have five minutes . She said she is only allowed 5 people in at a time . I realized it was a Corona thing . I didn't have a problem with the rules because of the current situation. However the confrontational attitude and total lack of respect was staggering . The words she used were not out of line just her demeanor. Customers are usually addressed with a bit of politeness.. I finally said I have 2 minutes left I will leave and won't be back . She said that's fine . I responded with I'm sure the owner would be happy as well. My single load finished just a couple blankets I folded quickly . I was boiling at point and asked for the number to contact management . She said she wasn't sure she had it . I said you don't know how to get ahold of your boss . She wrote it down finally I left . Tried calling it of course it was fake . I wrote this in the attempt to make management know the type of help they have in their establishment . If you want to go to a laundry mat that consistently opens on time, don't come here! I've been here several times where the person who opens doesn't show up until an hour or even later than their 6:30am opening time. The owner never responds if you call, and several other regular patrons complain about the same issue. They need to install a timer that unlocks the doors automatically so you don't have to depend on anyone coming in to unlock the doors in time. If you are an early bird and hoping to start your laundry first thing in the morning, this is not the place to go. Find a more reliable place where the owner takes responsibility. read more

I love this place. It's clean, the people working there are very helpful (especially Laura!!), and the multiple ceiling fans are always going, making it pleasant to be inside, even on a very hot day. There's wifi, outlets for charging, lots of parking, and plenty of places to sit. Tonight I went to do laundry, and I got there put my laundry in the machines and added soap, but when I went to get quarters they were out. I mean what kind of laundry place runs out of quarters. I asked the lady if the machine was broken, an older Asian lady and with a rude attitude said, it not my fault we ran out of quarters. I offered to pay cash if she can turn the machines on and she said she doesn't want to do that.I had a few and decided to wash my blankets and after waiting for it to finish the spin cycle it was filled with water and soaking wet. when I asked for a refund she said she can't give me a refund even though she said the machine is broken. I was fed up, I had over 5 loads of laundry in the machines and I had to load them up and go else where.
