I ordered the chicken pho with veggies and an order of spring rolls online. The service was just ok. I had to wait a few minutes to receive my order because the online receipt did not give a wait time. Now I don't mean to be rude but the food was garbage. The chicken was as white as snow, extremely bland, and dry. They most likely threw the chicken in a pot and boiled it. The pho was lukewarm so I microwaved it. When I poured it on the noodles and veggies I noticed a weird scent. Upon tasting it, I found the broth to be sour and old-tasting. I had to throw it out immediately. The spring roll wrap was sticky and tasted like plastic. Again there was no seasoning in it and no real flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This was my second time eating here and I'm just not really impressed. There's a lot better Viet food for the same price 10 more minutes away from me. I just get lazy and don't want to drive sometimes. So i tried here again, got round eye pho and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls were kind of sloppily made and didn't have much flavor - they were bbq pork, glass noodles, and lettuce, no mint or jalapeño or any extra flavor. Boiling Pho used to be my favorite pho in Pearland. I had several negative experience recently. First few times were the portion size. It is now significantly less than before especially the protein portion on the large bowl. It was literally 2 tiny pieces with three thinly slices of brisket and half a meat ball. I ordered two large pho yesterday. Both portion sizes were skimpy, however the taste was the main issue this time. The taste of the broth was mainly from msg, not really a bone broth. I live in downtown Houston and have been to many pho spots, but I can say I always find myself driving back down to Pearland when I'm craving it! Most pho spots are unoriginal and overfilled with seasoning which they call "flavor", but the Boiling Pho's broth flavor is on point compared to other pho I've tried. I do not like lean dry meat that many other places offer only, so I appreciate the wide selection of meats and love their fatty brisket! Customer service is great and the management is wonderful. Fast service, polite attentive servers, and a beautiful atmosphere surrounded by bamboo- this is Houston's best pho spot. Go see for yourself. read more

It's tasty and I am not thirsty after eating it , so it's a plus because you guys didn't use MSG. Please keep up the good work. I came here earlier today with a few friends for our lunch break and we were so excited to try the place out. We were seated and the waiter said he'd be back to take our drink order. After 10 minutes, he comes back, takes our drink order and says he'd have those right out. After another 10 minutes, he comes out with our drinks and leaves again and says he'd be back to take our food order. After another 10 minutes, he finally comes back to take our food order. Keep in mind, this place only has three other people eating in there so I do not believe there should be an issue as to why he is being held up taking our orders. We didn't think too much of it until our food took another 20 minutes to come out. After eating about two bites, our waiter comes back and tells us to just pay at the front when we are done. He never came back to get us refills or anything else that we needed. I was really disappointed with our service because he was very dry and did not look happy at all to work there. I wish he was a bit more helpful and had made our experience a bit better. In the future, I hope they can improve their customer service quality because I could not enjoy my food just thinking about how horrible the service was. The shaken beef and fried rice is good, but twice I've ordered pho to go and the soup was not even warm like they had already prepped it for togo orders. I only live about 5 mins away. Usually when I have pho I have to reheat a little bit in the microwave to get it really hot, but twice now i had to throw back on the stove to really get it boiling. And no matter what size bowl of pho you get they give you the same amount of soup I've notice. Most places give you more soup when you order a large. Really hope to see this place improve because I like having Vietnamese food near home. read more

This place just opened up. It's in the neighborhood so i came to try it out. I order the pho of course and it was not satisfying. Personally, I found it bland. There was no real spice like real authentic pho. I asked for extra limes to help the taste and they would only bring out one at a time. Most other places would bring out at least 4-5. I also order a Vietnamese coffee and it was extremely disappointing. It was warm and that is not real Vietnamese coffee. It's supposed to be iced. The flavor was bland as well. Instant Vietnamese coffee has more flavor than theirs. Price i guess is reasonable but it's cheaper elsewhere. The interior does look very causal and clean. Personally I did not like how the associates were talking very loud over the counter. I don't find that very professional. It was quite disturbing while trying to eat. read more
