Best vanilla latte I've had! I'm normally just a espresso kinda gal but this latte was delicious! The vibe of the place is nice...historic building in old sac and easy to find. this place is nice very spacious. the coffee was good i got the iced chaga which was good, wasn't that sweet. they're coffees/teas come without sweetener and it's .75. it's in old sac so parking may be hard to find. but overall good place read more

While staying at the Delta King Hotel (a cool refurbished river boat) my husband and I walked around Old Sacramento. We happened upon Blueprint Coffee shop and enjoyed relaxing in their comfortable chairs sipping on a wonderful latte. The barista was very friendly. It's in a beautiful old, but remodeled building that has a church attached. If we are ever back in the area on a Sunday, maybe we'll check them out too. read more

Our drinks came out in a timely manner and it was definitely a delicious way to cool down in the heat of summer. I came here back in late June and their chai was absolutely perfect! The staff was super nice too; although we couldn't stay and cool off inside, they were still nice enough to give us some water. read more

I happened to walk up to this place, as soon as a I parked. The ambiance is chill. I love the mid century furniture, the bright white walls, and the smell of coffee. The barista was super friendly and chatted with us. He did an awesome job on my oat milk latte. The coffee was so delicious. I even got a chocolate oatmeal cookie with a caramel Center, he sold me in it. So good! Pop in and sit down, drink your coffee and relax. read more

I opted for an iced mocha with oat milk. It was tasty, but it would have been better with a little more flavor. They have nice options for seating both inside and out. If you plan to sit and enjoy your coffee on a Sunday be aware that there is a church service at 9 & 11 which shares the common areas. The staff and members of the church were extremely friendly and welcoming. read more

My friend and I were strolling around Old Town Sac when we stubbed upon the project church and blueprint coffee. I thought this place was super cool, hipster, and modern. The ambiance inside was a young and classes look and very aesthetically pleasing. I got a regular drip black coffee with stevia and my friend got a latte which she was obsessed with! They sell an assortment of donuts which all looked delicious. I just really enjoyed the crowd and how this coffee shop is attached to a practicing church. This is great idea for an after mass gathering on a Sunday! A coffee shop next to a church is new to me, but I think it's so clever. Anyway, the coffee was great, the ambiance was awesome, and the location is perfect for locals or anyone just visiting Sacramento! read more

So, I really enjoyed my coffee, very creamy and rich in flavor but also strong and gets the kick of caffeine you desire. However, the parking is not ample. Those who often visit Old Sacramento know to expect that, but I literally circled around 8x prior to landing a parking spot. This is more so a place you'd come to on a bike ride or if you end up running into it because you're walking around. I don't think I see myself driving out of my way to come here to pick up a coffee due to the lack of convenience when finding parking. But otherwise, this place is delicious! read more

I go here weekly, sometimes multiple times, for coffee as it is about a 10 minute walk from my home. I do not suggest going on Sundays. The staff seems like "younger" people who are not professional, rude and have poor attitudes. If these are members of the attached church, this is a reflection of its members and why so many people are steered away from churches, especially people of color. It was especially disheartening for a fellow person of color (the girl at the register) to treat me the way that she did. Love this place but again, I do not recommend going on Sundays. read more

My partner and I stumbled on this place randomly this weekend when we were looking for a new coffee shop in the area. We looked up a few places and realized we had not yet heard of this place, so we decided to try it. Not only is this place absolutely gorgeous inside. Their coffee is EXCELLENT. Like, probably the best I've had in Sacramento. If you have the opportunity, try it now, cause as soon as SIP is over, guaranteed they will have a line out the door. Plus not to mention... all of their profits benefit the community. So if you're looking for a good reason. I just gave you two. :) read more

This shop is an awesome non for profit that sells coffee to support a church. The coffee is less expensive than other local shops but of the same awesome quality! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee! They where happy to answer all my questions. To top it off they pour beautiful latte art! read more

My sisters and I were visiting from out of town and were looking for a convenient coffee shop. Blueprint Coffee exceeded our expectations! My sisters are avid coffee drinkers, and they were blow away by their peppermint latte and hazelnut latte. I'm a hot chocolate connoisseur and my peppermint hot chocolate was amazingly rich and chocolatey! Parking was convenient, the atmosphere was lovely, and the two baristas were friendly and professional. We've been talking about how good our drinks were all day, and we can't wait to go back next time were in town. read more

