Long awaited Bluebird Market opened this winter with some area staples like Chimao and Crepes a la Cart. It's an amazing venue with something for everyone to eat, drink, a game room, retail and event space. Live musicians occasionally perform on weekends. We thought this place was super fun with so much to offer. The vibe is just great with both indoor and outdoor areas. It is a huge perk that the PlayGarten is quite literally attached to the to the Market - both for those with kiddos and those who are young at heart! I thought it had a great mix of different foods. Even the pickiest of eaters we've gone with have found something that they like, and everyone always seems to enjoy their food. I would say the only potential downside is that service can be a bit slow and perhaps more expensive than some would hope as I've had some complaints from family/friends about this, but in my experience if you're kind to the employees, they're really wonderful. It does also help if you speak Spanish; I've had to order for a few people wanting tacos, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend as it suits pretty much anyone's wants/needs. read more

I have been going to the Blue Bird Market since it opened. It's not a mall but a food court like you would find in a mall. The burger place has crazy good burgers. The best burger I ever had was on vacation in a small beach town in Mexico. The burger I had at Blue Bird Market came in second. The bakery is incredible. We finally have a real bakery with quality fresh bread in Summit County! The owners are nice people that take pride in their business. That is obvious in the quality of their products. read more

We are in Silverthorne for a few days and staying at the Hotel Indigo right next door to Bluebird, so we decided to pop in for an early dinner and glad we did. This place is great, we ended up eating at Lucky Bird and had by far the best Hot Chicken sandwich I've ever had! The owner offered to sauce with Nashville Hot sauce and gouchujang sauce and let me tell you, it's a killer combination!! My wife had the Asian sauces tenders and they were also great, not to mention the waffle fries.... You won't be disappointed by trying Blue Bird Market and specifically Lucky Bird. read more

This food hall is a fun place to eat and hang out! Lots of great choices for food. We loved the toasty crust at the Tilford Wood Fired Pizza. And the Lucky Bird chicken was freshly cooked and tender. They had a wedding party there tonight. Not only were the guests rude, they were standing in the way as you walked by. Way too many people for the area. Not planned well at all. Customer service is everything ! The burger was pretty good but the workers were snotty! The guy working acted like he could be bothered with my daughter ordering. And everything annoyed him.... And the other was a plain burger with fries. Chimayo shrimp taco was great as was the pizza place!!! And lucky bird of course nothing but greatest! But we eat there in Denver all that time. I really enjoyed the options of Bluebird Market. After a day out at the ski resort it was nice for everyone to find something that we had a hankering for. Really cool spot with a bunch of different food options. Has a very similar feel to Edgewater in Denver. Only flaw is that I was looking for a spot to watch the Avs in the playoffs with my friends and can't find a TV in the place. For a place this big, you'd think they'd have something to appeal more to folks who want to catch a game. read more

Awesome find. Food was well priced and the options were great for a family who wants different things.

Went one for two at Bluebird Market. First of all - where can you park? There is very limited street parking. We arrived BEFORE 11 AM and the street parking was already full. I feel sorry for the vendors in this market. They are losing so many clients just because there is soo little convenient parking for that building. On to the food. Tried the Poke bowl at Hook and Harvest. The ingredients were good quality, but the poke itself was way too salty. Was trying to be a little more healthy than a burger or fried food and found the grilled Ono (fish) tacos at Chimayo. They were good, although the corn tortillas were a little chewy, so I'd try the flour next time. read more

A new concept for Silverthorne, but a great little market with lots of unique food items! The only complaint is parking is a huge hassle if you just want to stop in and grab a few things for a day hike. Hardly no convenient parking....... HUGE oversight by the developer. read more

DO NOT go to the Might Bar inside of Blue Market unless you want to get yelled at for leaving less than a 20% tip. I visited the bar I week ago and ordered 2 drinks. The ipad offered tips of 20%-25%. I hit custom tip and left $2. Given that it took him all of 30 seconds to make the drinks, that would equate to $240 per hour. More than enough to fill a glass with liquid. He then looked at my tip and said "that's a pretty douchey move dude". I said what did you say and he said "you heard me, that tip sucks". I then asked for his manager's name and phone number and he said "I'm not giving that to you". Then I asked for the name of the bar and he said "find it yourself". It's been 4 days since I emailed Bluebird Market about the issue and have received no response. Absolutely awful customer service. read more

