I can see why this place has some not-so-great reviews to it, but overall I didn't have a bad experience there. This kiosk on Boardwalk was the only one I really saw serving what you'd call, "real food" and by that I mean burgers, fries and whatnot. I saw a pretzel stand, but I wanted something more. The line moved rather quickly, but waiting for my food was another story. I ordered the bacon-cheddar fries. Now, I'm not complaining that I had fresh fries to eat at all, but I'm a little surprised that they had zero ready to be served at all. But also, this area isn't what it used to be so I assume they don't get as much business as before. Either way, at some point my fries were ready. They were tasty and greasy. A big puddle of grease from the bacon I believe saturated the bottom of the container. A little too greasy for my taste, but one time won't raise my cholesterol too much, will it? I paid $14 for fries and a drink. A little steep, but probably standard for Disney. It's convenient if you're in the area, but not necessarily going to be anyone's go-to. read more

Staff: Very nice and accommodating. Happily worked hard to help me pack my food to go. Food: Really enjoyed the food. We had the carne asada fries which were yummy. They were generous with the steak and the chipotle mayo was just the right spice. Also grabbed a couple of corn dogs which were next level amazing. Not those cheesy little weak ones you get from Wienerschnitzel. These babies were huge, crunchy, and flavorful. Value: Not too bad. It is good food that is conveniently available in a crunch for a decent price. Overall: I'd come back again. One major word of warning they have odd hours. Nice spot to grab a quick bite while strolling Disney's Boardwalk. The prices are decent enough (for Disney prices, that is). They offer a pretty good selection on their menu, so there should be something there to please anyone (especially the kiddies). Not to say one couldn't have lunch or dinner here, but it's not my cup of tea for a meal. Although it is nice to be able to pop by here when my tummy is rumbling just a bit before hitting Jellyrolls for a night of fun with the Dueling Pianos and adult beverages. My favorite from here is the pulled pork sandwich. $4 bucks. Not bad; however, it is rather small. If you haven't eaten, you'd probably need 2 of them to fill you up - $8 bucks is a little steep, in my humble opinion. But the sandwich is yummy. There is no sauce on the meat, you have to add it yourself; kinda like Arby's. There's only one choice for BBQ sauce and lucky for me it's a sweet sauce which is really yummy... I pour on a good bit. Have your hand sanitizer ready though; I hate to think of how many dirty hands have touched that bottle of BBQ sauce. You'll also find things here like hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken fingers, fries, nachos, etc. Again, something that should please everyone in your party. There are plenty of benches all around The Boardwalk area to sit and enjoy your food. Very nice atmosphere. This To-Go stand on the boardwalk is very convenient for those wishing to grab a quick snack or something to nibble on before heading to the park without having to bare with table side service. (Although even for lunch, many of those restaurants are closed for service and won't open until 5:30 PM, except for those quick service like the sweets or bakery place and ESPN). The food they have here is like your typical americana boardwalk fare: think hot dogs, chicken sandwich, or fries. We weren't so hungry so we quickly scanned the menu and decided on mozzerella sticks (~$5) and nachos with cheese (~5). The mozzerella sticks were hot and crispy coming right from the fryer and served up with some marinara sauce. The nachos were okay, crispy and cheese sauce was drizzled over it. If I am considering the prices of these orders, than its pretty cheap consider a soda inside Disney is like 2 something. Those that wishing to get full, could. They would just need to order the burgers or sandwich combos which ranges from 8-10 dollars. If the time is right and you're walking around or staying at Boardwalk, then visit here for the no frills ordering and quick service offered here. Cannot review the food, because the place was literally NEVER OPEN!!! Despite visibly being staffed on the inside. Stayed here for 8 days and was not able to order food here once. The closest we came was around 2 on a Friday, and an employee telling us they were closing up, but would be back at 330. Came back at 330, saw another employee walk in with a pizza, and we waited until 445, and he never came back out or opened. Whoever is in charge of the boardwalk eateries, needs to seriously check up on the employees here. At 9pm on another night, there were 2 female employees literally hiding behind the door on the left sitting down. Wow, since the menu looked good for quick food on the boardwalk I wanted to check how late they would be open on Friday night. Apple Maps had them closing at 6pm. It was 7:30 so I figured I'd ask. I waited in the pick up line to ask and the employee slid the door shut. Turned and looked, I waived. She went back to making food and ignored me. Ok I can see that they were busy I get that. I've worked in service but at least acknowledge people and don't slide the door closed in their face. If I saw that as a manager I would lock that sliding door until close. Really poor service. Avoid at all costs! Other than being in a convenient location right outside the hotel door on the boardwalk, there is not a single thing good about this place. We ordered a hamburger, a hotdog, a corndog, fries and a lemonade. It took 27 minutes to get the food- standing beside the kiosk waiting on them to call our number- and then it was missing the hotdog and the corndog. Then a sip of the lemonade showed it was colored water that 'needed the box changed,' as we were told. These few items cost $35! Every single item here is frozen and tastes gross, minus the fries that were decent. The people working it are inattentive and inefficient to say the least. This was NOT a Disney experience by far. I truly understand the saying "you get what you pay for", but what I witnessed was not even worth the cheap price. As I waited for my burger and fries, which I'll get to in a second, I witnessed the guy behind the counter microwave Kraft macaroni and cheese, dump it into styrofoam cup, and then throw the "evidence" away. He then served it to the family before us. The only "fresh" thing I ate were the fries. My burger patty was microwaved on a paper plate. The bread for the burger patty was literally straight out of a bag, no heating or anything. I searched Yelp and MyDisneyExperience to see if I could find a place where we didn't need reservations. This place is a cute little truck on the boardwalk and is greasy yummy amazing food! I got a coke, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and fries! It was one of those days and I had skipped lunch. I ate all of my food! My husband got a foot long corn dog and my mom got a foot long hotdog. My husband also got the Mac n cheese bites because we've only had them once before a long time ago. Everything was in massive portion. Disney hotdogs look more like sausages because they are pretty big. Everything was worth the price. It was about $40 with everything we got which sounds crazy, but Disney wise...it's great! The Mac and cheese bites were really good for what I expected and weren't terribly greasy or funny tasting. Those mozzarella sticks were on point and so were the fries. I would come back for those 2 things! We spent less and the food was super yummy. I will definitely come back here and maybe hit up some ice cream on the boardwalk after. If you don't have reservations, this is a great place to come and eat. We decided the day before that we really wanted to try this Kiosk for lunch. After doing some research and finding out they open at noon we made our way there to be there at noon. Getting there at 12:05 they had not yet opened their window and I can already tell the gentleman opening a business seemed a little bit put off that we are already there. After ordering our food and a 32 ounce soda my wife and I wanted to share and he took our credit card and completed the transaction only then did he realize they had no 32 ounce cups left. After fussing at the other gentleman helping him and asked him to stop the transaction the transaction was not stopped in time and it was processed. Ask we came up with a solution noticing they had a 16-ounce drink saying that we had simply paid for 32 ounces of liquid why could we just get two 16 ounce cups and call it even. He continue to argue with me and stated that it cost them money because they are third party company for every cup they have to purchase. So I'm figuring we are arguing over roughly a nickel at this point. He made a phone call and would rather refund the entire transaction and rering the entire transaction over the dollar difference of a drink instead of giving up a $0.05 styrofoam cup for us to enjoy 32 ounces of liquid. After some back-and-forth he finally decided and stated let's just make this easy for you guys and swiftly gave us two 16 ounce cups of Coke. His attitude was completely unappreciated and it was not a pleasurable experience for a customer. We will not be returning there although the food was pretty decent.
