Boba bliss is my most favorite boba spot in the Bay Area. I usually get a black milk tea with boba, and here it's their brown sugar boba latte. It's is fragrant and milky, and the boba itself comes warm -- I love the balance of the hot boba and cold milk tea. Inside, it's more of a lounge area than a working area. They do have wifi and a bathroom but only one outlet that I could see. No complaints with the service. read more

I honestly thought I left for a review for Boba Bliss before, but I guess not. I think this is one of the few boba places where I'm not afraid to try a new drink because I have faith that I won't go wrong with any of their drinks...so it all boils down to what I'm in the mood for. Looking back at my pictures, it seems that I ordered the royal oolong most often lol. My fav drinks so far was actually the hojicha soy bean and watermelon lychee though. Parking was easy on a Saturday afternoon since it's right next to a whole parking lot. The location is conveniently located so that's a plus. Came here for the first time on Sunday while visiting Mountain View and we ordered the tiramisu coffee and taro milk tea. We loved the drinks so much we had to come back the next day. the tiramisu had a nice foam and the coffee taste wasn't overpowering. The taro had nice bits of taro without being heavily sweet. i've been meaning to try boba bliss for years since i've heard good things about it. my favorite boba places are tp tea and sunright tea studio (and after trying, they still remain my favorites) but boba bliss is a decent spot in the bay area with good chewy boba and strong tea flavor. the interior is very modern and aesthetic with some indoor seating. it's located in a busy shopping plaza that sometimes has very limited parking. i ordered online to pick up - when visiting on a weekend, there was a decent line in the store. // assam milk tea (50% sweet, 25% ice, honey boba) // this drink ended up being $7+ since i ordered doordash pick up (i think it incorrectly charged me for the default milk). since they use whole milk, the milk tea is less creamy than creamer. the black tea had a strong flavor and reminded me of sunright and boba guys. the boba was chewy and good texture, not that much flavor since it's honey boba so i would try the brown sugar boba next time. 50% was enough sweet for me, i usually get 25% at other places. i may come back to try the thai tea or green thai tea, but otherwise i think there are better boba spots in the area for regular milk teas at a slightly lower price too! read more

I've came here a couple times before and have tried their jasmine gmt, the strawb milk bar too and other drinks although ive forgotten how they tasted so i wont write the review about them until ive gotten them again. This time 4/20/2024 I got the Strawberry milk bar less sweet less ice whole milk with boba and it's very good 4.5/5! Just the perfect amount of sweetness (i like my drink not too sweet) and the brown sugar boba syrup is burnt and gives the drink a nice flavor profile with likeness to strawberry creme brulee (but not as sweet!) I got my bf the Strawberry Mint green tea less sugar less ice and he said it was refreshing 4/5 but he would probably get regular sweetness (but he prefers pretty sweet drinks and said if it were sweeter 4.5/5, i thought it was good as is) it was refreshing it tasted like a strawberry mint mojito. On a very hot day in MTV, we looked up boba places on Yelp and decided to give Boba Bliss a try for the first time. We did not regret that choice and we will definitely be coming back here again and again. We got the Watermelon-Lychee iced drink and the passion fruit tea. Both were impeccable and you could tell they used plenty of fresh fruit to bring out the flavors. It is definitely a busy boba store that offers a good selection of summer drinks. I am a milk tea type of person but the two times I came to Boba Bliss happens to be in the summer, when it was hot. So I have only tried their seasonal summer specials. I ended up getting the Summer Mango Green Tea, while my husband got the Watermelon Lychee Green Tea. Both drinks were good and refreshing, especially the watermelon lychee drink. The summer mango green tea did not have a strong taste of either mango or tea, which was slightly disappointing. This place is one of my two favorite tea places (the other being Yi Fang). Just discovered Boba Bliss, as we visit a lot of other neighboring businesses like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Delightfully shocked by the very high quality tea. Ordered the royal oolong with oat milk and no sugar, and it was amazing - normally quite hard to accomplish without dairy milk and sugar. Also ordered a mango sago drink with kids really wanting lychee jelly topping, and was again shocked (in a good way) that the drink wasn't overly sweet. Even the lychee jelly wasn't overly sweet. Very fancy and modern boba shop in Mountain View! Their menu feels trimmed down compared to some of the other boba shops in the Bay Area. I tried their Royal King Oolong milk tea with boba and no sugar. My husband felt like it tasted watery but I liked it, I thought there was a slight mouthfeel (like a little heavy) and I could taste the tea. The boba was very chewy and tender but since it was freshly cooked, the bottom of the drink was warm so I just shake it up to cool it down since there's ice in the drink. Went here with some friends and we all liked everything we got! I got the mango matcha latte which was delicious -- just the right amount of sweetness and you can really taste both mango and matcha. I like the texture of the boba balls as well, soft yet still chewy. My friends got the hojicha cheese cream, cold brew with milk (75% sweet), and the passionfruit green tea. I was really excited to try a new boba place but personally I didn't think Boba Bliss was great. From my own experience, the drinks were both overpriced and not what we expected. I ordered the summer mango green tea with honey boba and while the mango was fine, there were lemon slices in my drink and a super strong lemon flavor as a result--I really dislike lemon. But there was nothing that said anywhere that there would be lemon in it. If I had known there'd be lemon in it, I wouldn't have ordered it. My boyfriend ordered the watermelon lychee with agar boba (expecting white boba, because that's how most other places do it) but instead got coconut jelly. His drink also had a lemon aftertaste, which was bizarre as well because the drink was simply called "watermelon lychee." I wish they would be more transparent about what's in each drink because the menu just had the name of the drink along with a picture of the drink. No description.
