You never feel rushed, and they're always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. Their new guava matcha is AMAZING! Super unique and refreshing without being overly sweet. I've already convinced a bunch of my friends and family to try Ayer and now they're hooked too. Even my dad, who visits Vietnam often and is very picky about coffee, said he liked the coffee at Ayer even more. I've also purchased their Saigon blend to make Vietnamese coffee at home, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me on how to brew it properly. The problem is the workers behind the counter not behind cordial when a normal question is asked. After yesterday it's looking like online ordering is the way to go here. No interaction, plus there's no seating available making online ordering that much more appealing.

There was a separate section clearly labeled "member only," which we purposefully did not enter. We were asked to leave, which is completely understandable if it's a members-only space. However, the staff member who approached us was unnecessarily rude and seemed upset that we were there, even though the setup made it seem open to the public. Clear signage or locked access would prevent this kind of confusion. A more polite approach would have also made a big difference. The staff member was lacking courtesy about it. This feels like an issue with unclear setup and communication, not customers.
