Look for sometea... Always searching for that refreshing sip I thought to give this place a try, as I scan their menu they seem to have a lot of smoothies and when a place shows no fresh fruits I assume it's all syrup based flavors. Here everything done hidden in the back and my choices were quite limited to either Black or Jasmine Tea with either blueberry, kiwi, lilikoi, lychee, mango, peach, pineapple or strawberry so I decided on peach as thought it wouldn't be as sweet which then she asked if I wanted any toppings...tapioca, poppers or the standard jellies...bleh! Nothing spectacular so I opted out of toppings which she was "are you sure!?"...so I asked...do you have coconut jelly? No...I'm sorry I don't like the ones you have. Peach tea plain but they did have sweetness level which was light for me and it was still too sweet...I realize that I roll in a different way and knew this was a bad idea and didn't finish my drink. I do see that they have a great variety of milk alternatives which is nice and that popular items are highlighted in red, these aren't really bad mall prices but is very basic though do see that they also have shave ice and frozen yogurt as well. Thank you!

Food: As a last minute hurrah prior to heading back home, I had a mission to eat as many shaved ice as possible! Came here because I was told it was great- ordered the azuki and mango shaved ice! They were both delicious and definitely got some brain freeze here and there as I tried to consume it all since time was precious! Cost: Average cost- definitely as you plan to add more extras and topping it can become expensive but baseline cost of their sets are still are relatively affordable. Environment: Situated inside a mall, there are ample seating throughout and a great way to enjoy something sweet at you window shop around. Service: There wasn't much of a line when I came to order and so the wait was not long at all. I did see two people working and so if things got busy and there was a long line I can see there being a little bit of a wait time. Uniqueness: You can never go wrong with some shaved ice and this place definitely fulfills that craving!

My boys and I were feeling a little parched from all that shopping. At first this was not our first choice, but Taste Tea wasn't even open yet! (They open 2 hrs after the mall even opens). Nevertheless we stopped here and I noticed they were still getting settled but the girl kindly noticed us. We were deciding which drink to try and settled for the strawberry milk tea with boba. The boba was perfectly made and delicious! The drink was smooth and sweet! I wouldn't mind coming back and trying out more drinks on their menu soon.

Drinks were bleh. I got the Guava smoothie with boba, which was pretty much guava purée blended with ice and what not. It's like drinking a can of Hawaiian Sun guava juice that was sitting in the freezer for a couple hours. Guava slush. My bf got the chocolate Mac nut milk tea with boba. It was okay. I didn't really like the taste.

My daughter and I were craving boba drinks. I decided to get a lychee green iced tea with boba 25% sugar. Trying to watch my sugar levels. The menu is pretty straightforward and easy to read. My daughter got the non dairy taro smoothie with boba. She enjoyed her drink. I loved mine. There were pieces of lychee inside along with boba. I finished my large. Good amount of drink you have inside the large. It's located inside the Pearl Ridge mall. We walked around waiting for my mother in law to call hubby and pick her up at her doctor's appointment. I would come back to try other items. The lady behind the counter was nice.

Came across this place while grabbing food during work and man this has to be the best fresh watermelon boba I've ever had! Highly recommend checking it out if you're at pearl ridge!

I love drinking Bubble tea while walking around the mall. Since Taste Tea for some reason was closed till 12 we decided to try this place which is right across from Lavish Uptown side Pearl Ridge. Menu is bright, colorful and really easy to understand. They have standard flavors and being that I'm basic it was easy for me to order my usual. Avocado Smoothie with Boba and Lychee Jelly. YUM. Gf went with a Caramel Smoothie with Coffee Jelly and Tapioca. To our surprise the Boba was very flavorful and yummy ! My avacado smoothie was thick and luscious, and the caramel smoothie was just right and not too sweet. Prices are fair and my experience here so far has been positive. Will update my next visit here!

I like black thai tea with boba and I always get the same drink. I usually get it from another place in mililani but have been going through here more often since the holidays and I stop by sometimes. I'm not really impressed, it's not a bad shop and the tea doesn't taste bad either. Its just inconsistent. As I said with me always getting the same drink, this place always seem to make it different each and every time. Its either one of these three things.. sometimes it's too sweet, other times you can hardly tell they added the right amount of sweetness and usually in combination with those two is there isn't enough boba. This place could be really good if they figure this out and I would be happy to keep coming by. Time will tell and when it does I will gladly change the rating. Please feel free to look through my photos and check out their menu. Ps. Parking could be tough during busy times. Its inside the mall so you will have to find a parking space and walk through the mall.

Went here twice probably not again. Tried their milk tea boba, bland. Acai smoothie tastes sour. Banana smoothie tastes alright. The cashier though was unfriendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Shaved ice is good.

This tiny shop is located next to the now closed Aeropostale. I was happy to see a froyo shop pop up at the mall, but every time I go there I change my mind and get something else. I'm kind of addicted to their watermelon smoothie. At first , I thought they were gonna add some yogurt since smoothies usually do have some added, but it's just watermelon and ice blended together. I love watermelon. The 16 oz is $4.50 and the 22 oz is $5.25 without any add one. The owner who works here seems like a quiet guy, but my orders have always come out correct and I am quite content with that. The prices here are cheaper than the downtown (movie side) boba shop and the watermelon tastes much much fresher and sweeter. I'm hoping they will still have watermelon year round. Because I love watermelon.

