I had to go to this location to pick up some food because it was on the way to my destination. This location is so slow with drive thru. This is the second time I have had issues with this Wendy's location. Both of them with window through service. The first time I asked for a southwest avocado salad, well no avocado and no salad dressing. Today I asked for the same type of salad, and this is what I get ( see picture) a lame set of lettuce, some shaved cheese, and chicken. What's wrong with the people. Are you serious for 8.25. Hi I go to this Wendy's quite a bit being that's it is local to my current residence. I always receive good customer service here despite them leaving a few of my items out a couple of times in drive through but they've always replaced what was not given. I love the bacon cheeseburger deluxe which is a favorite for me and the nuggets! Thanks for the great service! read more

Stopped today at drive thru--asked to pull ahead and my food would be right out. I did as asked-15 minutes later and 3 other cars later, I got out and went in to inquire about my order. A young black man who was obviously angry told me I would have to wait, using the f bomb quite often, and was very demeaning. I retreated to my car and he came out a few minutes later with my food, continuing to call me names, threaten me, and using filthy language. I got out and he shoved his chest into me-I'm 70 and thought he was going to get physical. I went inside and spoke with the manager telling her she needed to counsel this young man. She just sadly shook her head yes. She also explained that the cashier was supposed to tell me there would be a long wait as they were transitioning from breakfast-no one did. All the employees have attitudes. I once saw a MANAGER belittle an employee in front of all the customers. The poor employee was probably twice her age. Whatever happened to respecting your elders? The tables are always filthy. Takes forever to get your food, and when you do get your food, the Flipping fries are cold! This store is newly remodeled, they should've remodeled the employees while they were at it. read more

This Wendy's sucks! I just got drive thru from there, and they didn't give me one of the burgers I ordered, and the other burger is sloppy, and not as good of quality as I get at other Wendy's. Love it. Eat there every Sunday after church. Service is usually fast, restaurant is clean, staff is cordial. Great salads.
