Came to Boca July 4th weekend to visit family ( mind you I'm from New York best bagels and pizza) . So my cousin took me to BBB. I got a everything bagel with cream cheese and fresh lux wow wow wow and wow. I don't think I would ever say this but this bagel spot is better then nyc. I stopped by for lunch last Friday based on a referral from a friend. The counter person recommended a chicken cutlet panini. The cutlets were as hard and dry as leather. I did not finish the sandwich, I just tossed it in the trash and let them know with a comment on the way out. read more

The owners are great and the food was excellent! I had the tuna- it was outstanding. I ordered a sesame bagel too and it was very tasty. Good bagels are so hard to come by- as is good tuna and they nailed it! My husband had an italian combo that was generously stuffed with meats, cheese and lettuce,tomato, onion. Bread was super fresh. Dr Brown's in the house rounds it all out! Can't wait to go back. read more

Decided to write a review because of some of the negative reviews I see here. My wife and I come here every week and have always had a good experience. Yes, the staff/ owners do bicker with each other a good bit in front of customers but, I think, after trying pretty much every other bagel establishment in Boca, their bagels are the best. We've come here dozens of times at this point and have never had a bad meal/ experience. Update: the food is still really good, but the male owner is rude as can be and has no idea how to treat customers. All the ladies in there are wonderful and luckily they're the customer-facing staff most of the time. read more

I ordered off doordash and added on my order, Extra pickles and tomato. I already paid .60$ for my tomatoes. I received an email stating that the restaurant added $4.50 onto each of my bagel orders for the extra pickle an tomato without ever informing me. I called back and they argued with me saying that I was getting a lot extra and pickles were not included. I told them that i am on a budget and didn't agree for the extra $9.00 and she said that's how it rang up and went to blame it on me. I stated that she should of called me to ask. She was extremely rude, blaming it on me because my order was "confusing" and started reading it back. At no time did she apologize or offer anything. When i finally did get my order COLD, there was ONE extra tomato slice and three SLICES of the wrong pickle in each tray. I've ordered from them in the past and was never charged. Plus i have not been treated so rudely. I will NEVER go back there again especially because their food is not that good anyway, it's edible sometimes. PS. Inconsistent since the new owners. Since we moved here in 2013 we have made it a ritual to get bagels every Saturday morning for our boys. And we have given this place there last try.
