Amazing food and service, boiling pho has been my go to spot for 3 years and going. Not once have i had a bad experience.

After being seated no one came to us for over 10 mins even though other servers just seen us sitting there with no drinks or anything at all. Decided to leave they seen us walking out and didn't care to say anything either. Place was also filthy

3 meats I got for my large "pick 4 meats" and no the meatballs are not in the broth.

Supposed to get 4 meats with my phó. It was big and in your face on the menu "PICK 4 MEATS". Well I didn't want the raw steak so I opted for a x2 on the meat balls. Now weather they give me the wrong double portion of meat or not, I should get 4 meats. Well I seemed to get 3..... I mean the guy told me like three times to pick four. He even made suggestions. The pho was decently flavored but I won't go back. Wierd vibe and I didn't like being shorted on food.

This place broke my heart when I asked for a Coke and they brought me a HOT canned coke and a cup full of ice. Idk about you all but it I am going to get a canned drink- give it to me cold! (Personal preference) the food is really good. However, I really dislike when the check is brought to the table without asking for it- and while we are still eating. I will probably never come back here again.

The inside of the place is very simple. I got the chicken egg noodle soup. It was good and there was plenty of chicken given. The broth was nice. My server was very friendly as well.

This review is specifically about their pho as I was seriously craving it this Sunday. Luckily for me, I caught their BOGO free pho deal on the last day of their grand opening week. Coming here alone though, I was disappointed they wouldn't let me immediately take the 2nd bowl of pho home to go. I was forced to order it dine in and pack it in a to go container myself, the biggest problem with this is that the noodles become soggy and mushy quickly when it's already mixed with the meat and broth. I was already planning on eating my bowl there dine in, but it would have been impossible to finish 2 large bowls in 1 sitting. I just wish they were nice enough to pack the 2nd bowl separately so it would stay fresh for later. But besides that, Boiling Pho makes solid pho. Considering the places in Friendswood/East Pearland, this might be the best in this area? I was really pleased with how GENEROUS they are with their noodle and meat servings. The noodles seemed endless in my bowl, and they gave a hefty portion of all the meats I chose. A large bowl is about $9 with tax, you choose your broth (beef, chicken, or vegetable), then choose your meats (eye round steak, well done flank, fatty brisket, meatball, filet mignon (+$7.49), soft tendon, chicken, or tripe). The broth had good flavor and wasn't overly fatty, as well as no MSG. I did wish the broth was a tad sweeter and had a little more star anise, but that's just me being picky about my pho. Overall it was a 7/10 strictly talking about their pho only. I'll definitely come back again soon to try the rest of their menu! The rest of the menu seemed to have a lot of other Vietnamese favorites, which is greatly appreciated in this area.

Slowest pho place ever. Order small pho well done flank and tendon. Chose beef broth but I got chicken. Trust me I know the different btw beef and chicken broth.... every asian kid had their mama's pho and let me tell you that ain't beef broth. The flavor was not bad honestly, and the amount of noodles and meat they give you for a small is good. Shaking beef: it's not great but not bad either. Beef is tender with a citrus flavor of the lime. A little stingy on beef. This dish came out before the pho....which I find weird cause pho should come out quicker than any other dish at a pho place. Will I come back? Maybe... be on the lookout for another review

Remton is only like 2 minutes from my home and I've only heard wonderful things about it…read more I've been long overdue to check it out so I stopped by for dinner yesterday evening and ordered from their HRW menu. I also planned to order things I either had never tried before or that I rarely eat. Every single course gave me everything I needed. First course: chawanmushi. A deliciously savory egg custard dish with shrimp, chicken and mushrooms. From looking at it you're not sure if your going to like it but WOW! The custard itself was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the shrimp and chicken made it more than just an egg custard and the mushroom...idk what kind of mushroom it was but it kinda tasted like a flavorful meatball and was SO delicious. SECOND COURSE: Tuna tartare - an award winning chef must craft these dishes because the flavor profiles of the food and way they put different ingredients together that you wouldn't expect is nothing short of culinary wizardry. The tuna with the mango with the cucumber and onions and everything was incredible fresh. Impeccable. Third course: Beef curry. Absolutely amazing! The beef was super tender, the curry had a light hint of Coconut, everything was seasoned to perfection and there wasn't a single grain of jasmine rice that was undercooked. The carrots in the curry were perfectly cooked. Dessert: mango sticky rice. The rice perfectly cooked. The mango was perfectly sliced and super fresh and the sauce, I'm guessing it wasa condensed milk and sugar mixture. It was delicious and comforting. Basically a delicious mango rice pudding after pouring the sauce on it. Artistry: The food was all plated and presented to me beautifully. It was nothing less than edible art and they clearly put care and heart into not just the taste but the look of the food. Parking is plentiful, service is top tier and the ambience is lovely, well decorated and clean. I'll definitely be back. They also had plenty of variety for every diet. Even keto which can be difficult with Asian restaurants due to all the rice.

