Why a great night at Bond 45! We are in town for a conference and decided to get a nightcap before heading back to the hotel. We had such a great time it was hard to leave. The staff was for sure the highlight of the night, then the drinks and the dessert. All equally 10/10! The restaurant is very open with plenty of seating at the bar, and tables inside and outside. While we didn't have food, the menu looked phenomenal with a variety of appetizers, pastas, seafood, steak, lamb chops. You'll basically be able to take anyone and they can find something on the menu. We started with the passionfruit margarita which I highly suggest getting. It was just the way passionfruit should be - a little sour and not too sweet. I also had a Bond Blossom which again, was amazing. It's a cranberry infused gin based cocktail. The tanginess of the cranberry and the sweetness of the elderflower was nothing short of perfect. We also split dessert - chocolate cake, cannolis, tiramisu and red velvet cake. I can't say which was my favorite because they were all delicious. I would be cutting my review short if I didn't mention the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and the general manager made us feel like we were at home. They made an ordinary Tuesday very special. Needless to say, next time I'm at the National Harbor, I will be back!

A top choice for a visit to the harbor! Literally from the ambiance to the service, views of the wharf and live entertainment to the food and cocktails - Kevin was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to menu recommendations. My mom and I visited for an early seafood dinner. We ordered the pear salad to start (which was phenomenal) with a Bianca Sangria and White Peach Margarita. For dinner, we had lobster ravioli, the crab cake & shrimp and shared broccolini and lobster mac & cheese. They brought out the lobster mashed potatoes instead but quickly corrected the mistake, and we had an extra comp'd side. Overall - this visit left a great impression. I hope to return during their 4-6 happy hour and check out what that vibe is like.

I dined at Bond 45 during a recent work trip to Baltimore. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but was uncertain about the ingredients in menu items, making it challenging for members of our group with dietary limitations to feel confident in ordering (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free). None of the appetizers are vegan, so I wasn't able to enjoy any of these, however our server was fairly confident that the lemon vinaigrette that dressed the house salad was vegan and it was delicious. Similarly, there are no vegan entrees on the menu so my dinner consisted of a platter of sides - roasted mushrooms, green beans, brussels sprouts, and stewed beans - admittedly very tasty but in this day and age where so many people are moving in a plant forward direction I was surprised at the lack of intentionally vegan options. When inquiring about dessert I was not offered a vegan choice, so opted for decaf coffee (very good) while my dining companions sampled the chocolate mousse cake, tiramisu, and vanilla bean cheesecake. On the way out I noticed another patron enjoying a cup of raspberry sorbet, so it appears there was a vegan option about which our server wasn't aware. It was quite loud in the area in which we were seated which made conversation difficult. The following day my throat was a little scratchy from having to shout throughout our dinner. Overall Bond 45 is... fine, but I wouldn't proactively choose to dine here again based on my experience.

Service was great, clean, noisy, but okay. Waiter Bryce knew the menu so he made ordering easy for someone like me who only eats chicken and turkey. Wings were okay, $24 I think for 5 or 6, not worth it, didn't taste like mumbo to me either, cooked decent though. Alfredo with grilled chicken was good, flavorful and I added broccolini to it once I cut it up, so good. Wings kept this from being a 5 star.

I've always saw Bond 45 when at the Harbor, and I finally got the chance to try it out. On the day, I went (in summertime), the AC wasn't working and they had big fans throughout the restaurant. We ended up sitting in the covered outside area, which provided some cooler air. The service was nice, but I'd say the food was just alright. I don't think it was something to rave about. I had the seafood risotto and something about it tasted funny. Maybe I just made a bad choice for an entree.

Was here for Thanksgiving dinner. The restaurant was decorated nicely and our server really took care of us. I think his name was Eric. He was so sweet and patient with us. I ordered the branzino and it was so good! The skin was nice and crispy. This was my first time here and hope to get back before they close for good.

