Let me just say that even before the guy behind the counter chased the delivery guy out with a chair I had decided to write this review. My 3 year old niece and I came in because she wanted pizza. They don't have by the slice options so we ordered garlic cheese sticks and masala potatoes. Other than us there was a very large party there, and a good number of delivery drivers coming and going. After half an hour our food hadn't come out so I asked when we could expect it. The person behind the counter told us 10 more minutes, so I don't think that they had started on our order and who knows when they would have if I hadn't asked. It did come out in less than 10 minutes. The food was very ok, the cheese sticks didn't really seem garlicy, and the potatoes didn't have that much seasoning. It just wasn't all that flavorful. Later a delivery driver came in and began arguing with the guy behind the counter, who eventually yelled at the delivery driver that the order was canceled. The delivery driver continued arguing and eventually left, kicking a chair on his way out. The guy behind the counter came running out, picked up a chair, and chased the delivery driver out. Again, even without this my review would have been two stars, this is just a bit of extra detail. On the bright side it made things a little more exciting since the food was not. My niece definitely thought it was interesting and was excited to talk about it the next day. read more

Had it delivered the other night. This is one of the few places open real late. Didn't have high expectations but was really impressed! Similar to Curry Pizza House pizza. I got the BYO but there are several signature options as well. All reasonably priced and tastes great, get a dip with it for sure. Seems to be new and deserves a try. I came here cause it had sterling reviews. It's a self order place. Nobody greets you. And you just order from an automated kiosks. There is only one guy making pizzas and he prioritizes the delivery guys. They keep on coming in and out with pizzas. I put in my pizza 40 minutes ago. We got it. With mozzarella sticks. I can't do a cheese pull cuz they aren't really hot. No marinara sauce. And the fan for the pizzas is very loud and close to your head. We should have ordered to go. I think the one guy needs help. Ordered it again this week, but this time we got Malai paneer on 1/2 and I liked it, but I think I prefer the curry paneer pizza more - the malai one is not as heavy and it is less creamy. The pick up process was smooth and surprisingly DoorDash pick up was cheaper than calling in and picking it up. read more

Some places only have 1-2 Indian pizza flavors, but Bollywood has multiple like malai paneer, curry chicken, kebab, butter chicken, and more. No slices here, but the default size can act as a personal pizza if you're hungry enough or like leftovers. Since it's made to order, it takes a little time. But totally worth the wait since it's such a unique offering in the FiDi/SoMa area. Malai Paneer Pizza: Cheese on cheese, it doesn't get better than that! The sauce has some nice spiced flavor too. I liked the colorful bell peppers as veggies. It was honestly one of the more engaging pizzas I've had in awhile. That spiced mayo (or ranch?) dip that came with the pizza was perfect for dipping the crusts. Curry Chicken Pizza: Reminded me a bit of a BBQ chicken pizza, but with curry sauce instead of BBQ sauce. The chicken didn't seem soft and stringy, like it was stewing in curry sauce. More like grilled and sliced. Lots of flavor though. I especially that creamy spicy dipping sauce with it. Halal Lamb Kebab Pizza: More flavorful than the curry chicken pizza. The lamb itself had a nice flavor, though it seemed more like ground lamb that kebab. The generous amount of mint chutney drizzle on top really brought out the flavor. Probably my second favorite pizza here, after the paneer. Shahi Paneer Pasta: The sauce here was awesome! It was creamy and tomato-y and a little spicy. The ziti was a good choice, since the tubes filled with sauce too. Also, the oven baked brownness on top was an unexpected nice touch. Given the options of Indian Pizza I have tried in Greater Seattle area, this SF spot was really good. First of all ambience is pretty decent - it's located at core of SF downtown and just having this much of space for restaurant is itself impressive. Then the Pizza itself was top quality. I really like a bit of crunch in the pizza base - I don't it sounds weird but believe me with Indian Pizza given the curry sauce and everything you would want that extra hardness. This pizza understands that and delivers exactly that. I did a to go - the only thing I can complain about is wait time. Given the place was not super crowded I would have loved a little faster service but that's okay. And the aroma really stands out - while on my way back to my office building - couple of people asked me which is this spot and where did you got this Pizza ... Smells great ! read more

Our entire neighborhood has been eagerly awaiting this new pizza joint for the past few months (even our Italian neighbors!). Today, my pup and I happened to pass by on our daily walk to enticing smells wafting from the middle of the block. WOULDNT RECOMEND AT ALL... They got me and my friends' order confused and never gave me my food and I was waiting for 30 minutes before I said something. Furthermore, he then decided to argue with me and my friend that he had given me my food when he never handed me any food and saw me waiting here because I had prefer a drink earlier and he was walking around the restaurant with only 1 other group of guests asking how their experience was going. Adding it the argument, he touched my friends food, and then proceeded to keep putting his hands on it. He became upset when my friend asked for a replacement because the food had been touched.