Came on a Sunday evening with a party of 7 and was immediately seated. Inside was quite modern and…read moreclean like those typical fake greenery walls and neon lights with sayings on them. Bot chien was a pleasant surprise! I like the way they did it, and it kept me well full. Very generous with egg. Pho broth wasn't crazily oily, which is great. Perfect seasoning and sodium level. I would eat the pho here again. Banh xeo was HUGE. It was delicious and the greens they provided with were abundant. Service was great and attentive. The server was very respectful and made sure to do the accommodations I requested (no cilantro). Now for the cons. The pork bun was too dry. Bun Bo hue was actually so incorrect. The seasoning and broth were not right. No hints of lemongrass anywhere. It's like they created their own recipe and called it bun bo hue. The good thing about this restaurant is that there's something for everyone in terms of Asian cuisine. I'm glad I got to try samples of everyone's dish to get a feel of how they run things in the kitchen. Some things need serious improvement while others were excellent; and that's okay. 4/5. Will return, but also not a priority to.

Do not waste your money at this restaurant! This is the most ridiculous Bún Bò Huế I have ever been…read moreserved. I honestly feel deceived. When the noodle bowl arrived, it contained only a tiny amount of broken noodles that looked like leftovers. The portion of noodles was about two-thirds less than what is normally served at other Vietnamese restaurants. Apparently, their Bún Bò Huế is meant for customers to drink the broth and eat the meat and pork hock--not to eat noodles! There were barely any noodles in the bowl. I even paid an additional $2 for extra noodles, but the extra portion I received was only about one-third of the extra noodles that other restaurants typically provide. In fact, the restaurant's original noodle portion plus the extra noodles I paid for still did not equal the amount of noodles that comes standard with a regular bowl of Bún Bò Huế at most other restaurants. This is simply misleading and unacceptable. After I complained to the manager, she told me that the owner had instructed the staff that every bowl of Bún Bò Huế should contain only 6 ounces of noodles, and that any extra noodles must also be weighed and limited to 6 ounces. Frankly, I seriously doubt that the bowl I received even contained 6 ounces. It looked more like 3 ounces. You can judge for yourself from the photos--the noodles barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I paid $18.24 before tip and received almost no noodles. The noodle portion here is dramatically smaller than what other restaurants serve. This is completely unreasonable. It was lunchtime on a Saturday, and the restaurant was practically empty. There were almost no customers in the dining area. After my experience, I can understand why. Don't go there and let the owner rip you off. Save your money and eat somewhere that serves a fair portion for the pice!

Our waiter took our drink order and came back with the menus. Around 8:25 another young man comes out and says they are not taking any orders for any grilled items; ie the banh mi sandwiches, grilled plates, grilled fresh rolls etc., My dad leaves to go get a sandwich elsewhere while my mom and I stay back for the pho. At 8:30 our order is placed. 1 chicken pho, veg pho no tofu, and some fried and soft springs rolls. The pho comes out within minutes around 8:35/8:40. Followed by the rolls. The veg pho has no mushrooms, I asked about it and they said the order was for no mushrooms which I clarified it was no tofu (also printed on our receipt) I asked our waiter for some mushrooms and I'm told no as the kitchen is now closed. The closing hours are listed as 9pm daily. It's 8:40 and there are 8 other people still eating around us. If you're shutting down at 8:30, it would be nice to know that you're shutting the kitchen down at 8:30 when we walked in at 8:15pm and not after the fact when you come to ask me if everything is okay and I tell you it's not but you can't fix it because your "kitchen is closed." The one star is split heavily on the side to be able to leave a review and partially for the original server who sat us and, while forgetful and unable to do much else, had the decency to look mortified and apologize every time his counter part came out to tell us no/kitchen is closed/etc. also, the other guy came out at 8:45 and asked me to close out the check. Bruh. My pho is still piping hot. Thanks for making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. OH and when we asked for our to go boxes, I also asked for some of those small dipping sauce containers, I pack everything up and we literally clean the table for them and this third guy with a heavy accent come out to tell me "next time you can't take the sauces to go you will be charged extra!" Like SERIOUSLY?! I just dropped $66 bucks to be rushed out in under 40 minutes while you got my order wrong and didn't even have half the menu item available and you're telling me I can't take the sauces home with me that are a part of my order?! Can't even make this ish up. Will have to look for another pho place locally that does veg broth and soft veg rolls for my mother, honestly one of the only reasons why we come here, so anyone reading this - if yall know any recs for a veg broth pho place locally, please let us know!