Very kind, friendly staff. Love the vibe! But the coffee wasn't that great I thought that maybe it was a fluke the first time I came in. So my husband and I had it another 2 times after that, and it was just undrinkable. Unfortunately we had to throw it away all 3 times :( I really wanted to like it. I'll say this... barely made it down the street before I finished my drink. My only regret was that I didn't get a bigger size. Ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. Seriously, my new favorite iced drink in Sacramento. Love the oat milk they use as well, compared to other places. Great quality drinks and such a beautiful space. High recommend this place, even if you are not close- worth driving to. read more

I must have come on a slow day or time, because it was almost empty when I ordered. I love the large space though. It doesn't feel as touristy as the rest of Old Sacramento. The coffee quality is decent. Not amazing, but not terrible. The service was great. There was a loud dude talking to himself, but I suppose that is to be expected in this part of town. read more

Usually a good experience here, with pretty good coffee, but this past Sunday was much different. A group of what appeared to be teenage girls worked the shop and were way more interested in talking to one another, catching up with their friend on her cowboy hat, and on their phones. My order was placed and apparently made swiftly but I was never aware due to the reasons mentioned. After maybe 8 mins one of the young ladies looks over and finally acknowledges that my drink was made. Of course by this point my iced coffee has been diluted because they were talking and never told me my drink was ready as I sat waiting. When asking to have it remade due to that I received dirty looks and attitude and overhead one saying "that's how ice works" and the others chuckling. I did get my drink remade, but incorrectly. I was given rushed coffee with whole milk (original order had substitution) which realized late resulted in issues on my end. As I left the ladies continued to make comments under their breath and give dirty looks. Usually greeted by friendly baristas, but this certain one seemed like it was a chore to even take my order. Not sure who's running the ship, but some training may be needed to refresh them on how customer service works. read more

OMG!! Must I say, this is the BEST LATTE I've had in a REALLY LONG TIME! My husband and I visited this little gem today with our newborn as we were making our way home from a stroll and it was the best spent $10! Weak coffee, creepy vibe. I went because I was working an event nearby, it was early in the day and I needed coffee. The vibe there was really odd. One set of couches but otherwise no seating or tables, nowhere to sit and work if that's your preference. Very sparse decorations, especially for such a big room, which made it feel empty and sterile. It was connected to a church project I think? Anyway the most important thing to me was that the coffee tasted weak. I got an iced latte and it didn't taste much like coffee. I don't even normally like a very bold brew, so it was surprising that I wanted more coffee taste from it. read more

Blueprint Coffee Project is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots! Their matcha is absolutely amazing--perfectly balanced, never watered down, and they always ask for your milk preference, which I really appreciate. Lately, I've been getting their March seasonal drink, The Luckiest of Shamrocks, and it's easily the best matcha drink I've ever had! Their cookies are just as incredible--fresh, flavorful, and the perfect treat to go with my drink. The overall vibe of the shop is great, and parking is usually easy to find right outside. I ordered it hot and it really tastes like a baked blueberry treat. Not too sweet at all. - Banana cream latte: has a toasty banana taste. Had this iced but I reckon the hot version would be even more reminiscent of banana bread. If I were to nitpick, it's that the brew itself is just average-smooth (for those who strongly follow the Sac coffee scene). Located inside Compton's Market to the right of the entrance. Seating available. Zero problems with finding parking in the lot on a Saturday morning.

There was ample indoor seating, and after placing our drink order at the counter, we patiently waited for our beverages. The service was fast and friendly. I decided to try their butter beer latte - I ordered it iced with oat milk. My friend decided to order the blueberry crumble latte. I thoroughly enjoyed my latte as it had the perfect balance of butterscotch flavor without being overpowering or too sweet. My friend also really enjoyed her latte for the same reasons. So the next time you find yourself in the McKinley Park area or perhaps doing some grocery shopping at Compton Market, come check out Steele House Coffee.

My…read morehusband and I had a Pit/Lab mix who passed away a few years ago so we had stop in and see what they were all about. Pittador Brews is located on the same street as La Terraza Mexican Restaurant. The inside was very cozy with an obvious dog theme mixed with Steampunk. They had different types of tea and coffee bags for sale on one wall and essentials for sale on the other. They also offered board games to sit and play while enjoying your beverage which my daughter and niece loved. I ordered the Iced Brown Butter Latte that was available on the seasonal menu. The drink was good, not great, but still worked for an afternoon pick me up. I probably should have ordered it as a hot drink, but I love my iced coffees. Staff weren't overly friendly - just took my drink order and that was mostly it. There was 1 person packaging the teas and 1 other person making the drink orders. Overall, it's a very cute place. I love the concept and the name. Not sure if I would make a special trip back to Pittador Brews, but maybe I would stop in the next time we are in Old Sac. It's a great place to grab some loose tea for yourself or as a gift for someone else! Check them out if you're in the area!