Great experience with colleagues while visiting for a conference just steps from our hotel. I will say the waiting staff seemed rushed but I know we had a later reservation due to events earlier in the day. The salad was delicious as well as the appetizers (not pictured). They have a moderately extensive menu. I had the seafood risotto. It was mediocre but full of shrimp. I was missing something in the flavor. It was not really well-seasoned but the texture was fairly rich. I like a rich, seasoned risotto like that at Georgia Sea Grill in St. Simons Island, Georgia, which is my favorite. I'd return and would like to try a different entree. The ambiance is old school Italian ristorante.

I had planned to try the Fooduary menu, but the main menu was calling my name--and it did not disappoint! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a glass of Champagne (a classy touch!). Our server, Brisayon was top-tier--super knowledgeable, down to earth, and delivered impeccable service. If you visit, make sure you ask for him! What we tried: Lavender Lemon Drop - smooth & refreshing Dancing Shrimp - flavorful with a perfect kick Steamed Mussels - fresh & satisfying Baked Whole Sea Bass - perfectly cooked, packed with flavor Chocolate Mousse Cake - the perfect sweet ending From the service to the food, @bond45nh is a must-visit! It's definitely a gem at the national harbor !

We wanted to experience our favorite restaurant in the National Harbor so we dropped in for brunch. As always, the decor didn't disappoint. Our waiter was friendly. We ordered the steak and eggs, the shrimp and grits, and a house salad for our brunch entrees. We decided on the passion fruit margarita and the Bianca sangria for our beverages. The steak and eggs are accompanied by breakfast potatoes and greens. I asked for my steak to be prepared medium rare but it was on the rare side. While the flavor was great from the char of the grill, the NY steak was a little tough. I don't think I would order it again. My wife enjoyed the shrimp and grits. Both cocktails were good.

When I am craving Italian, Bond 45 always come to mind. I want a nice italain meal in nice inviting Italian restaurant with views of the Potomac River. On this visit, I tried the Lobster Ravioli with the upgrade 1/2lb Lobster upgrade. The meail was well portioned between Ravioli and Lobster. As a Lobster fan, I always want more. The Raviolis were each perfectly cooked. The dish comes with 3 sauce options: marina, alfredo, or mixed 50/50. I had the alfredo sauce but the marinara sauce looked just as good as well. The service was great and servers was very attentive. Of course, after having such a delightful meal, I had to end the meal with a espresso martini. I needed a little coffee, with a kick. I look forward to my next visit.

Had another great meal and amazing service at Bind 45. Went with friends and most of us got burgers and they were amazing. Our waitress Aliyah was THE BEST. We will be back again when visiting the area.

We made reservations for dinner and right away, the staff were gracious, kind and hospitable. Kevin was an awesome server- giving us direct recommendations and being honest. The atmosphere was lovely and festive. We had a view right on the waterfront. The chicken parm was amazing as advertised and the fish my husband had was perfect. Would come here again!

I was excited to try this please but left disappointed. I do need to give Sam and the staff a shout out for exemplary service. He was great but the rest was not. For a table setting they put us on the end and in the path of the bathroom. Multiple times I had to move in or get up from the table to give access to the long hallway and the bathroom. I would expect that in a food hall not an upscale restaurant. The food was good but not for the price. Strange pricing on the spirits for the menu- some outrageous ranges on the value of what was being served. I would encourage you to try it out for the first time with a happy hour!

