Do not go to the Bojangles on White Horse Rd. In Berea or the one in Travelers Rest. They are both lousy!! They are rude. They are slower than snails they don't care at all about making food for their customers. They dress sloppy and don't comb their hair I could go on and on..... what are the managers thinking !!??? Know I LOVE Bojangles chicken but this BEREA LOCATION has the worst service of all restaurants. I try to come back to this one because it's close to me but the last 5 times I've driven away. TODAY....... They tell me it's going to be a 4 minute wait for chicken. That's fine. I wait 20+ minutes to get to the window. He didn't allow us to finish our order when we called out the first biscuit he cut us off and told us the price and to pull around. We said we weren't finish with the order he said too late your order has already been sent through then wouldn't respond anymore. I understand help is hard to find with people staying home but this guy is not helping by having a body there just to run people off. read more

This store is horrible for customer service. The dining room has been closed for "covid" since the beginning of covid. UNTIL, the drive thru broke and then they opened the dining room. There food is good but service sucks always check your order before you leave 2 out of 3 times its wrong but it's always good. If you order a tender biscuit in the morning be prepared to wait 10 minuets they tell you 4 but it's 10 and that's almost always from the time you get to the window not from the time you order it and your no rounds will almost always be cold if you have to wait on your food but the food is good service is just slow unless one guy is working i don't know his name but he is the fastest one in there. read more

Dropped in to this Bojangles for the first time after Sunday night church service. I was totally impressed with how clean the bathrooms were considering it being fast food. We received our food quickly and it was completely fresh. Really enjoyed sitting and enjoying a meal inside their restaurant and eating some chicken supremes! read more