This is reminiscent of Sweetgreen but not as risky you could say. This is inside Bluebird Market and seemingly the only place with multiple vegan/vegetarian options. It's different style bowls with grains and you have the ability to create your own as well. The first day I ordered the Buddha bowl and added tofu to it. It had a carrot ginger dressing and I really liked it. It was like a tangy smoothie and it made for a perfect topping. The only thing I would say is that they don't cook the tofu so you're just eating cold tofu, which is fine if you like it I just think it would be better if it were cooked in some way to make the whole bowl better (even though I did add it extra I feel it could have been stir fried a bit). Overall I did enjoy it and it was filling which is good for a post snowboard/ski lunch. Also they give you a substantial amount avocado which was amazing. I do think they thought my order was to go since the dressing was in a little container so mixing it was kind of hard but still doable, just trying to mix it up without spilling my precious veggies and rice. The next bowl I tried was the garden bowl. I asked for no beans and no corn but 2 beans sneaked in on accident. For me it doesn't mean much other than I'm just a very picky eater but it could be a problem for someone who has an allergy of some sort. However I liked this bowl better oddly enough. This one came with tofu but it was still uncooked, just not a good as it could be if it were cooked in some way. The cherry tomatoes and radishes made this great. I loved the crunch and juiciness of it all. I would definitely go here again since they have food I can eat and it's easy to mix things around to try new things if you want to make something vegan. read more

This review is for the "mighty bar" located inside of the bluebird market. The market itself is cute and has nice food options however the bar.... Leaves a lot of be desired. I would even venture to say to skip the whole bar experience. Service is lackluster and drinks are sub-par. My group ordered a wine, spicy margarita and a mule. The spicy marg tasted like pineapple, the wine was stale, and the mule like sugary limewater w flat ginger beer. We wanted to be considerate of the bar tenders time so before we ordered we asked what time they closed and the bartender said "whenever people leave." great, we ordered. We sat down, received our sub-par drinks and were working our way through them when about 10 minutes later the bartender shuts off all the lights and leaves. No heads-up that he was closing for the night, no goodbye. Cool. We decided to head back to the bar next door for better drinks and better service. Save your money, avoid this bar! read more

We just got back from a trip to the blue bird market hall and the place is outstanding! We had the mighty burger (best burger I've had in a long time) and a grain bowl at Hook and Harvest which was delicious. The bar at the market hall is outstanding as well. There's nothing like this place anywhere in summit county, highly recommend it! read more

We finally checked out the blue bird this weekend. On a Saturday, it was obviously busy. Not sure if the tables are spaced out bc of COVID but they could fit and definitely needed more. The space itself was nice - not as loud as a similar market in Denver. We ate tacos and pizza. The tacos were good and fair priced. The pizza was expensive and they need to dial in the oven - the toppings on the middle were still cool to the touch when the crust was cooked. I'm sure we'll be back but we're in no rush. read more

I got the ahi tuna special at Hook and Harvest and it came with dry crunchy rice and burnt fried jalapeños. My boyfriend got the carnitas bowl and the meat was dry as well. Would not recommend for how pricey the bowls are. read more

Our friends and I came to get a drink here after dinner. My friend and I got here first and got a piece of cheesecake and the bartender asked us to have a bite.. and then our boyfriends joined us and we went upstairs to play some arcade games. One of the guys drink fell from the arcade game and the glass broke. I immediately went downstairs to let the bartender know that there was broken glass. He said well we have housekeepers we pay for that. I asked who to tell then since the glass was by the arcade games and there were at least 15 kids under the age of 12 playing games upstairs as well and he rolled his eyes and asked the female bartender "ugh do you want to go sweep up some glass?" And she said "no". He said that he would go clean it eventually, but after about 10 minutes of them still not cleaning it, our friends and I found some random broom and dust pan and cleaned the glass up ourselves. What a**holes, so disrespectful, and SO DANGEROUS! read more