Omg- so good. The cornbread was served with honey butter that made it almost desesert like. But the cornbread itself was savory, so there was a perfect balance. So good! The crab cake was unbelievable. So good. (Similar to what you would get at a pappadeaux for context.) Literally a showstopper. The shrimp and grits were really good too. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and were sweet and juicy. The grits were good, but personally I like more cheese in them. But adding the crystal hot sauce made up for it. Just an amazing meal! My cousin and I stopped by on Friday, June 12, 2026, craving one of our favorites--the pimento burger. As usual, we grabbed two open seats at the bar that had just been vacated. A waiter greeted us and said he would return after cleaning the area. Another staff member brought us water, and we waited to place our order. While waiting, I noticed a couple sit down at the bar near us. To my surprise, the first waiter immediately went over to them, took their order, and prepared their drinks while my cousin and I continued to sit there without any acknowledgment. I eventually asked the waiter if he was assigned to our section, and he confirmed that he was. I then asked why the couple had been served before us when we had arrived first. His flippant response was, "Because they're regulars." I replied that, with good customer service, I could become a regular too. He then shrugged and said, "They know management." Thinking I must have misunderstood, I asked him to repeat himself. He again said, "They know management." What bothered me most was not that regular customers were recognized. Great hospitality includes making loyal guests feel appreciated. The problem was the message that seemed to be conveyed--that some customers are more deserving of attention than others because of who they know. When I expressed concern, the waiter appeared dismissive and uninterested in addressing it. Instead of clarifying or apologizing, he repeated the same explanation and shrugged off our concerns. At that point, my cousin looked at me and asked, "Are you ready?" We got up and left without ordering anything. This experience was especially disappointing because it was so different from the positive visits I've had here before. We came expecting good food and a welcoming atmosphere, but instead left feeling ignored and undervalued. I hope management takes customer service seriously and addresses situations like this. Every guest should feel welcomed and respected, whether they are a first-time visitor, a regular, or someone who knows management. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reluctant to return anytime soon. I can't say that I wouldn't recommend Succotash National Harbor, as I've enjoyed many good meals there in the past, but this visit left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, my cousin and I never even got the chance to order the pimento burger we came for .

For an appetizer, we had the rolls that came with a mustard butter and the lamb bacon. We absolutely loved the bacon and the rolls, but the butter just wasn't good. For dinner, I had the pork chops (which were huge- thick, juicy, and perfectly cooked) but I do wish the sauce was a bit thicker or more pronounced. My boyfriend had the rack of lamb, but when it came out it was a half rack so that was a little surprising. We got the trio of three sides, and really enjoyed the Mac and cheese and the asparagus, but the broccoli with the Greek yogurt was our absolute favorite. We did order 9 oz glasses of wine each, despite the absolute shocking price of $30 a glass. Personally, the dessert menu wasn't thrilled. The sauce was overly acidic and lacked the rich, slow-simmered flavor I was expecting. It's definitely not something I would ever order again. The only other downside was the temperature inside the restaurant. We visited during a heat wave, and while I understand the building is older, it was uncomfortably HOT. I don't eat beef or pork, but after watching a review from Peaks100, I saw that the manager also recommended the seafood along with the steaks. My wife eats steak, so I took her there for that, and I planned to order seafood. Spoiler alert: my wife enjoyed her steak. Now that I got that out of the way, let me continue. https://youtu.be/5uPuX7Fk_cE?si=H7NI2vI_uMWAeREq Appetizer Octopus Ceviche -- $18 I told our server that I didn't want any pork on it. She seemed surprised and told me it didn't come with pork. I had already looked up "pancetta crumble" and knew pancetta was pork, so I showed her the menu. She then said she knew what pancetta was and would make sure there was no pork on my plate. The ceviche itself didn't have much flavor. I didn't really enjoy it, but it wasn't bad enough for me to complain or send it back. Dinner Housemade "Parkerhouse" Rolls -- $8 These came out fresh and hot with butter. They were good. No complaints. Chef's Fresh Catch -- $50 The fresh catch was grouper. The fish had some salt on it and a nice char, but the heavy cream-based sauce on the plate didn't have much flavor. Again, I didn't really enjoy it, but not enough to complain or return the dish. Jumbo Lump Crab Oscar -- $28 Wow, this was not good at all. I probably should have sent it back, but I didn't. It was tough and rubbery (see pic), almost like it had been left under the broiler too long. I took it home with me, but I honestly will probably end up throwing it away. Sides Crispy Brussels Sprouts -- $13 These were good, but somewhat oily. Yukon Gold Potato Purée -- $12 They were okay. Nothing to write home about. Dessert Coconut Cream Bread Pudding -- $14 It was just okay. The coconut flakes was too much, in my opinion, and eventually became overwhelming. It didn't feel very balanced. Overall, I felt the service could have been better, and most of the food needed more flavor, especially at this price point. Nothing was so terrible that I felt the need to ask for a manager, but I also didn't enjoy most of what I ordered. I ordered it, so I paid for it and kept it moving. Also, a 25% gratuity was already added to the bill. Maybe that is why the service was lacking, because they already knew they were going to get 25% "allegedly". Honestly, I don't think I'll be back. There are too many other good places in the DMV where you can have better food and a better overall experience for the same price or less.

