I call it historic town because all the buildings nearby are really old looking - like the Wild West kind of feel. Then there's a boba shop.. seems out of place but at least they serve good boba. We parked across the street at the train stop lot and walked over. But I think there might be parking available behind the store. Got two almond milk based drinks to share.. cookie n cream with boba and chocolate banana. His cookie n cream with boba tasted better, good chewy but not hard boba. Mine chocolate banana tasted almost like a protein shake- like powdery chocolate. Love the Halloween decorations.

I never heard of Boba, then somehow I got addicted to it. Now I try to find the best places for my Boba fix. Bobas Cuz makes great boba. I seem to always order the Thai Coffee with Boba, kind of like I always order a cheese pizza. The drink is tasty, one of the best that I have had. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. Great customer service and friendly staff make this a top Moorpark choice.

This place kept insisting that this was a regular tea when I asked for a passionfruit green tea. They had also put passionfruit boba in here which I didn't ask for. I told them it looks like a milk tea and they said this is how all of their teas come out. When I asked if they could switch it out for a regular jasmine milk tea they said that this is the exact same tea. How does that even make sense? When I asked if I could get a different drink, they tried to charge me for it, even though I said that this was not the drink that I had requested. They said since it was a small business the best they could do was give me half off. No refund, no drink replacement, poor customer service. The cashier kept trying to say it's because it's a small business, i've never heard of a small business not replacing a $9 drink (which is also overpriced). UPDATE: The owner messaged me directly through Yelp and is taking no responsibility even though they listened to the exchange I had with their employees. Unprofessional.

This is our go to spot! They take their time to do it right but sometimes it takes a while...we don't mind. Their selections are good and it's become quite the hangout spot for kids which is great but kind of loud with the music. If you wanna dance while waiting...this is your spot! My favorite flavor is taro Oreo so so good!

Got the honeydew. Boba was alright. Drink tasted amazing. You could tell that the drink was made with real tea and not just a bunch of powder. Inside looked like something off of instagram. Cool for taking pictures. Service was great. Store wasn't too busy when I went. Friendly and quick. Menu had modern and traditional flavors as well as food. Parking in back. We have been a big fan of bobas Cuz and we are happy we have something like this in Moorpark. Although we usually stick to the same drink, rarely do we choose a different flavor. Today, I ordered a Jasmin milk tea. Which was pretty good. My go to flavor is taro. Today was Black Friday, there was only one man working both front and back. I felt bad but he was pretty quick to get our drinks out. I like that they added seating inside and change the decoration as the seasons change. Signs were nicely lit and music wasn't too loud. Definitely a must try!

When life gives you lemons... Make Lemonade. When life gives you little black balls... Put them in your Boba! If you are a true Boba fan, you know exactly what I'm talkin' about! Those delicious black tapioca pearls of yumminess are definitely where it's at. I don't know what it is about this refreshing drink, but the Boba craze has suckered me in. Let's break it down... First, an amazing flavored Ice Cold milk tea. Then, a cup sealed with a plastic wrapper lid allowing you to shake & mix at your own free will. Next, you slam your giant straw through the sealed lid. Finally, you take your first refreshing swig as multiple tapioca pearls come flying up the straw into your mouth. Not only is it delicious, but it's an adventure. At Boba's Cuz in Old Town Moorpark, this is where the Boba game gets down. There's something special about a business that looks like a home on the exterior because you should know they will treat you like family once inside. From Bobas and smoothies to slushees and shakes, Bobas Cuz has got what you need to refresh your little soul. With some of the comfiest couches I've ever sat in, you may sit down and just never want to leave! My recommendation.. Go next door for lunch (Luna Llena) a little Mexican restaurant, then go to Bobas Cuz afterwards for a refreshing dessert-style drink. You can thank me later! =)

Very cute little boba shack right across from the train station! They have a few options for indoor seating, tons of menu diversity, and a super cute Mexican restaurant right next door. There's plenty of parking nearby and your order comes out pretty fast. Good spot to meet a friend or two, but would not recommend "dining in" for large groups. My best friend is super into boba and this place does it right. I, on the other hand, don't really enjoy choking on super chewy, slimy rice balls while trying to enjoy my smoothie, so I can't really tell you if this place is better than others. All I can say is the orange creamsicle boba was very sweet and refreshing, but there were so many balls in it, like more than normal, so I wouldn't come back, for that reason. Maybe other people like that though! It also gave me a weird stomach ache after, probably because of the sugar + dairy + hard to digest rice balls, combination. The location is very cute and the drinks are very picture friendly. They offer slushies, smoothies, teas and frappes. If you can't do dairy they have almond milk as a substitute. The gal working wasn't very personable but she worked quickly. Overall it was a typical boba experience, and I'm sorry I can't give you more than that cause I'm just not into it.

This place knows how to make Thai iced tea the proper way! Sweetness and creaminess all at the sweet spot of this drink. The Thai iced tea with boba and grass jelly is quite gas. It is very refreshing on a hot day like today. There is also a great selection for drinks and crepes, and I look forward to coming back and trying more things on the menu!