    Acai bowl

While walking around in Pearlridge uptown side, I started to feel hungry like I was still craving some sweet to please my stomach. I just remembered that they have a Robeks in the bottom floor. As I looked them up on my Yelp app, I come to find out that they closed down. The question that was going through my mind is where can I find acai bowls in the mall?!?!?! Boba-licious cafe offered some acai bowls. Why not give them a try. The owner was nice and explained the difference between the acai bowl and pitaya bowl. I like berry taste more than tart taste. He also asked if the granola and honey was ok to put in the bowl. Some people are allergic to nuts and honey. Good that he asked before the worker started my order. Acai bowl is $7.99 and the pitaya bowl is $7.75 The bowl is super big for one person, but because I was so hungry I ate it all. The bowl contained acai smoothie mixture, bananas, strawberries, melon, peaches, coconut stripes, granola, and honey drizzled over it with a cherry on top. Overall: I would say the acai bowl was alright, nothing outstanding. My critique was how they used low quality granola in the acai bowl. It tasted slightly stale and had no crunch. It was flat oats. The acai melted quicker than I thought it would. I was quite disappointed after I finished. I had higher expectations after seeing the reviews. They focus more on quantity rather than quality of the ingredients. They need to reassess their products before using them in their drinks, shave ice, and bowls. Of course, I was probably one of their first guinea pigs to taste their acai bowls. Most the Yelpers didn't mention about the acai bowls in their reviews. The boba and smoothies were talked about the most. Would I return to this place after trying this place? Probability of that happening is low. I would prefer if the worker who served me the acai bowl wear gloves regardless if she washed her hands. Hand sanitation should always be considered in every food establishment.

Boba-licious was another boba adventure of mine. It is located uptown Pearlridge across from Payless. My order was taken right away and greeted by a nice lady. I tried their Jasmine milk tea with mini boba. Their mini boba is rather medium sized boba because it's bigger than mini but smaller than regular. Jasmine milk tea had a good flavor to it and refreshing. Boba was on the harder side and I could see why. I did come towards the end of the mall hour. You can also adjust the sugar level which is always a plus for me. They do have a whole bunch of other desserts as well.

Walking in it was nice and empty with the exception of a couple folks enjoying their treat at one of the tables in the shop. I paced back and forth looking at the many variety of flavors many popular ones was empty making it even tougher to decide with what they had left and waited and waited for a staff which a lady finally came out and I asked about their "Cappy" item they have displayed on the counter and if it was a shake or smoothie but says it's like a Frappuccino dessert made with a coffee base was interesting and decided on one to which she asked what size and got a small. She got straight to making me one and once I got it was quite disappointed that it was basic as I noticed her scooping from vanilla though the other flavors you're able to get it in are classic, caramel praline, chocolate fudge, Oreo or what the display that I pointed out was "Peppermint Fudge Cappy"...$7.11 for a small and it was vanilla...meh! She honestly looked as if she really didn't want to be there and I just interrupted her moment of silence with the look of disgust as I myself just finished a 9hrs Christmas Eve work as well and missed on some places that I wanted to attend but it s what it is and to just acknowledge what flavor I'd like is not much to ask for though it was good and not trying to say the product wasn't good just was sad on Christmas Eve to have such disappointed service.

We ordered the açaí bowl, (small $12.50 and large $14.50) and also ordered popsicles (10 for $15). Already the price of this was way cheaper than W&B. Liked it! I apologize for the lack of photos of our açaí bowls, but I have a bad habit of digging in right away then realizing that I forgot to take photos when it's half gone. I'll attach photos when I go back...because I most definitely will be back! I think I still prefer the taste W&B açaí, but the açaí here is really good and satisfies the craving! The popsicles on the other hand, were just ok. It was described as large otter pops and while I wouldn't go THAT far, I don't think I'll get those again. Didn't try the juice yet, but the price is pretty high so not sure if I'll get around to it. Especially since the açaí is soooo good!!! I'll probably always get that instead!

She was watching Tinker Bell on the TV and didn't greet us or even look up - no hello, no smile, just awkward silence. We were the only ones in the store and still had to awkwardly approach the counter just to get help. As first-time customers, there was also no explanation of the scoop sizes or pricing, which made ordering more confusing than it needed to be. When we finally ordered, two items were made correctly, but one person in our group ordered dragonfruit gelato. The employee started scooping strawberry instead, and even after we politely pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment or apology--just silence. It made for a really uncomfortable interaction. While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. I would come back for sure, but I wouldn't return if that same employee was behind the counter.

Ice garden is my favorite shave ice place ever! The shave ice is always so soft and sweet. The balance of the syrup and ice is always on point. I especially love ordering the #7 with chocolate syrup. The #7 is pudding (flan), milk shave ice with mochi balls. The mochi is so soft and smooth, yet chewy. The custard is super delicious and greatly enhances the shave ice. The custard is definitely my favorite! The chocolate syrup is a nice addition to the milk shave ice too, as it's not too overpowering. Although the service is a bit serious sometimes, I would not describe it as bad. Instead I'd just describe it as neutral and straightforward. Recently I was struggling to figure out how I'd carry 3 shave ice bowls for my friends and I back up the stairs to the Aiea Bowl parking lot without help, and the worker at the window offered me a box to put it in! So even though I feel judged sometimes, I'd say overall the service is still good. The new buzzer system is also helpful. The menu is nice and simple with the pictures in the window, and although it's just window service and you can't eat inside like you used to, I think that's completely fine, as it's nice to enjoy shave ice on a hot day. I highly recommend going to Ice Garden any time you're craving shave ice! Be sure to get da number 7 with chocolate .