We started with the **buffalo chicken wings** (crispy, well-seasoned, served with blue cheese and ranch) and the **Korean-style cauliflower bites** tossed in a sweet chili glaze with sesame seeds and scallions easily the table favorite. The **beef short rib egg rolls** were a fun twist, served with two dipping sauces and pickled peppers that gave it a nice kick. For mains, the **bistro steak with chimichurri and frites** was cooked a perfect medium-rare and the herb sauce was bright and punchy. The **shrimp scampi pasta** was creamy and rich with perfectly fried shrimp on top. The **steak Cobb salad** was loaded sliced bistro steak over lettuce with eggs, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, and blue cheese crumbles. Generous and satisfying. Don't skip the **skillet cornbread** it arrives in a Lodge cast iron pan, golden and slightly crispy on the edges, with a scoop of whipped honey butter that melts right in. Absolutely worth it. Great atmosphere, solid service, and a menu that has something for everyone. Will definitely be back.

Hands down probably the best restaurant I have eaten at so far this year…read more Amazing food, friendly service, and a nice ambiance. The place can get quite busy so I would highly recommend making a reservation first. We ordered some cocktails which all tasted amazing, I enjoyed the espresso martini the most. Our table ordered the baked oysters and tuna tartare to start. The oysters were seriously so fricking good, I wanted to order another round! The tuna tarate was refreshing and tasted really good as well. I highly recommend ordering the fish curry or their scallop entree. I also got to have a bite of the chicken & waffles and the steak pasta but I would skip on those. Super excited to come back!!

My wife and I arrived around 1:20 p.m. on a Thursday. The lunch crowd was still going strong, which only reinforced that we had picked a popular spot. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. When we walked in, there was no hostess to be found. After waiting about four minutes, she finally appeared and offered us a choice between a small table in the corner or one by the bar. Given how busy the restaurant was, we took the table by the bar. About seven minutes later, someone finally came by to offer us water and explained that our server was busy, but she would help us in the meantime. No problem. We ordered the Avo Goddess Salad and asked that it be split so we could share it. A few minutes later, our server arrived, introduced herself, and we let her know we had already ordered the salad and were ready to place our lunch orders. She was very helpful in guiding my wife toward the Old Bay Shrimp Burger. I was excited to order the Shrimp and Grits until I learned it contained Andouille sausage and, according to our server, couldn't be prepared without it. Since the restaurant highlights that everything is made from scratch, that surprised me. I ended up ordering the Ahi Tuna Salad instead. So far, so good. Then came the frustration. We spent the next 20 minutes slowly picking at our salad, growing increasingly hungry and confused. You know something is wrong when guests who were seated after you begin receiving their meals before you. Finally, at 2:10 p.m., our food arrived: my Ahi Tuna Salad and a Pulled Lamb Sandwich for my wife. Except my wife had ordered the Shrimp Burger. When we pointed out the mistake to what was now our third server, she quickly assured us it would be corrected. A few minutes later, our original server returned and took full responsibility. She explained that the lamb and shrimp items are next to each other in the POS system and she accidentally selected the wrong item. She assured us the Shrimp Burger would be out in two minutes and suggested we enjoy the fries that came with the lamb sandwich while we waited. Unfortunately, another ten minutes passed before the burger finally arrived. Here's where things became truly disappointing: the top bun was still cold--almost frozen. My wife ended up removing it entirely and eating the sandwich with just the bottom bun. At best, the Shrimp Burger was decent, but certainly not worth the wait and frustration. As for my Ahi Tuna Salad, it felt like something I could easily make at home, especially considering the $25 price tag. I'm also not entirely convinced the tuna was particularly fresh. I can't bring myself to give Matt and Tony's one star because the atmosphere is genuinely cool and inviting. So I settled on two stars--mostly for how I felt before the experience unraveled. And listen, I get it. Mistakes happen. We're all human. But as someone who eats out frequently, here's one piece of advice: when a restaurant makes a significant mistake with a customer's order, consider taking that item off the bill. Sometimes that gesture is the only reason a guest decides to come back.