I dont know how a Boba place can have 2 tea options and 20 smoothie options. Flavors are ranging from super sweet to even sweeter, so make sure to ask them to tone it down. Most of the boba I got seemed hard and stuck together.... it was awful. On the up side the service was good and my drink came out quickly. This place really just seemed like a glorified shake and smoothie place that tasted similar to what you get at a donut shop. read more

This little place is easy to miss, but hard to beat. They have a great selection of flavors, and the staff are always super friendly. Their boba drinks themselves are delicious. I like that they have two sizes to choose from, in case I don't feel like a real big drink. read more

I'm surprised Bobas Cuz has no reviews. I'd like to start by saying that these are the best bobas in the city of Moorpark. So far I've only tried 2 flavors an there great Cookies n cream and horchata . They have a great menu to choose from . It's like a brewery but for bobas. So many different flavors. I wish they had more sizes in cups but there just starting so the one they have is fine . Overall they have a great atmosphere and the people that work there are super friendly. read more

Well where do we start: Took my kids and two nieces as they love boba. For one it looks like it's set up more for adults. Not kid friendly. Service was not great. They forgot on of the orders and waited for 6 other people that paid after me to get their order. The biggest problem I have with this place is the unprofessional behavior from the staff. The staff member is talking to his fiend how he got all fucked up the night before how he blacked out and could not remember a thing. "Now I know why he forgot my order". This is all happening why people are in line. I hope other parents feel like me and don't want Rhee kids exposed to this type of environment You Won't see my family back read more

Boba has become the IT drink ( next to pumpkin spice lattes of course). When you're in the valley they are pretty much everywhere, but the further you go, the harder they are to find. Bobas Cuz in Simi Valley has wonderful choices and the option to blend or have your boba on ice. Thai tea is my personal favorite. Just went here for the first time today- the store is clean and tidy and the staff was friendly. We ordered a strawberry horchata and a coconut taro and both were delicious. Boba Cuz has great drinks and a cute store. They offer a variety of drinks. Though their milk tea options are not amazing, their smoothies are fantastic and the option for boba is great. I have not tried many other drinks they have, but the place overall is worth it. The store may be small, but the staff is nice and they are serving well during quarantine. Ok so basically what some others are saying, I also have high boba standards because I've been to a couple authentic places for boba. I wouldn't say Bobas Cuz has "authentic boba" , so if you want that, you are going to the wrong place. However, I still enjoyed my time here for the aesthetics, as shown in my picture, and the fact that there are sofas which makes it like a lounging area so you can chill and hangout with friends. The woman who works there is super nice as well. read more

Hate to leave a bad review but this has happened more than once.. went yesterday got there maybe 2-3 minutes before they close, the place was full of people hanging out and one person in front of us who placed their order. My husband then walked to the register and was told they are now closed, pretty disappointing and rude. The person in front of had literally just put in his order and couldn't even take ours. Also a few months ago I arrived an hour before closing time and was turned away, I was told they were slow and going to close. I guess it's to much of a hassle to make a drink. read more

I'm sorry but Thai iced tea is soooo bad. I tried to like it but the flavors are not there. There is a hint of Thai tea but its overpowered by what tastes like horchata. I'm not sure if that was the goal but it's definitely not what one expects of when ordering. I would definitely work on the recipe. read more

The pizza arrived about 20-30 minutes later, and while delivery temperature can affect a pie, it usually cannot hide whether the pizza itself is well-made. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The box had oil pooling on one side, which was not a great first sign. The crust was cooked around the edges, but the center was thin, soft, and doughy underneath. The added cheese and pepperoni were far too salty together, almost as if they belonged to a different pizza entirely, rather than working with the Margherita base. The basil was strong, which I expected from a Margherita-style pizza, but what felt missing were the diced or sliced tomatoes. Instead, it came across more like red sauce with heavy pizza seasoning, and not in a good way. Overall, the pizza felt rushed and should not have left the kitchen in that condition. I wanted to like it based on the reviews, but this was not a good pie. I'm hoping for better pizza options in the Camarillo/Thousand Oaks area moving forward. I won't be back.

The burrito was nothing like the first one I had. This one was watery, thin, and just tasted completely different. I assume it's because the chef at night makes them differently than the one in the AM who made the first one I had. Updating again, we have tried this place for a third time, and we placed an online order through their website about 45 minutes ago. We came to pick up the order, and they are so busy, they didn't even have the order, they only just put it in now. This is unfortunate because it creates an inconvenience for us. If you allow online ordering, you should have the order ready by the stated time. This does put a sour taste in our mouth.. However- this burrito was back to tasting as delicious as the first I had gotten. So it seems the morning is the time to have the breakfast burrito!

Honest rating: 3.5 stars, but rounding it up to four. Bobas Cuz is a small business that sells a variety of smoothies and drinks. Their drinks are delicious, service is great, and I love the vibe of the interior. Now onto my one criticism. I think it's safe to say that the most important part of boba is the tapioca pearls themselves. To me, perfect boba is soft and chewy throughout, with no hard interior. Can't say Bobas Cuz's boba met my expectations. Regardless, the drinks on their own are still good and it is still a convenient place to order refreshing drinks. read more

Came here a couple of days ago. I want to treat myself to some bubble tea from here. It was good and pretty tasty. The flavor kicks in with every sip, and it was good. I got to dine it and take it out. Bubble tea here was tasty, I can tell. And for customer service, the staff was smart and warm. simple interior and pretty comfy. So good! A huge selection of different kinds of drinks from fruit ones to coffee based, chocolate, slushy style, tea, etc. Any of which can have Boba added (among other things).
