Came to Board Members location today downtown to get help with my EBike that needed a charger replacement. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff whom were all friendly and helpful. I explained that I lost my original charger and employee Kyle let me know I could purchase one on Amazon. I had no idea! Thankfully, they allowed me to rent out a charger until mine comes in a day or two. Such an easy and pleasant encounter. I also found out they run Corky Carrolls surf school. How rad! My wife and I rented electric bikes from Board Members on 12/7/2022. Eric instructed us on how to use them for about 15 minutes, we had no problems, it was easy. The location is about 1.5 miles from the Huntington bike trail, an easy 10-minute ride. The Huntington bike trail goes for miles. We rode for 2 hours and then returned to Board Members. The weather was cool, in the low 60s. However, that resulted in a light crowd at the beach. We dressed warmly, so the cool weather was not a problem. Thanks, Eric for a beautiful day! read more

Keith and the boys are on top of things. I've bought two Primo XL's from them in the last 5 months. The bikes are so smooth and comfortable to ride. Having the front suspension forks I'm sure help contribute with that. I've logged a lot of hours along the So. Cal strand with these and not a single issue to report. Keith mentioned if their were any squeaks or concerns to bring it in to have his techs take a quick look.
